Russell Dickerson has announced additional dates for his Big Wheels & Back Roads Tour , including a performance in Cincinnati, Ohio at The Andrew J Brady Music Center ® on Saturday, March 2. Shaboozey will join the show as support.

A Tennessee native from a musical family, there’s no question that Russell Dickerson has made a name for himself in recent years. After graduating from college, Dickerson felt called to take his music on the road, cutting his teeth while playing shows across the US, frequently for small audiences and an even smaller paycheck. That same drive has made Dickerson the first artist to release four consecutive career-starting singles that reached No. One on the Billboard Country Airplay chart since Luke Combs. He also joins Combs as the second solo artist and fourth act overall to have four or more singles reach No. One on the Country Airplay chart since its inception decades ago. Those back-to-back chart-topping singles include “Yours” (3X Platinum), “Blue Tacoma” (2X Platinum), “Every Little Thing” (Platinum), “Love You Like I Used To” (Platinum) and most recently Dickerson’s current single “She Likes It” ft. Jake Scott has already been certified Gold with 170 million streams to date. This Fall, he will embark on a sold-out tour in the UK and headline a tour throughout the US starting in November.

Russell Dickerson Announces Big Wheels & Back Roads Tour

russell dickerson big wheels tour

Russell Dickerson is heading out on the road this fall, joined by a few special guests. The father of one , with one on the way , announces his Big Wheels & Back Roads Tour, kicking off on September 21, joined by Restless Road for all dates, with  Parmalee and Niko Moon each joining Dickerson on select dates.

Dickerson announced the new tour on social media.

Here we go!! I couldn’t stay away from you guys for too long. The #BigWheelsAndBackRoadsTour kicks off this fall. Use code RDFAM23 to get early access to tickets Tuesday, May 16 at 10AM. LET'S GOOOOO!!! 🚜🛣 https://t.co/A6zpL5ibHG pic.twitter.com/86Qmro4Z70 — Russell Dickerson (@russelled) May 15, 2023

The Tennessee native is eager to head back on tour, which continues to be a benchmark for how far he has come in country music.

“I’ve been touring for, I think this is our seventh year in a row, just nonstop, 100 miles an hour,” Dickerson told Entertainment Tonight . “And this is the first year that I was going to profit. Because it’s always [going] back. It’s always hiring more people, more lights, bigger everything. And this was the first year that I was actually going to make money. And I still, this time I would not trade it for a penny of that. it’s been the biggest blessing.”

Dickerson already bought their new son headphones so he, like his big brother, can join his father on the road. For the “God Gave Me A Girl” singer, he is at his best when he is with his wife Kailey, even if that time is while he is on tour. Fortunately, Dickerson was able to spend time at home earlier this year, time he wouldn’t trade for anything.

“We spend a lot of time together, always,” Dickerson said. “She’s traveled with me since day one. She took all the pictures on the road. She used to sell the merch, and set up that whole thing, and drive the van back in the day. So the fact that we’ve been home alone, that time isn’t necessarily always quality time, even though we’re together 24/7. These six months have been real quality time.”

Dickerson released his eponymous  third studio album in November, co-writing all 15 songs on the record.

“I had some songs on hold that I wanted to record, and as I would play them for my tight group of people, they were just like, ‘I feel like you have better,’” Dickerson told Everything Nash . “I am not precious about writing every song on my album, by any means. I want to record outside songs. This community here … there are a million hit songs sitting in people’s folders right now.”

Russell Dickerson’s Big Wheels & Back Roads Tour Rolls into Windsor with Steven Lee Olsen and Kelsi Mayne

Posted by Dan Savoie | Mar 11, 2024 | Concert Reviews

Russell Dickerson Windsor 2024 - 13

Russell Dickerson performs at Caesars Windsor on March 8, 2024.

Russell Dickerson brought a massive, high-octane country music party to The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor on Friday night with his Big Wheels & Back Roads Tour. The Tennessee native hit the stage with boundless energy, whipping the crowd into a frenzy with his string of #1 hits. But before Dickerson took the stage, the crowd was treated to stellar opening sets from Canadian talents Steven Lee Olsen and Windsor’s own Kelsi Mayne, setting the perfect tone for an unforgettable night of music.

Dickerson has seen a meteoric rise in recent years, becoming just the second solo artist after Luke Combs to have four or more singles reach #1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart. Those chart-toppers include “Yours,” “Blue Tacoma,” “Every Little Thing,” and “Love You Like I Used To.”

He performed several of those smash hits along with new tracks from his latest self-titled album and its deluxe version The After Party Deluxe.

Country star Russell Dickerson brought his high-energy “RD Party” to The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor on Friday night as part of his Big Wheels & Back Roads Tour. The Tennessee native has been on a meteoric rise, becoming the first artist since Luke Combs to release four consecutive career-starting #1 singles on the Billboard Country Airplay chart with hits like “Yours,” “Blue Tacoma,” “Every Little Thing,” and “Love You Like I Used To.”

Dickerson brought the party to The Colosseum, with an insanely energetic show rightfully dubbed an “RD Party.” The Tennessee native performed a dynamic mix of smash hits and new tracks from his latest self-titled album and its deluxe version The After Party Deluxe, keeping the audience on their feet and singing along all night.

Dickerson tore up the stage, running and jumping along a massive ramp that extended from the back all the way to the front, bringing him within arm’s reach of his adoring fans. The innovative stage setup, featuring a dazzling backdrop of pulsing LED screens, perfectly complemented Dickerson’s larger-than-life performance and made for an unforgettable concert experience.

In between the raucous, high-octane numbers, Dickerson slowed things down with beautiful ballads like “Yours,” giving himself and the audience a chance to catch their breath. But those moments of respite were short-lived, as he launched right back into his string of chart-topping hits that had the crowd going wild.

With boundless enthusiasm and a setlist packed with fan favorites, Dickerson more than delivered on his promise of an epic party. His infectious energy never wavered, and it was clear he was having just as much fun as the audience. For the lucky fans in attendance, it was a night they won’t soon forget – a testament to Dickerson’s status as one of country music’s fastest-rising stars. The concert will undoubtedly go down as one of the highlights of Windsor’s 2024 music season.

Opening the show were two talented Canadian acts – Windsor’s own Kelsi Mayne and hitmaker Steven Lee Olsen.

Steven Lee Olsen 5

Steven Lee Olsen

Steven Lee Olsen, the main support act for Dickerson, is a phenomenal songwriter and an honest, true talent. The Canadian artist has written hits for some of the biggest names in country music, including Dallas Smith, Brett Kissel, and Keith Urban. But on Friday night, he proved once again that he’s just as captivating as a performer in his own right, much like he did when he last graced the Caesars Windsor stage supporting his friend Kissel last year.

This time around, Olsen treated the audience to a mix of his own hits and songs he’s written for others, each one showcasing his incredible storytelling ability and musical prowess. One of the highlights of his set was the massive hit “Blue Ain’t Your Color,” which was originally written for Olsen’s debut album. However, when that album failed to get released, he graciously gave the song to Keith Urban, who turned it into a chart-topping sensation.

From upbeat, foot-stomping numbers that had the crowd dancing along to heartfelt ballads that showcased his emotional depth, Olsen demonstrated his versatility as an artist. His engaging stage presence and genuine connection with the audience made it clear why he’s so highly regarded in the country music community.

Kelsi Mayne 1

Kelsi Mayne

Starting off the evening was Windsor’s rising country star, Kelsi Mayne. She took the stage with an infectious energy and a setlist that showcased her impressive range as an artist. Mayne performed a mix of original songs and covers, including a standout version of Aerosmith’s “Cryin'” that had the crowd cheering. Joined by two musicians for the acoustic set, a guitarist and percussionist playing a cajón, it felt intimate and riveting. The highlight of Mayne’s set was her latest single, “Surrender,” which she dedicated to her grandmother who had passed away just the day before. Despite the personal tragedy, Mayne delivered a stunning and emotional performance that left many in the crowd wiping away tears, a testament to her strength as a person and her talent as a musician.

Russell Dickerson’s Big Wheels & Back Roads Tour Looks Like a Party [Pictures]

Russell Dickerson had plenty to celebrate as he wrapped his Big Wheels & Back Roads Tour  over the weekend in Florida.

The singer tied a bow on a very satisfying year, personally and professionally. Pictures shared exclusively with Taste of Country show a pair of high-energy concerts and Dickerson living his best life.

  • Dickerson and wife Kailey welcomed their second child in October.
  • Just prior to the close of the tour, his latest single " God Gave Me a Girl " hit No. 1 at country radio.
  • He spent the previous week working — CMA Awards week meant dozens of interviews and fresh red carpet style pre-show. Dickerson made our list of Best Dressed on the carpet.

Officially, Dickerson can take the rest of 2024 off, as his  tour calendar is empty until February. Talking Taste of Country prior to the CMAs, Dickerson explained why getting "God Gave Me a Girl" to No. 1 meant so much.

"It's a song that means so much to me personally," he tells Adison Haager, referring to how the lyrics help tell his love story. "It's been climbing and climbing and we were like, 'Dude, we got this.'"

Another country hitmaker with a bit higher profile was also gunning for No. 1, however, so Dickerson and his team started to think getting there would be impossible. "We prayed and we had all our people on it and we left no stone unturned," he says.

"And we freaking got the No. 1 song in the country this week."

"God Gave Me a Girl" is Dickerson's latest single from his self-titled album, released in November 2022. He also released a summertime EP called Three Months Two Streets Down in June.

Moscow Metro

The Moscow Metro Tour is included in most guided tours’ itineraries. Opened in 1935, under Stalin’s regime, the metro was not only meant to solve transport problems, but also was hailed as “a people’s palace”. Every station you will see during your Moscow metro tour looks like a palace room. There are bright paintings, mosaics, stained glass, bronze statues… Our Moscow metro tour includes the most impressive stations best architects and designers worked at - Ploshchad Revolutsii, Mayakovskaya, Komsomolskaya, Kievskaya, Novoslobodskaya and some others.

What is the kremlin in russia?

The guide will not only help you navigate the metro, but will also provide you with fascinating background tales for the images you see and a history of each station.

And there some stories to be told during the Moscow metro tour! The deepest station - Park Pobedy - is 84 metres under the ground with the world longest escalator of 140 meters. Parts of the so-called Metro-2, a secret strategic system of underground tunnels, was used for its construction.

During the Second World War the metro itself became a strategic asset: it was turned into the city's biggest bomb-shelter and one of the stations even became a library. 217 children were born here in 1941-1942! The metro is the most effective means of transport in the capital.

There are almost 200 stations 196 at the moment and trains run every 90 seconds! The guide of your Moscow metro tour can explain to you how to buy tickets and find your way if you plan to get around by yourself.

Go beneath the streets on this tour of the spectacular, mind-bending Moscow Metro! Be awed by architecture and spot the Propaganda , then hear soviet stories from a local in the know. Finish it all up above ground, looking up to Stalins skyscrapers, and get the inside scoop on whats gone on behind those walls.

Know More about this tour

We begin our Moscow tour beneath the city, exploring the underground palace of the Moscow Metro. From the Square of Revolution station, famous for its huge statues of soviet people (an armed soldier, a farmer with a rooster, a warrior, and more), we’ll move onto some of the most significant stations, where impressive mosaics, columns, and chandeliers will boggle your eyes! Moreover, these stations reveal a big part of soviet reality — the walls depict plenty of Propaganda , with party leaders looking down from images on the walls. Your local guide will share personal stories of his/her family from USSR times, giving you insight into Russia’s complicated past and present. Then we’re coming back up to street level, where we’ll take a break and refuel with some Russian fast food: traditional pancakes, called bliny. And then, stomachs satiated, we are ready to move forward! We’ll take the eco-friendly electric trolleybus, with a route along the Moscow Garden Ring. Used mainly by Russian babushkas(grannies) during the day, the trolleybus hits peak hours in the mornings and evenings, when many locals use it going to and from their days. Our first stop will be the Aviator’s House, one of Stalin’s Seven Sisters, followed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs — and you’ll hear the legends of what has gone on inside the walls. Throughout your Moscow tour, you’ll learn curious facts from soviet history while seeing how Russia exists now, 25 years after the USSR.

This tour exceeded our expectations. Nikolai (Nick), our tour guide, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and has a great personality. He didn't take shortcuts and really covered everything that was on the agenda in great detail. We saw beautiful metro stations and learned the history behind them, including many of the murals and designs.
