Me and my family joined 3d2n Hat Yai tour departing on 27/10 -30/10. I want to complain of the poor service I received from the company. The tour guide name is Ms Jxxy Wxxg and another local tour guide Madam M whose is local tour guide from our hometown. There are few pick up points for our tour. Unfortunately , my family and friend (6 pax of us) was the second last stop for pick up. When we on board to the bus, there is no seat left for 6 of us though its a 44 seat bus. What we saw is someone put their umbrella (2 in total) to occupy the seat for another 4 passengers whose will be on board in KL later. When we ask the tour guide for the seat arrangement , at first she choose to ignore, but since the bus is departing, she kept the 2 umbrella and let us sit on the seat. When the bus stopped at KL petrol station, we went down to WC. We got a shock that when we on board to the bus again, our seat was occupied by another 4 passengers who come later on. Argument start since then, we ask your tour guide to stand up and handle the argument. To my disappointment, she didn't say anything and let my father being humiliates in public. We have to fight for our seat in the bus, what a shame. When we reached hotel at evening, room arrangement is another nightmare. There are 5 pax for my family, before heading to hotel we already asked the tour guide how is the arrangement. We requested 1 twin sharing room and 1 triple room. She said that is not her issue. We should settled ourselves with the local tour guide Madam M. Another round of argument at the hotel reception. There is 4 guest unsatisfied with the poor room condition, they directly return the key to Madam M and find another hotel. Madam M just passed the key to my father, mentioned hotel side does not allowed for refund of unoccupied room, so she got extra room, let my father to stay that extra room, no need to request for triple room. Worst thing is next morning, that Madam M come to my family, humiliates us in public, ask my father to pay for the room fare as he slept in "extra room" last night. She said the 4 guest requested for refund as they didn't stay in the hotel arranged by your company. But the problem is, the room key was given by the Madam M, and our tour fare has been included for accommodation. If we did not get a room as mentioned in the itinerary, please refund the money. On the last day, we went to Seaverse cafe, before arriving, the Thai local tour guide keep on tell us not to buy the coffee there as we only have 30 mins, we need to rush to next destination, grand pasar. All of us was very punctual, except your tour guide and the local Thailand tour guide. We waited 30 mins in the bus! Yet, when 3 of them go up the bus, they just keep quiet and no apologizes. Is this a professional attitude and fare to all of us? This is the worst tour i joined so far. Tour guide was very lack of knowledge and experience. Very poor arrangement and never take responsible. Keep on change plan and always repeat : I don't know, I just follow my company's instruction. This is the quality of your company tour service, Worst tour so far.

This is the worse bus coach I ever had. Don’t expect it to be punctual, clean and good in their service. They keep giving excuses when they delay their ride to reach you. they can be delay with anything. Bought the tickets 2.25pm but they came at 4pm.
