His first LP since 2011, Back To Life was worth the wait: jam-packed with unforgettable melodies, zesty productions and talented collaborators, this is a life-affirming new sound from Martin Solveig .

Album opener and latest single ‘ I Don’t Wanna Work ’ pairs a classic Solveig disco groove with the infectious vocal hooks of Stefflon Don , and ‘ Coffee at Tiffany’s ’ maintains the party vibe with Raphaella ’s sweet melodies over funk bass.

‘ Lost ’ strips back the groove for a more reflective and heartfelt moment, while ‘ Bite Size ’ with Ina Wroldsen is a piano ballad set to a disco stomp.

• Multi-platinum selling artist to make second appearance as concert headliner • Alex Germys, Dave Lambert and Loulou Players also confirmed on 2023 line-up • Concert access included with full-weekend general admission ticket 

A quartet of exciting music acts will keep partygoers dancing through the night at this year's CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa concert. 

Staged on-site during the twice-around-the-clock race, the concert gets underway on the evening of Saturday 1 July and runs into the small hours of Sunday morning. As ever the line-up features established names from the Belgian scene, as well as an internationally renowned headline act.

The musical aspect forms part of an extensive line-up of entertainment at this year's 75th edition. The paddock will be alive with activity on Thursday and Friday evening, while pit walks will give fans a unique look behind the scenes. Attendees can also enjoy the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa Fan Zone at the bottom of Raidillon, which features the Monster activation area, merchandise, food and drink stands and activities for kids. 

First up on the concert stage is Jérôme Denis  – better known by his stage name, LouLou Players – who has been a fixture of Belgian nightlife for more than a decade. Originally from Namur, he brings a style that is fresh, deep and deliciously groovy.

Melding the genres of nudisco, indie dance and deep house, LouLou Players is frequently joined by friend and collaborator Kolombo (Olivier Grégoire). He will step out at 20:00, getting this year's CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa party started in style. 

The next act is among the most influential DJs to emerge from the Belgian house scene: Dave Lambert. In a career that spans more than 20 years, Lambert has built a reputation for mixing deep and tech house sounds, though he is known to bring more powerful EDM and electro beats when performing bigger stages. 

Currently house DJ at the Versuz nightclub, Lambert has made multiple appearances at Belgium’s legendary Tomorrowland festival and taken his act to the international arena, with his name appearing on line-ups in France, Spain and Germany. He will be back on home soil at the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa, beginning his performance at 22:00. 

This year's headline act is the global multi-platinum selling artist Martin Solveig, whose success during a 20-year career has spanned the roles of DJ, producer and songwriter. This will be the second occasion on which Solveig has performed at the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa concert, having previously headlined in 2015.

After honing his craft as a resident DJ at a number of revered Parisian clubs, Solveig released his debut album ‘Sur La Terre’ in 2002 and went global with the smash-hit single ‘Hello’ in 2010. This infectious track peaked at #1 in four countries and caught the attention of Madonna, who recruited Solveig as a co-producer. He will be on-stage at 23:00, taking the event past midnight and into Sunday. 

Finally, at 00:30, Alex Germys will perform the closing set of the night. Hailing from Brussels, his fresh sound blends styles and genres and has already earned plenty of success in his homeland. Indeed, Germys has released several hit singles, including 'Strangers' (feat. Loïc Nottet and Laura Tesoro) which peaked at #4 in the Belgian charts. 

He will play a 90-minute set, bringing this year's concert to a close. When the music falls silent at 02:00, the sound of GT3 cars will remain as the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa edges towards half distance. As ever, entrance to the concert is included in the price of a general admission ticket for the full weekend 

The headline race of Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS and Intercontinental GT Challenge Powered by Pirelli, the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa is the global pinnacle in long-distance GT racing. Scheduled for 29 June – 2 July, the 2023 edition will see a 72-car field made up entirely of GT3 machinery tackle a full day and night of competition at Spa-Francorchamps. Tickets are on sale now for what promises to be another memorable edition of the Belgian endurance classic.

Interview: Martin Solveig

Martin Solveig is unquestionably one of the most recognised names in dance music. He is prominently known for his multi-platinum hit  Hello  and his club-certified songs, such as  Intoxicated ,  All Day And Night , and  Places , featuring commercially respected names such as Jox Jones, Madison Beer, and Ina Wroldsen. Now, after a several-year break, Solveig returned with a fresh single featuring Faouzia titled  Now or Never .

To discuss the song, Solveig joined us for an interview. 

Your new single,  Now Or Never , features Faouzia. Can you tell us more about how this collaboration came about?

Now or Never is an euphoric title, with a hint of melancholy. I knew I wanted to collaborate with new talent, who has a wide vocal range and a very precise technique to combine power and emotion. I simply searched on Spotify and discovered the work of Faouzia. I felt she’d sound great on the song. I got in touch with her and got lucky. I think she really liked the direction and the instrumental.”

You have described meeting Faouzia as “magical”. Can you share more about your songwriting experience together?

She immediately grasped the theme of the urgency to live, to live in the moment, and thought that this theme could resonate with many people. We got along really well, joked around in French, it was a fun time and it made writing the song very smooth. We just thought about those life moments where we felt it was the time to go for it, the time to dive in, in a way.

Now Or Never  is about seizing the moment. Can you share a moment in your career when you felt you truly seized an opportunity or moment?

Obviously, when Madonna called me to produce her MDNA album, the timing might not have been ideal, as I had just released my biggest track to date: Hello . There were a lot of requests, but I understood that this one was the most important and it was a now-or-never situation. I don’t regret it.

You’re venturing into a distinctly new sound with  Now Or Never . Can you describe this new direction and what inspired the change?

A considerable amount of time has passed between today and the production of my previous tracks. Nearly four years. In today’s music timeline, that’s an eternity. I had the chance to immerse myself in other inspirations, sometimes more electronic. Listened to a lot of KeineMusic, And him, Bonobo, Superflu, Solomun. What was really decisive were my five years of residency at Pacha Ibiza. I spent a lot of time on the island and developed a stronger sensitivity to techno. Sonically, for the sonorities, I’ve developed a number of new techniques for creating my sounds, especially my keyboard sounds.

You have an upcoming album release later this year. Can you share details about the album’s theme or its creative process?

What I tried to do on this album was to get closer and closer to my way of writing and composing music, almost in the sense of a score. So, notably, you’ll find my way of writing voices and toplines, which I believe is quite distinctive. However, I wanted to apply a filter of modernity to it, an open door to the future.

You’ve had a successful career spanning 20 years, having released numerous bangers. How do you keep pushing the boundaries and stay innovative in your music?

My impression is that the cycles have considerably shortened and in a way, every 2-3 years, you can almost start over from a blank page. I think this can be liberating. I’m happy to immerse in the sound of today.

You’re set to have a huge 2023 with a busy tour schedule. What are you most looking forward to in the coming year?

Returning to the stage is an immense privilege. I realized this more clearly after the pandemic. This summer, I have a tour of about thirty dates and I must say that I approach each one of them with the same energy, the same pleasure, the same curiosity, knowing they will all be a little different. With hindsight, I enjoy all of this much more.

Finally, as a global multi-platinum-selling artist, what advice would you give to aspiring DJs and producers?

The rules of the game are changing greatly at the moment, as has been the case throughout the 20 years of my career. Yet, the advice I give today is the same as 20 years ago: make music with passion, derive immense pleasure from creating your music, because that’s where the fun is primarily. Then when comes the natural desire to share it. Be yourself, honest, sincere.

Martin Solveig (born September 22, 1976) is the stage name of Martin Laurent Picandet, a French electro and progressive house DJ and producer, hailing from Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.

The young Martin Solveig grew up singing in the choir of the Petits Chanteurs de Sainte-Croix de Neuilly, where he was the soprano soloist and received classical music training. It wasn’t long however before Solveig took to electronic music and by 13 the Frenchman had his first pair of turntables and enjoyed playing his compositions to friends.

After honing his skills for a number of years whilst working in a record shop, at age 18 the producer became a DJ in many prestigious Parisian nightclubs including L’Enfer, Le Queen and Les Bains Douches. In contribution to Bob Sinclair’s album “Africanism”, Solveig crafted the track "Edony” which soon became a dance hit in France. The DJ and producer’s next release was his debut album “Sur la Terre” in 2002, issued on his own label Mixture, which spawned the hits “Madan”, and the funk and rock hit “Rocking Music” – using a combination of live and electronic instrumentation. The full-length was followed by “Hedonist” in 2005, which peaked at No. 43 in the French Album chart, succeeded by “C’est la Vie” in 2008, his most popular album to date.

In 2011 Solveig released the appropriately named album “Smash”, as it represented his breakthrough into the mainstream. Led by the smash hit “Hello” featuring Drogonette, the single peaked at No. 5 in the French single chart, however topped the charts in Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands. The album’s subsequent singles “Ready 2 Go” featuring Kele of Bloc Party and “Big in Japan”, again featuring Dragonette, cemented the producer’s success, and contributed to the DJ working with Madonna on her 2012 album “MDNA”.

Martin Solveig was a totally new name to me. His show opened up with a phrase being looped over and over, with strange sound effects and a subtle drum beat backing it all up. The crowd began crowd surfing and climbing all over each other, pumping their arms in the air like crazy animals. The mood was intense and out of control. Then, suddenly, the bass dropped, and everything was slow motion.

The heat in the audience was causing a chaotic, clustered feeling, and the fast dancing and intense music made everything feel even more insane. It was surreal, and a ton of fun.

Martin's drum-and-bass-influenced sound made it impossible not to dance. The environment was just so fun and open, you really did feel completely free to do anything you wanted to do. I began singing along to the samples, and everyone around me joined in, and I felt like I was in a huge, absurd choir.

Martin's music really does make time slow down, and it creates a really cinematic feeling, but his drops are also incredibly intense and full of aggression and energy. The audience may be party-oriented, but Martin Solveig is truly where the party is at.

French electro musician and producer Martin Solveig is a household name now on the dance circuit due to his increasing commerciality and true staying power in a career that now spans over fifteen years. As he has been playing the live circuit since the early 2000s, Solveig has had time to develop a really intelligent and considered live show which is not only about the music but the overall genres of electro and dance.

Beginning with bizarre visuals, Orwellian video interludes and a hypnotic repetitive drum beat, the audience is prepared to be transported into the alt-disco world of Martin Solveig. He does not disappoint, matching large production values with even larger tunes in the form of 'Everybody' and 'Rocking Music'. The screens behind are continuously changing which keeps the crowd engaged and allows the man himself to focus on the expert mixes. He drops a brilliant mash-up of his three collaborative singles with Dragonette, including the international hit 'Hello'. The cheers are deafening and the DJ has well and truly cemented his reputation on the circuit.

Great place! Clean facility, friendly staff, my kids love going here. The summer camps and day camps are so fun and really keep the kids entertained. We have also been to birthday parties here and they are a good time and well run. We will be back frequently!

The Frozen Fun Camp was so much fun! My 4.5 year old had a blast and she simply would not want to leave. The facility was pleasant and safe for the kids to roam around for the entire three hours! They even had time to do a couple arts and craft projects that intrigued the kids’ creativity

My boys loved the Friday special guest, The Bubble Lady, talked about it all weekend, and couldn't wait to come back again on Monday!

My boys have had the time of their lives this week at Gymnastics Camp during spring break! The teachers are great and my youngest learned how to do a cartwheel! If you are looking for a great camp for school breaks I highly recommend this place!
