Ivy is incredible. She was very responsive and accommodating to our requests and was a tremendous help planning our trip to Hawaii. She also got us a great rate! Highly recommended

Best vacation ever. I had travel bug book a Mexico vacation for me. They recommend a resort I was not interested in, and it ended up being the best resort I have ever stayed at. Five stars all the way.

Debbie, the owner here, has been absolutely amazing. I'm in the process of organizing a trip for 300-500 people to Japan and China for 13 days, and she has been great in communicating everything, and going the extra mile to make sure we're completely covered in every way possible. She even brought in an expert to help us organize the trip, and to further explain other possible options we may want to explore.

Debbie at Travel Bug helped me book a trip to Chicago for my best friends wedding. She is very helpful and knowledgeable... I will definitely be using her for more travel needs! Thanks Debbie!

YEY for Travel Bug! My hubby and I used the bug to make our honeymoon cruise arrangements. We did our research online and knew where we wanted to go and on what cruise line, but remained open in the event the agent had other suggestions. It could not have been smoother. They walked us through everything, gave advice on times to fly out to Long Beach, what service to use to get to the pier and half a dozen other things that I cannot remember right now. The bottom line is that they took care of everything. A week or so later we picked up our travel documents and we were good to go. No complaints here, we would gladly use them again and again!

I have issues with Travel Bug. Every time I have used this company, one agent in particular has been rude, short and downright unprofessional with me and I can't figure out why. My husband and I have used them for personal and business related travel as well as using them to set up revel for other people in our own company and yet each time the same issues with this one agent. The owner is great; sadly, I always have to deal with the other person. Most recently, I wanted to set up a trip to France and contacted them via email, hoping I could deal with anyone else. It didn't happen. After a series of rude and curt emails on her behalf, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I could have booked the trip myself but I wanted the services of a professional but clearly I wasn't going to get that with Travel Bug. Needless to say I will not be using Travel Bug anymore.

I booked a flight with Travel Bug. It was a great experience, something I miss. I always used to go online and do it myself, but I found great customer service with Travel Bug. They gave me options of different airports and times and the pricing was the same as going online. I feel much better about supporting my local travel agent. Thanks, Debbie

My father purchased a Disneyland vacation package through the Travel Bug for myself and my daughter as a birthday present. What a surprise! and the best part was everything was already done. There were little tickets for hotel, park passes, picture pass, luggage tags, and little freebee's from Disney all included. Our check in and go have fun days couldn't have been easier. Thank you Travel Bug!

After many FAILED vacations planned through popular internet sites (i.e. Aloha airlines going bankupt in 2008 and not getting any notification whatsoever...or arriving to Rome Italy and trying to check in and finding out reservations were not made...thanks solartours) I decided to book all future trips w/ a travel agent. This past May, I had the pleasure of working with LINDA GAGNE in planning a trip to Costa Rica w/ Caravan Tours. The trip was so amazing and so relaxing not to have to worry about anything! The trip was truly a VACATION! She's very knowledgeable and such a joy to work with...in fact I already contacted her to start planning our next trip this November!
