Guillame and Talus were both both excellent guides, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and open to exchanging stories. Both have good English with Talus's being excellent. The refugios leave something to be desired. The buildings are kept basically clean but are damp. The mattresses were saggy and I suspect the bites we had were bed bugs. We realise, that this is not something that Nattrip is directly responsible for but perhaps sleeping maps would be better and the mattresses removed. The walk was wonderful none the less due to the spectacular environment and guides and is recommended to those happy to have a little discomfort to experience this wonderful landscape.

The tour was great with our tour leader providing outstanding service by constantly ensuring that we were aware of upcoming activities, meeting times, restaurant suggestions and points of interest. I could not recommend Hernanda more highly. The majority of our group integrated very well however, as I imagine is the case in all group tours, there were a few who did not listen to the group leader and as such were constantly questioning what was happening. It is hard to listen when you’re constantly tapping on your cell phone!! Would do another Tourradar tour in the future without hesitation. All accomodation and tours were excellent. I normally don't take time to write reviews but I am for this one. Wendy and the whole Team Wanderfull has been by far the best tour company we have dealt with due to various reasons. Every step of the way, they have communicated with us no matter the time of the day and they followed up to make sure our needs were attended. Team Wanderfull checked up on us regularly to make sure things went well, I believe on a daily basis. They have been very accommodating to us and to our needs. We received prompt refund for our money when we needed to change/cancel the day tour that the company provided to a tour that fits our needs and time. We were provided extra tour when we missed our first tour since we somehow did not realize we had to meet our tour guide on our first day in Buenos Aires. Can't really blame us on this one since we were tired and hungry after having almost 24 hrs of no sleep and being hungry :). Team Wanderfull was able to book a last minute show for us and accommodated our request for a specific show. Team Wanderfull made sure we were satisfied with the hotel that we stayed at and moved us to a different hotel since our rooms were unsatisfactory (in Rio), even if Wanderfull had to eat up the cost of transferring us to another hotel. All the arrangements for the move were promptly made. Wanderfull Tour really stands up to its name as they truly are a wonderful company!
