Disneyland Paris trip …

We spoke to an agent in the Rochdale branch called Evie. She spent nearly two hours with us to book a short notice holiday where we flew out 36 hours later. We changed out minds several times about when to fly, where to stay etc and nothing was too much trouble for her. Amazing experience from start to finish.

Spent hours and days looking for a…

Spent hours and days looking for a holiday on the Internet so decided to go to A travel agents as was not getting anywhere. I told them the countries I would like to go to and a first time solo traveler. I was made to feel at ease narrow down hotels as she knew my likes and dislikes and found me my perfect holiday. Also not having to print off tickets etc all done for you. Nothing beats that one to one Thankyou

Excellent service

First time cruisers

Went into Hays travel in Rochdale as a friend and I were thinking about trying a cruise for the first time. The staff were very helpful and provided us with plenty of options to think about, without putting on any pressure. We returned a week later having reviewed all the information given to us and have made a booking!

City break to Paris …

I wanted to book a city break to Paris and had looked online for hours, as I really wasn’t sure what central Paris meant when looking at hotel (it could be central to any location of interest in which I was not aware). I was very fortunate to have a travel agent who was able to guide me in the right direction, from choosing flights that suited me, to accommodation that was near public transport. I was also supported in planning the train journey from and to the airport. Overall excellent experience. Thank you Heys travel.
