Recently we had a fantastic trip with MSC cruise from Dubai. Thanks to Travelwings team for the guidance & follow up on registering with MSC cruise. We had a wonderful time with incredible memories. Special thanks & appreciation to Mr. Sharda Vipin on registration & Mr. Vikrant Rathore for post sales follow up for making our trip memorable.

Deeply disgusted & disappointed…

I'm so disappointed and I honestly wish there was a Zero rating I could put to shoe how deeply disappointed I am with travelwings. I made a booking, money got deducted from my account but booking showed failed, I was then asked to pay more money as the fare price was said to have gone up which I paid no questions asked. I got a confirmation from travelwings and another from the airline which was contrary to the one I initially got from travelwings since it had a different time slot. Mind you, I am travelling from overseas and this was supposed to be a connecting flight that was changed to an earlier time before I even land. Upon calling Travelwings the lady first told me to call the airline myself to which I told her that I had already done that, she then proceed to put me on hold for 16mins before hanging up on me. There are no words to express how disgusted I am by this behaviour. I was very calm and explained myself like a gentleman just to be treated like this.

Purvi was so helpful

Purvi was so helpful, she is very professional and spoke very clearly for me to understand.and also very patient with me.

I had issues securing a seat on Egyptair

I had issues booking a flight with Egypt air but Travel Wings agent Naina took care of everything with the airline and also made sure i paid a cheaper fair. She was so helpful and patient. She went over and beyond. I so appreciate her help!

PURVI was patient and excellent - she addressed my query and resolved the payment issue in real time.

Bad customer service!!!

Customer service can't speak proper english. The time frame to change a flight was 30 minutes plus on a telephone. I need more help and customer service told me I need to ask the questions on whatsapp. After 2 weeks I still didn't get any response. The values this company shows on their website and what they deliver is 2 different stories. Won't recommend Travelwings to any customer in the world. Shocking service!

Purvi restored my hope!

I overslept and by the time I woke up, it was one hour before the departure of my flight and obviously there was no hope. I panicked and Purvi such a wonderful and efficient agent came to my rescue when I’d lost hope and she restored it by providing me with an astounding service I’ll never forget. Very good service and support

Very good service and support. While making the payment their website got page error and I lost cash from my account. After that I contacted the customer service and spoke with one of the CS agent Ms.Prurvi. She found my booking and forwarded the ticket to my email. All your customers representatives are failure in response to urgent or non urgent situation especially on email and WhatsApp. Whenever someone has problems like missing flight, change of ticket you'll never respond in time or call back to help until he bear some loss that you don't care. I think we have to let the public know about this.
