Booked using Tiverton branch of Hays Travel post Covid, delighted with the service we received then so we definitely had no plans to go elsewhere to book again to visit daughter in NZ. Covid issues through up some problems on the last booking & pending surgery managed to cause issues this time but nothing these girls couldn’t work through with patients & charm. Charlotte even managed to assist in sorting a credit card for me with more professionalism than my bank! Well done Hays at Tiverton.

Kim Swales at Hays…
I cannot recommend Kim Swales at Hays travel enough ,I booked a holiday to Marmaris for May this yea (2024) and she has been amazing from start to finish . Today 2/ 05/ 24 she went out of her way to check us in for our flights and print our boarding passes and posting to us tomorrow. She also got us the holiday cheaper than on jet 2 site with discounts . Please if your looking at booking holiday give this amazing lady a try . You can find her on facebook .

Emily was a fantastic travel agent. Helped us look for the right holiday and price matched a cheaper deal we found through the same airline she was looking at. Emily is very knowledgeable of destinations and even made some recommendations what we can do when we go to Kos. Very good service would recommend Hays Travel at Brighouse.

We have booked five uk holidays through Wendy at West Bridgford and she is always happy to talk through any needs re the holiday and always looks up any offers information re resort or hotel .we have come to know her as a helpful person you can rely on to get you the best deal.

It was a most enjoyable experience booking our break with Ellie ,she was excellent in guiding us through the booking process and despite a few disappointments i .e breaks already full, came up with one that suited our request. She displayed a fine grasp of the break we wanted and wecame away from the shop very happy

Superb service!
We had the most excellent, professional and impressive service from Kate, who spent a great deal of time in resolving our demanding requirements! All done with much humour, empathy and friendliness. Short city break
We wanted to find a short city break for three week's time and Kerry was very helpful and efficient in helping us find and book a holiday. Nothing seemed too much effort for her and the other staff in the branch. A really good experience for us - hence we're really looking forward to our holiday.
Booking a cruise
Natalia who dealt with our enquiry, was very professional, very helpful and knowledgeable about the cruise we were booking. Any slight thing she wasn't sure about, she asked other members of staff who were also very helpful, or searched for it until she found the answer to our questions. It was a booking for 6 people so wasn't straight forward. All in all great service

Fantastic, 5 star experience
Very knowledgeable and caring ladies. You can tell they have a real passion for their work. Any question I had was answered within a timely manner, they tailored my quote to be a perfect holiday for our family. We will be certainly rebooking through Deb and Beth again, and will recommend to all as their support and guidance is second to none.

We came in last week and spoke to Tracy who was most helpful when we were looking for a cruise she went through everything with us and we noticed that you were having a cruise event on the 1st May with Andrew from Ambassador Cruises. We came back on the day and with both Tracy and Andrews help we managed to find out more info about the ship and we were able to book for my parents, myself and my husband in September. We cannot praise them both enough for all their help and would recommend booking a holiday with Hayes Travel again in the Brentwood shop. All the staff were very friendly and even made us a hot drink which we have not experienced anywhere else.
A rescued itinerary thanks to Hays.
I'd drawn up a complicated trip to Iona from Sussex and was really struggling with choice of flights to link with trains and boats. I took the itinerary into Hays, HHth, and the wonderful Mel sorted it out immediately and the excitement about the time on Iona all came back!! Thank you so much, Mel & Hays.
Positive, friendly and efficient
An agent was readily available. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She introduced us to relevant options for the holiday we wanted. We were able to come to a quick decision, and all the booking arrangements were made promptly and all the necessary explanations given.

Marvellous customer service from Chelsea. Very patience with us and helped us to make an informed decision. Good to know that she will be our main contact for everything we require - flights, hotels etc.

We wanted some travel insurance for our holiday in July. Our friend's in Leicester had booked the holiday through Haynes travel in Leicester so we into Hayes in Ilkeston and we recieved really briliant service. We were sorted very quickly. Just what we like.
This branch is so helpful I've even moved out of the area but still use this branch they go above and beyond making my holiday experiences fantastic. Laura and Michelle are the best agents so helpful

Always very helpful and nothing to much trouble this time had blue light card which I forgot to mention when called back unable to honour as booking made nearly 500 pound

Went into your Stamford Branch and was immediately made to feel at ease. We explained to a lovely young lady called Izzie, that we wanted a cruise, but didn't know where, when or how to go about it, admittedly feeling a bit nervous about the whole process. Izzie made us feel comfortable and within the hour we had booked our cruise for 2025. As I am disabled she helped us and booked an accessible cabin, she, apparently is an apprentice but she is going to make a brilliant travel agent. Lovely coffee made by a young man, very helpful all round. Would not hesitate to go back to Hays Travel at Stamford 😄

Friendly - non pushy
Lindsey was friendly, approachable, non pushy, informative, nothing was too much trouble as we asked questions along the way. We only went in to enquire and came out with a booked holiday!! How exciting were we!

Hays Stamford is an outstanding travel agent.
Linsey and Rui at Hays Stamford gave great advice and researched well what we needed. We were originally planning to arrange separate flights and hotels ourselves as we had done previously but they were able to come up with a competitive package. Linsey and her team have also given us a great service when selecting cruises too.

Japan Unveiled Holiday
We knew very little about trying to negotiate ourselves around booking our dream holiday to Japan. So we went into see Hayley at your Stamford branch and she was amazing. She listened to everything we wanted from the holiday and then put together a great tour package which met our needs. She was very helpful and very patient with us as we asked a lot of questions. She certainly put us at ease about some concerns we raised. We have now booked our wedding anniversary celebration holiday to Japan for 2025 with Newmarket Holidays.

Cool winter happy sunshine
It was a cool(temperature) Ada when I visited the shop which felt warm and this was enhanced when I was offered a cuppa ( a reward for waiting 4 minutes ) Paula dealt with my enquiry and listened to my story and what I would like from my holiday. She was pleasant and understanding working within my budget and our (2 x pensioners) aims.Paula talked me through all the relevant details and it was booked and paid for all within the space of 40 minutes and if the holiday arrangements and weather go as well it will make us very happy . Lovely, helpful staff. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to do but they discussed various alternatives with us. We could have booked online but we felt more secure using Hays & there was no difference in the price.
