DANZIG announces 'Danzig' 35th anniversary U.S. tour

Goddamn! Danzig  rarely tours these days, but the band helmed by the inimitable Glenn Danzig just announced a U.S. tour celebrating 35 years of his debut solo album, Danzig. 

Every night on the 13-date run, Danzig will play their iconic 1988 record in full, and they'll be joined by extreme-metal vets Behemoth, as well as Twin Temple and Midnight. 

The trek kicks off August 25th in Las Vegas and will hit both coasts of the U.S. and several dates in the Midwest and South before wrapping up September 17th in Chicago.

"These will be the only Danzig shows for the forseeable future, so do not miss this opportunity to see these rare Danzig performances," the band wrote on Instagram.

Tickets go on sale Friday June 2nd at 10 a.m. local time.
