Where to begin? If you think Troye is precious, just wait till you after you've seen him live, precious-ness will rise. The concert lasted for 1h and twenty minutes and it was really great! He opened up with BITE and finished it with YOUTH and had very good song choices. Was alos happy surprised he sang Happy Little Pill, and he made a beautiful cover of a Amy Winehouse, besides that he sung all songs on Blue Neighbourhood besides BLUE. He had good charisma and you honestly could not help to smile. When he talked between the songs he was funny, entertaining and too pure. His voice was just as beautiful in real life that it's in recordings. It was a really emotional concert and he seemed to think so too since it was the last stop on the tour. If you have the chance to see him go, it will be worth all the money, queueing and waiting.

This show was just the best! It started with Leland, who was also really good and set a good vibe for the rest of the evening. It was such a special evening to be a part of! I would also add that I felt so comfortable during the show, the rest of the crowd was so lovely! Even though Troye didnt feel to well and was sipping his chamomile tea, the show didn’t suffer under it (not that I have been to a show of his before, but I mean can it really get any better than this?!). The songs he sang were nicely picked and made a good show, the band was on point and the light effect (especially the rainbow one) were awesome!! It’s just a shame he didn’t sing Blue, but I didn’t really count on him singing it so that was okay! Best show I’ve ever been to, would recommend 11/10!!!

Do you want to know what it's like to go see Troye Sivan live in concert? Imagine him having a blast, dancing and singing to his best tunes in his living room. Now imagine lights, coming down on him like the angel is he. Finally imagine a crowd of people dancing along with him, having the time of their lives. There you go. That's a concert with Troye Sivan.

Before coming, I knew I was going to have fun, I mean, it's Troye Sivan! But I really wasn't ready for what actually happened - a celebration of love, tolerance and music, a kid living his dream and owning the show, a crowd of people who share his values and opinions.

So thank you Troye, not only for giving us music that speaks to us, but for spreading love as well as you do, it was amazing.

Seeing Troye Sivan in concert is something I have wanted to do since the release of his first EP. His music has etched a significant mark on my life, and I will be forever grateful for the life lessons his work has taught me. I was honestly a little nervous, having waited so long to see him, that it would not live up to all I had hoped for. The result was the exact opposite, and I had a perfect night. There were a few highlights, for example, providing the story of his coming out experience before he played Heaven, when he brought a young fan on stage, the entire audience screaming "FIREPROOF" during Youth, and his explanation of The Good Side were times I will always remember. I would absolutely see him again, and I am so thankful for my experience.

So I saw Troye Sivan and Astrid S live in concert last night in Kansas City and honestly it was amazing! The best concert I've ever been too! It was Astrid's birthday and Troye brought a cake out to her on stage and she shoved it into her face and it was adorable! Troye was amazing! I knew pretty much every song! Troye's parents were adorable, they were dancing and singing along and videoing in what I like to call the 'Abe Lincoln' seats in the theater. I would definitely go again. Troye sounded almost exactly like he did recorded as he did live and it was so amazing. Can't wait until the next album/tour, will be definitely going if at all possible! He also performed 'Swimming Pools' which was amazing as always!

Overall 15/10 concert rating!

Really awesome show! Troye is awesome at connecting with the audience. His stage was awesome and the lighting and smoke machines made everything that much more impactful to the eyes. The lighting itself was art. He's an excellent singer and really loves it when the audience sings along, which is really cool if you're taking videos! He performed a two song encore because the audience insisted. It was a really wonderful experience, as someone who went only so my friend didn't have to go alone I was more than pleasantly surprised at the quality of concert he has created! Keep doing good things Troye! Next time he's in Seattle expect to see my friend and I there!

Troye Sivan - Munich Tonhalle.

The waiting for the admission was in the open, icecold and wet. No shelter enywhere ! Typical for Munich.

The first band of Troye was average. Show, songs and performance not really worth mentioning.

Troye at his best ! Amnazing how he mastered his

performance. Nice and cosy stage arrangement, excellently dressed up Troye, good sound, good light. His songs were clean, pure pleasure, with good lyrics. The public in between 16 and 30 years, half men, half girls.

A refreshing evening, a cheerful youngster who guided the viewers excellently through the show.

Please, come soon again !

This show made yesterday one the best day of my life. Troye Sivan really tried his best during the show and put so much energy into it. At no point did i see anyone not having a good time. Even the security was smiling once in a while.

I would definitely recommend going to a Troye concert, he represents LGBTQ which means everyone is welcome! No lip syncing, and he communicates with the crowd. All the other guests were so friendly, you will have a great time regardless. This was my second troye concert, and it was just as amazing as the first (If not maybe even more amazing, since i was at front row!)

Hope this helped!

The concert was absolutely amazing. The Hollywood Palladium is so beautiful and just the perfect place for a Troye Sivan concert. The opening acts were amazing as well. FRANKIE and Astrid S are my all time favorites so it was kind of like getting to see three of my favorite artists for the price of one! I actually met FRANKIE after the concert and she was a total sweetheart. Mama Mellet actually waved at me and I almost died. I even met some of the Try Guys from Buzzfeed when I was walking to get in line for the show. Everyone in the crowd was super friendly. This concert is and will forever be the best day of my life.

Troye was amazing at his November 12th show in Boston MA. Dua Lipa, the opening act played and she was amazing as well! Troye's opening to the concert was so amazing and he teased the crowd a bit before he actually came on. He sang all of his songs off of Blue Neighbourhood, and also Happy Little Pill and Swimming Pools and every song was amazingly preformed!I had a seat in the stands but I still could see the stage... I had so much fun that night and I HIGHLY recommend any Troye fan to go to one of his concerts! No matter what seat you have, it's almost certain you will enjoy it! Have fun to anyone who goes!

Being in your moment is given away by your travel schedule, and Sivan’s is one of frequent flier mile dreams. After launching the album in the U.S. — which included a stop on “Watch What Happens Live” where Reba McEntire now-virally asked him to explain poppers — he traveled back home to Melbourne, Australia, only to have a pit stop in Honolulu due to a sick passenger on his flight. He’s at home for a few days before hopping back on a plane to spend the weekend in Milan, then turns around and comes back home to Australia, where he’s looking forward to sitting still finally.

“I gave absolutely everything that I had and that I could to this album, and it was so, so, so worth it because I’m so proud of it and I can’t believe the reception to the album. It’s just been honestly really life changing and something that I can really, really feel in my everyday life. Even just existing in the world and walking around and stuff like that, things feel very different than they have in the past, in a really, really rewarding way,” Sivan says. “But I also know that I need a second to just kind of enjoy it and slow down a little bit. It’s been go time for a long time. I’m happy to be present.”

Here, WWD chats with the 28-year-old Sivan about everything from music , books and scent to the joys of everyday connection.

WWD : In what way do you feel different now that the album is out?

Troye Sivan : I think it’s really just in the interactions that I’m having with people. It just kind of feels, I don’t know how to describe without sounding like a d–k. I can just feel it more than I used to. And it’s really, really nice to be having conversations with people on the street, but not just about random stuff or something that I did five years ago, but about the album that I put out last week and hearing about specific songs. I don’t know, it feels really nice.

WWD: It must feel especially rewarding to have put together music that’s so personal to you and that it’s about so many of your experiences in the past couple of years and have that resonate with people.

WWD: How did you land on the name “Something to Give Each Other” for the album?

T.S.: It was in the studio. The concept was really, really clear to us all at that point. I say us all, it was Oscar Görres and Leland and myself, and we were sitting in the studio and just kind of talking about everything that I was experiencing and this shift in my mindset that was happening on a really macro level. It just felt very big, and we were talking about humanity at large, basically. And I think it was very informed by COVID-19 and how much I was craving people and connection and touch. And then I came out of COVID and started to have all of these experiences where every single experience looked totally different, every single experience I learned something, every single experience was so valuable to me and brought something into my life, and I was so grateful for it. And then I just started thinking about all of these different interactions, whether it’s dancing on the dance floor with someone or taking them home or dating them for five years or whatever. I realized that we all have something to give each other. And I just was kind of talking about it in the studio, like I am to you now, and I clocked it in my head and I was like, “OK, wait. That’s the album title.”

WWD: What other artists are you listening to at the moment?

T.S.: Let me get my Spotify up and tell you. I was listening to “Inner Smile” by Texas specifically. That was the first song. And I am embarrassingly late to Shygirl, so I’ve been listening to a bit of that. And Dido, which is just kind of a constant.

WWD: What does the rest of the year look like for you? Are you getting ready to tour at some point in the new year?

WWD: Has fragrance always been a really important thing to you?

T.S.: Yes, always super important. I’ve always loved it. I remember being picky, very, very picky about deodorant and cologne when I was 13 and stuff like that. And I always knew that I loved to play with something that felt curiously unisex to me. I liked the scent that made me feel cute, that was both masculine and feminine at the same time in the sort of traditional sense. And so it was always something that was really important to me. And then when I started traveling, I would bring a candle with me to try and make some sort of semblance of home while I was away. It’s just been a big part of my life.

WWD: One route you could have gone was to outsource it and put your name on the brand at the end, which a lot of celebrities do. Why was it really important to you to be involved at this level?

T.S.: With everything creative that I ever get to do, for me, releasing something is almost the most, I don’t want to say boring part, but that’s not the point for me. The point is making the thing. That’s the funnest part for me, the part where I’m really active. Releasing it, it’s exciting to watch how people react to something, but at the end of the day, you’re just kind of posting something or sharing it. So it wasn’t interesting to me at all to hop on at the end and just put my name on it. I really wanted to, from the ground up, build this thing. And it’s been such a pleasure to work with my brother on it, and we’re having a really good time. We’ve learned so much and have been really kind of floored by the response to it. We’re going to be in some new retailers early next year, and we’re working on the next product line. It’s just a very, very fun project for me.

WWD: If you were to assign a scent to the album, what’s the album smell like to you?

T.S.: I think it smells like TLY 5755 candle, which is our signature scent. Just because it’s so warm and complex and there’s layers to it, and it’s really, really grounded at the same time, but there’s this cutesy sweetness to it that I think just really, really suits the album.

T.S.: It feels like an extension, really, of everything else. The actual creation of the scent is such a beautiful process and one that I have never experienced before and really, really enjoyed. And then beyond that, it feels very similar to everything else, where it’s working with incredible designers on typography or incredible stylists and photographers and makeup and hair artists for campaign imagery and all that stuff to me is just the stuff that I love and it’s the stuff that I kind of get to do every day at this point. So, yeah, it feels like a very nice extension of everything else. It doesn’t feel maybe as different as people would think that it would.

WWD: We can’t talk about anything acting related [due to the actors’ strike], but what’s a movie or a show that you saw this year that you really loved?

T.S.: Honestly, one of the most embarrassing things in my life is how little media I consume. I read a lot and I listen to a lot of music, but I don’t watch a ton of TV or movies.

WWD: What do you do on all these long flights then?

T.S. : I either read or I sleep mostly. I am a really good sleeper on planes. I guess if I am to watch TV, I use it as a form of total, total escapism. I’m more likely to watch a trash reality show than I am a good TV show. I think I’m just out of the habit of when I’m looking for entertainment, I don’t look to TV all the time.

WWD: What are you reading?

T.S.: I just finished “The Secret History,” which I loved. And then at the moment, I’m about halfway through “The Firm” by John Grisham, which I’m really enjoying. It’s a great book.

WWD: So you’re not going light on the book front…

T.S.: I want something substantial. I want something that’s going to take me a couple of weeks to read, or at least a couple of days.

WWD : Did you end up explaining to Reba what poppers are backstage on Andy Cohen?

T.S.: No way. No way. She does not need to know.

Charli XCX & Troye Sivan Are Gonna Make You ‘Sweat' With Co-Headlining Tour: See the Dates

They took you back to " 1999 " and flung you forward to " 2099 ." Now, Charli XCX and Troye Sivan want to make you sweat in the present tense.

On Wednesday (April 17), the pop star duo announced their co-headlining arena tour, Charli XCX & Troye Sivan Present: Sweat , set to kick off this fall. The 21-date excursion will start at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Mich., on Sept. 14, with the pair heading through Toronto, New York City, Boston, Chicago, Miami, Dallas and plenty more stops, before wrapping up with a final show at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle on Oct. 23.

Sharing the stage with special guest Shygirl, Charli and Sivan will transform arenas into raves throughout the Sweat tour, with a press release adding that the show will be "not only a celebration of their individual successes, but it is also a testament to their commitment to inclusivity and diversity within the music industry." Fans can sign up for the advance presale until April 25 at the tour's official website .

The news comes on the heels of Charli announcing the official dates for her own international arena tour in support of her forthcoming album Brat (due out June 7 via Atlantic), with shows set to start on June 1 in Barcelona. Sivan, meanwhile, will embark on his long-awaited European tour supporting his 2023 LP Something to Give Each Other starting in May.

In an interview with Billboard in March, Charli teased that fans can expect her new album to sound "aggresive and confrontational," while also remaining "conversational and personal." Speaking about the writing, she said, "I'm over the idea of metaphor and flowery lyricism and not saying exactly what I think, the way I would say it to a friend in a text message. This record is all the things I would talk about with my friends, said exactly how I would say them."

Artist presale for Charli XCX & Troye Sivan Present: Sweat begins Thursday, April 25, at 10 a.m. local time, with the general on-sale beginning Friday, April 26, at 10 a.m local time on Live Nation's website . Check out the official dates for the tour below:

Charli XCX and Troye Sivan are about to transform arenas across North America into raves from "1999."

The British hyperpop phenom, 31, and the Aussie pop star, 28, announced on Wednesday, April 17 that they're going on a joint headlining tour in 2024 titled Charli XCX & Troye Sivan present: Sweat. The run of 21 shows is a highly anticipated effort among fans of the two stars, who have long been friends and frequent collaborators.

The hitmakers — who collaborated on "1999" and "2099" off the 2019 album Charli — will play a handful arenas across the U.S. and Canada in the fall. The "Von Dutch" singer and the "Rush" singer will hit the road together in mid-September, kicking off Sweat in Detroit on Sept. 14.

Harley Weir

The superstars will play throughout September and into October, eventually wrapping up on Oct. 23 in Seattle. They'll make stops at iconic venues like New York City's Madison Square Garden and Los Angeles' Kia Forum, in addition to major cities like Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco and others.

Charli XCX and Sivan will also bringing along a special opening act: the British alt-hip-hop/electronic star Shygirl .

Stuart Winecoff

According to a press release, fans can expect the "Vroom Vroom" artist and the "One of Your Girls" singer to turn "venues into raves."

Their co-headlining concerts are set to feature "exhilarating performances, stunning visuals, and infectious beats," and act as "a testament to their commitment to inclusivity and diversity within the music industry," per the release.

Both of the avant-pop musicians shared a tour teaser on Instagram . The brief clip features flashing imagery of the two singers, along with minimalist, brightly colored posters with the tour dates that appear to be inspired by rave flyers.

Sweat comes nearly one year after Sivan released his acclaimed, third studio album Something to Give Each Other in October 2023. The project's lead single, " Rush ," garnered to nominations for best pop dance recording at best dance video at the 2024 Grammys .

The upcoming string of live dates will also come on the heels of the release of Charli XCX's new album Brat , which is due out on Friday, June 7.

The Pop 2 artist kicked off the album release cycle of her follow up to 2022's Crash in late February when she dropped "Von Dutch." Since then, she's released a remix of the track featuring Addison Rae and her longtime producer A.G. Cook, as well as the singles "Club classics" and "B2b."

Live Nation

Sweat won't be the only time Charli XCX is hitting the road this year. In addition to a handful of festival dates this spring and summer, she'll also be playing a short stint of headlining gigs in support of the release of Brat in N.Y.C., Chicago, Los Angeles, Mexico City and São Paulo in June.

Once the singer-songwriter's dates with Sivan wrap, she'll also embark on an arena tour of the U.K. in late November and early December to close out 2024.
