Overall rating

On the road and need some fuel or a rest or that special something to eat or drink? Well drive no further because the Pilot Travel Center has it all. Even now the fuel prices on the rise there is a good deal to be found here. The Restrooms are clean and fully supplied as well. Their selection of food and beverage is quite extensive from water to coffee, soda and yes energy drinks. Friendly and efficient staff get you in and out as fast as you want to be. Great deals to be found here. Give 'em a try, you'll be glad you did.

Ok I want to recognize one man. JJ that works there. He was an amazing man who made sure we had clean showers and he made sure we were comfortable and offered an extra towel if needed. He was just working doing his job and was such a delight. Give that man some recognition or a raise. That's how you do customer service.

Bunch of greedy thieves. They bought an ATM and deny you cash back at the register and want to charge 4.95 to get cash. I will never go back here. Someone else can take my money. There is a quick trip not a mile away and you can get cash there.

Well I wasn't going to leave a review because until today, there was nothing great or horrible about this place. Sure, the bathrooms could use an update, but they were at least pretty clean. There's no driver's lounge, but there's a TV in Subway available. But now, for the reason I really came here. My husband went in and got a pint of milk, as he always does in the evenings. However, even though the sell by date wasn't for another 5 days, the milk was already curdled. What's worse is that two other people before my husband, including an employee, got curdled milk and they left the milk in the cooler for people to buy still! What does that say about the management? Someone is likely to buy a milk, take a swig without even looking, and get sick as a dog and then Pilot will have a lawsuit. Oh well, anymore I'll go to the independent truck stops just for the better customer service and way cheaper coffee.

Muskogee is river and rail crossroads town with a rich Native American history. It served as an early pioneer trading post and cattle drive stopover. Today, the city of 37,708 is an industrial, transportation, and agricultural center, antique shopping mecca, and the gateway to Oklahoma's eastern lake region.

Four lakes are within an hour of Muskogee: Fort Gibson Lake, Tenkiller Lake, Robert S. Kerr Lake, and Eufaula Lake. The lakes provide unlimited water sports activities, camping, and hiking. Fort Gibson, Robert S. Kerr and Eufaula lakes are popular fishing venues. Lake Tenkiller's clear water makes it a top destination for skiing and scuba diving. Three public golf courses in the Muskogee area provide additional outdoor recreation options.

Honor Heights Park hosts the city's annual Azalea Festival each April and holiday light display in December. It is also home to the US Union Agency for the Five Civilized Tribes and The Five Civilized Tribes Museum. The museum features the artwork and artifacts of the Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Creek, and Seminole tribes.

Muskogee is located 50 miles southeast of Tulsa. It is accessible via Interstate Highway 40 and U.S. Highway 69, and the Muskogee Turnpike out of Tulsa. Lodging options are varied and include hotels and bed and breakfast. Camping, cabins, and additional lodging options are available near the areas lakes.

Muscogee (Creek) Nation is a self-governed Native American tribe located in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. MCN is one of the 5 Civilized Tribes and is the fourth largest tribe in the U.S. with 100,766 citizens. The government side of the tribe is made up of an executive branch, a legislative body and a tribal court system.
