Rocky provided an exceptional tour experience in Oahu! His humor added a delightful touch to the journey, making the trip not only informative but also entertaining. His knowledge of the island and its attractions was impressive, and he ensured that everyone on the tour felt engaged and included. Big shout outs to Rocky our tour guide driver! He was by far the most informative tour guide ever! I would definitely recommend Go Tours Hidden Gems Island Tour for any first timers to Hawaii like us. I was so happy they were able to accommodate my pregnant wife on this tour especially since this was going to be our last big vacation before she heads into labor. In addition to that we were very lucky to have front seats on the bus as it really added to the experience and gave us the best views! The package we opted for took us around to most of the main must-sees of the island of Oahu such as the Dole Pineapple Plantation, Byodo In Temple, Shrimp Farm, and many other famous sites. I believe they also offer a much more rigorous package as well that includes more activities like hiking up a mountain. But unfortunately we had to skip out on it this time since I didn't want to tire my wife out due to the state she's in with carrying the baby and all. Rocky's extensive experience in the touring and bus driving industry made us feel really comfortable throughout the whole tour. We were really impressed with his multitasking skills of being able to drive safely while trying to explain to us the backstory of each site at the same time as we were passing by. He was really knowledgeable and vested in the deep history of the island and we really appreciated his time for sharing it with us all. Most of all he kept us entertained throughout the whole ride by throwing in some humor and spoke about his life stories in relation to each site as well so that we wouldn't get bored or sleepy and not overloading us with just information. He's also got a really touching story about his family which he ended the tour with but I will not go into too much detail here since I don't want to spoil it. If you want to know, be sure to request for Rocky as your tour guide to find out!

We loved the sarcastic humor from our tour guide Colins. He was straight forward with what services and recommendations he could offer and was open to give local recommendations and conversations. I liked that shuttles were for smaller groups of 25. But that also meant no bathrooms in this shuttle. However our tour guide did mention all the stops that would have restrooms. The shuttle was older but was spacious. My favorite thing was he recommended these fried bananas that were SO good!! There's a long list of stops but most of them are either 10-30 minutes. This was a good starter tour to see the island, but you definitely need more time on some of the stops.

Ray was an excellent host, we had such a wonderful experience. This was my husband and I's first trip to Oahu and we truly enjoyed the tour. Ray was very kind, friendly, and informative all throughout the trip, I highly recommend this experience!

We recently did the "Circle Island Tour: Hidden Gems, Byodo-In Temple, & Turtle Spotting" and it was definitely a highlight of a trip! Lani was a GREAT tour guide - very friendly and knowledgeable. Loved how much there was to see on this tour: it was a full day! Lunch at Tanaka Kahuku Shrimp may have been one of the best meals I had on throughout our entire trip; I'd recommend the butter and garlic shrimp. The Mac Nut farm was amazing - best coffee we had. So glad we did this tour!

We did the Hidden Gem tour and our guide was Rocky. He was amazing! Our son said he was the highlight of the tour. He is so knowledgeable and it felt like it was an uncle giving us a tour. He made the tour seem so personable. Definitely recommend Rocky and this tour company.

Rocky was an amazing guide that had great stories to share and fun facts. It was an amazing time and I'm extremely glad to have this experience. Rocky was kind enough to not rush us at all and was just the most amazing and respectful individual. I definitely recommend going in this tour, you will get great photos and many opportunities to get some nice souvenirs

Highly, HIGHLY recommend this tour!! Noah was an amazing tour guide and literally went above and beyond to make sure all of us were having a great time. He likes to speed up the process to make sure we're ahead of the line and don't have to wait on anything and squeezes in some extra places to see. He's very adaptable to what's going during the tour as it seems there was some sort of car accident that both the driver and Noah were able to avoid so we wouldn't be stuck in all the traffic. Kudos to them!!! They're also extremely informative on the island's history and makes sure we aren't overwhelmed with information. They also recommended some great places to eat around in Waikiki, which was super helpful!! This tour has EVERYTHING you want to visit in Oahu so if you don't want to drive, I highly recommend this place because you get to see everything in one day and more!!! Would definitely book again if we come back with some people new to Hawaii!!!

I had a dream to visit Morocco…finally achieved this year!This country is quite fascinating,the people ,culture,inspiring architecture,so much to appreciate.We had several guides throughout our tour sharing their knowledge but the stand out was our tour guide,Omar.He is a very worthy ambassador for his country with his knowledge of its history and his sense of pride in it. Where do I start! I booked with On the Go Tours through my travel agent after seeing this tour on a VLOG. Before we even left, the company was very helpful when I had to call them for some help in filling in my eVisa for Egypt. As for the tour, I was happy with every aspect. We felt that 13 days was perfect and the pace of the tour was good. We covered all the major tourist sites and the amount of free time at the sites was always a group consensus. What made this tour so enjoyable was our tour guide Medo. What an amazing person Medo is and an absolute credit to OTGT. His interpersonal skills were excellent, his knowledge was second to none and always delivered with passion. Our group was small at around 11 people, so we bonded quickly and became like a travelling family! This is my first experience with a tour company, as most of my travel is done independently and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Having a tour like this where everything is organised for you, just leaves you with more time to just sit back and enjoy it all stress free. Well done OTGT and to Medo, who is an absolute credit to your company.

Marvelous 🇲🇦 Morocco

We had an absolutely fabulous experience! We were on the Morocco imperial tour. Our Tour Guide, Omar El Ghaly, was the absolute best guy we’ve ever ever had. He is so knowledgeable about the culture in history. He was so kind and cared so much about each of us. He’s even helping me find some pottery pieces after I return home from my trip. I would honestly take this exact trip again.

Our Magical Morocco trip was a Once in a Lifetime Adventure

Our Magical Morocco trip was incredible! Omar was a wonderful guide, who shared so much historical, cultural and geographical information. His friendliness, sense of humour, kindness and organization made this a once in a lifetime adventure. Our driver Daoud was also wonderful and by the time we finished our private tour, they both felt like family to us. The tour itself encompassed everything we could hope to cover in Morocco. The mosques, kasbahs, souks, national parks, Sahara desert (camel trek and overnight was a bucket list item, and still fills my heart). Through it all, Omar kept everything running smoothly. There is so much to explore in Morocco! The accommodations were comfortable and we felt at home in each one. We loved staying in the riads. Thank you Omar and Daoud, for showing us your beautiful country!

He suggests a range of options to eat or tour and is very helpful with translating and communicating with the locals. We are halfway through our tour of Morocco and very much enjoying the trip. The highlight so far I think is Chefchaouen. The Blue City is beautiful.

5 day Northern Lights tour in Iceland

My husband and I traveled to Iceland in the beginning of March and were on the 5 day Northern Lights tour with On the Go Travel. We were extremely pleased with our tour guide who was very efficient and knowledgable as we traveled by luxury coach bus along the southwest boarder of Iceland and inland on the Golden Circle. We toured the city of Reykjavik, saw many spectacular waterfalls, hiked on a glacier, met the famous Icelandic horses, and toured a tomato greenhouse. Hotel rooms were clean and the continental breakfast offered was very good and plentiful. This was a wonderful trip that I would highly recommend. We even witnessed the Northern Lights on our last night in Iceland. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Our 5 day Northern Lights Tour was…

Our 5 day Northern Lights Tour was amazing - well organized, saw many sights in a short amount of time - and our tour guide, Thora, was fantastic. She was animated, energetic, well-educated in local lore and the flora and fauna of the area, also gave good advice and recommendations throughout our tour. The hotels on the tour were comfortable and clean and the breakfasts they provided at them were delicious and abundant in choices! We saw all the major sights in the SW part of Iceland and also managed to see the Northern Lights on our last night (and locals said it was the best they had seen all season) We would definitely use On The Go again!

The 13 day Best of Morocco tour covered a fair bit of the country and our great tour guide, Jamal, was with us throughout. Jamal and his trusty driver Mustafa ensured we travelled safely and comfortably. Jamal reflected the friendly personality of all local Moroccans and he kept us informed and thoroughly entertained. Jamal and all local guides provided local knowledge without being preachy and out to impress. They knew their stuff and answered our questions with ease. Nice people. Great time and we got to see the Stars in the Sahara skies.

Totally Morocco - expectations exceeded

I have to start with our tour guide Jamal. He went above and beyond each day to ensure that our experience was nothing but perfection. He was a complete professional and everyday was an adventure with a vocabulary lesson that I’m going to miss. All my preconceived concerns were vanquished due to his quality of care and understanding in cultural differences. He truly took care of us. I will never forget him! The tour itself was interesting and was an ideal mix of eventful and relaxing. Even though it covers lots of ground, there isn’t a lack of interesting topics to cover while going through it. I would and have been highly recommending this tour with Jamal over and over again. Yala!

Golden Triangle and Kerala - ideal first visit tour

Excellent knowledgeable and organised guides (Sat and Vijesh), a comprehensive itinerary, heritage and 4 star hotels (and a houseboat stay!) made this tour really first class. I would strongly suggest bringing earplugs as the Golden Triangle cities noisy! Hotels offer buffets so you don't have to have curries for breakfast!

13 Days - Best of Morocco

My husband and I had an amazing time with the tour. It’s not our first time in Morocco but we definitely learned so much more and got to see beautiful places we haven’t been to before. A million thanks to Jamal, our wonderful tour guide, and to Mustafa, who drove us safely and comfortably all throughout. Jamal really took care of all our needs and concerns. The side trips and extra/optional tours were all just great. We’re happy to be in the company of fellow travelers who shared the same passion of exploring new places/countries. Our favorites are the Safari camel ride and the relaxing days in Essaouira. We highly recommend this tour especially Jamal as the tour guide and Mustafa as the driver.

Totally Morocco - Fantastic!

Just returned from a 9-day tour of Morocco (Totally Morocco) that was put together by On the Go Tours. The itinerary, the food, the shopping, our tour guide - Jamal, our driver – Mustafa, the city tour guides, plus the people on the tour with us made the whole experience amazing. Morocco surprised me - we had so many unexpected great experiences and saw so many great sights. My favorites were camping in the Sahara (which was an unforgettable experience), the arts and crafts in Fez, attending a Hammam, hot air ballooning in Marrakesh and so many more. Some of these were not part of the tour but extras which Jamal organized. I would highly recommend using On The Go Tours to tour Morocco especially with Jamal as the tour guide. Yalla!

Bad experience. Would not recommend

We did the Norway Fjords and Charms 8 day tour with Helena (tour guide). Unfortunately, she was disorganized and incompetent and didn’t know anything about Norway. She made us eat in gas stations most of the trip and would tell us about all of the sites that were cool but that we couldn’t see because it would be closed by the time we arrived. I’ll never use this company again because of her. The bus driver (Tomash) was wonderful and the accommodations were good.

I did the 13 day tour of Morocco with on the go Tours Feb 24. Tour guide Jamal was the best guide. He was not only our tour guide but our language teacher, history teacher and also a comedian. The tour group was the perfect size (9 in total ) and the vehicle and accommodation was comfortable. I would recommend this tour to anyone especially with Jamal.

City of Sultans tour Review Tour guides: Zel (first day Istanbul Classical) and Shaker (second day Bosphorous Cruise and Beylerbeyi). Organization/punctuality - Excellent All drivers and tour guides were punctual and knew the timings for all events. Knowledgeability - Excellent Both tour guides were extremely knowledgeable of everything relating to the sites visited and even ones passed by. Personality: Both guides were extremely friendly and personable. Would highly recommend them in future if wishing to visit Istanbul. Both went above and beyond for us.

Polar Nights Tromso Norway

This trip is advertised as 5 days which is false and misleading. It is only 3 days. Day 1 - meet tour guide in lobby at 6pm. That's it. Next day Sami and reindeer experience and drive by bus to Sommaroy. We could have had the camp-fire on this night had a sleepover , walk around island and gone back to Tromso.This could have been condensed into one day. There is so much time wasted sitting in your room doing nothing. We spent 2 nights and approx 42 hours on Sommaroy Island and during this time there was only one tour. We were taken by van to the (camp-fire tour) at approx 9pm in hopes to see the Northern lights. When we arrive there is no camp-fire but one gets made later (a tiny tin drum). I had pictured a lovely camp-fire with seats all around where we sat and chatted had hot drinks and toasted marshmallows while we waited in hope of seeing the lights. We left at approx 11.30pm. We were all very happy to get to see some lights so this was the highlight. So all in all we went there for 42 hours to spend 3 1/2 hours on a tour. We did a walk on the island for an hour with our guide, but anyone coming to the island could do that. This was at best a day trip. We come back to Tromso and the only thing organised is a bit of a boring walk around Tromso which we have already seen because of so much FREE time and a visit to the Polar Museum, all done by just after lunch time. Nothing to do now until 6.30pm when we get on the boat to chase the lights again. Sadly it was snowing so no chance tonight. Not the tour fault though. Didn't see tour guide on supposedly day 5 of our tour (which was just breakfast) on our own. I should have done my homework. Thoroughly overpriced. I could have done this whole thing easily by myself for way less than half the price.

We are confused that you found our information to be misleading as all marketing and documentation clearly outlines each day's activities, and identifies immediately that the start and end days do not include excursions. Scheduling our tours this way allows for multiple international participants to arrive or depart at their leisure on these days, and many travellers take the opportunity to explore on their own. Of course, we are pleased that your group experienced the Northern Lights and are disappointed that your own experience did not meet your expectations.

EGYPT - Treasures of the Nile

EGYPT! WOW, what an experience. On The Go Tours were beyond amazing, I would highly recommend and would book through them again. We were looked after at every point in the trip. There were no issues and we felt safe the entire time. We had a representative with us at all times from right when we landed (even before customs and picking up our bags in Cairo), at every stop of the tour, assisting us with the internal flights, and our Tour guide Helal was fantastic. Helal was full of knowledge, answered all questions, provided facts, very friendly and gave us tips on travelling in Egypt. Our small tour group of 8 was so much fun. The option for the internal flights instead of the sleeper train was a great pick.

Totally Morocco Tour

I was fortunate enough to go on the total Morocco tour at the end of November 2023. The tour was amazing and visited many historic sites. The accommodations were varied allowing a nice “sampler” of lodging. There was also a nice variety of food to try. Finally, Jamal was an exceptional guide, with plenty of knowledge and information. He had an excellent mix of current lifestyle information blended with a rich history. I feel much better understand Morocco than I did prior to my trip. I was also fortunate enough to be traveling with an amazing group of people, who were all strangers, until we met on the trip, which brought an interesting mix of perspectives to the tour. I would highly recommend this trip, and we go again. Thank you, Jamal.

Service of guide unacceptable

Service of guide unacceptable. Our guide for ther Egypt part of the tour- Amir-knew of a special request we had lodged re the Nile Cruise, it was not actioned or followed thru. He did nothing, we fixed the issue ourselves. The night tour of the temple of Luxor was recommended by him it was over priced and overrated, with the food at the restaurant recommended by him terrible. He then committed the worst sin of a guide- leaving behind two passengers on the bus at the Valley of the Kings site.His Egypt knowledge was ok, his guiding skills were less than acceptable.0

Just returned from the tour Pyramids, Petra promised Land

Just returned from the tour Pyramids, Petra Promised land with cruise. Trip was ok apart from the filthy conditions on the overnight train from Cairo to Luxor and also after we received notice that the Israel component of our tour has been cancelled due to conflict in Israel we were left at the Dead Sea when our tour guide departed back to Aman. Officially we were still on the tour in Jordan, there was three tour groups at the hotel without a representative or guide. this is not good enough and I ask what was your duty of care to the people on the tour?

The latter part of your tour was cancelled for the safety of participants, and affected travellers were asked to liase with their respective travel agents for assistance to amend their return flights. As the time at the Dead Sea is highlighted for the leisure of participants, a Guide does not usually join our groups here. Instead, travellers are able to make use of the contact numbers provided on their tour vouchers if any assistance is required. We apologise if this was not effectively reiterated to you at the time.

I had wanted to go to Morocco for some time. After reading different companies' itineraries and reviews, I chose On The Go's "Road to Casablanca". The trip was everything I imagined, and more! Our guide, Mustapha, was such a wonderful ambassador for Morocco, and we were fortunate to have him sharing his country with us. This tour took us to cities, the Atlas Mountains, and the Atlantic coast. We rode camels into the Sahara and spent the night! We visited markets and a nomad's home. The Moroccan people are friendly and welcoming, and the food is fantastic. This was my first trip with On The Go, but I'm already looking at their other tours for the future.

Not a good expereince

A guide who was ill and while a rather nice guy seemed to be going through the motions often leaving us wondering what was happening. No personal touch. Also the van was so cramped our legs were tucked up all the time. This particular trip also involved so much traveling we were sometimes too exhausted to really enjoy what we had travelled so far to see.

ON THE GO TOURS NOT RESPONDING TO OUR REQUESTS

We have a credit of USD 880 being deposit paid to OnThe GoTours since we could not travel due to Covid ( being senior citizens). I have emails confirming they are holding our funds to that effect from them. I have now written three times to them to give us a Tour for China in October 2024 but to no avail. Kindly if they cannot offer us a tour for October 2024, they may as well refund our money. Our not being able to take the tour then was not noone's fault. There were restrictions for travel due to Covid.

Vietnam & Cambodia

We visited Vietnam & Cambodia in April/May, the trip was amazing! Our guide Hung was incredible, he gave us so much information, helped with everything we needed and is a really lovely person. We saw some beautiful places, a trip overnight on a boat up the Mekong river, overnight train journey which was great fun. Angkor Wat was spectacular. Hotels were excellent, and food was really good. We had another guide Ny in Cambodia, he also was a brilliant guide, nothing was too much trouble and very informative. Fantastic holiday, the people are so lovely and welcoming. Second holiday with On The Go and will definitely be booking another one with them.

Totally Morocco was totally awesome

Totally Morocco was totally awesome! From the moment of pick up from the airport, we felt welcome and looked after. Our main tour guide was a joy. He was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The tour covered all of the major sights. The highlight was the camel ride and stay at the camp under a full moon. The guides in Marrakech and Fez were equally friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recomend this tour.

Totally Morocco Nov 23 - Perfectly organised

I did the Totally Morocco tour in Nov 2023 and there isn’t a single thing I could fault! Our tour guide was Jamal who took extremely good care of us and went above and beyond the call of duty to look after us! The entire trip was very well organised and went smoothly. Itinerary was packed yet we had a relaxed time and there is no way I could’ve done all the things we did by myself if I had planned it. Everyday all we needed to know was what time we’re meeting and the rest of the day was looked after. There were a few meals included and the choice of restaurants for those was excellent. The hotel options included luxury 5 star hotels or authentic Riads and Dars for a comfortable and complete Moroccan experience. Jamal was outstanding and I have been recommending the store to all my friends since I’ve been back.

My visit to Istanbul, Israel (holy land) and Jordan was truly amazing! Istanbul Tour Guide, Esra Orus was well organised, highly knowledgeable, courteous and friendly at all times - and the best! Driver, Masoud, was equally nice, took great care when driving and was very helpful - always with a smile! Also, tour guide Mike from Jordan was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Istanbul was my favourite because of its rich history and diverse culture. The people were very friendly and the food was delicious. I can't wait for my next trip to Turkey! Overall, it was a great trip and I returned home with many wonderful memories.

8 day Morocco Imperial City tour. WOW! A vibrant, colourful and amazing journey

We recently did the 8 day Imperial City Morocco tour with Ihoucine as our guide and Hussain was our driver. Wow, what an amazing trip! Ihoucine is an excellent guide and would rate him 5 stars. He had incredible knowledge and passion for Morocco and made the (sometimes) long journeys between cities very enjoyable. He is patient, kind, professional and we always felt very informed, comfortable and safe. Ihoucine seemed to know everyone and gave lots of wonderful tips and advice. You can book a trip for as low as $450 or $5,000 per person. There are also more intricately designed trips if you’re willing to spend more money. You can also choose which transportation to use for the trip (airplane, train, car). 

Seven days before your departure date, the company will send you an email about your destination.
