The Trek Bicycle Store in West Omaha is Awesome! I bought a 2023 Domane SLR 7 from them last year, the experience was perfect. I had a part break during Ragbrai 50 last summer, I called the store and they drove 2+ hours and fixed my bike..........for free!! They saved my vacation and they have a forever customer,

After spending a huge amount of money on an electric bike for my wife, it didn't seem to be operating properly so I brought it in for warranty service. After a great deal of discussion, and not finding anything wrong, they gave me some coaching on how it should work and sent me home to try it out. I haven't yet gotten home to try it out And make sure that it works properly, but I'm rather upset that they charged me for what I feel should've been considered warranty service. It was only 20 bucks, but it's the principle. I'm very unhappy with their idea of customer service. I went in to pick that bike up planning on buying a $110 frame bag for my bike And after this happened I realized that there are lots of bike shops out there, there are lots of frame bags out there, I can find one elsewhere. I just don't think I'll be coming back to this store. I gave it two Stars instead of one however because they have such good people working there. Very helpful and friendly.

Hadn't rode my bicycle in years (been in garage), and I wanted to get it checked out. Took it to Trek Bicycle Omaha West and had someone help me get it out of my car. Then quickly looked at it, checked my tires, oiled the chain, made a tad adjustment to my breaks and said I was good to go. Then helped me get it back into my car. No charge!! This type of honest customer service is so rare anymore, but greatly appreciated!

Always helpful with a huge inventory. Good for the casual biker and more serious as well. Nice selection of bikes for sale. Easy access and plenty of parking.

There are a few great biking stores in Omaha, and Bike Rack is one of them. They have a large showroom that holds a varied inventory of bikes, and just about every and any biking accessory that's necessary. Additionally, the staff here is great, knowledgable and happy to let you test the bikes or ask questions. In the back, they do tune up and repairs, with a fast turn over rate thanks to a large workroom with the right equipment and lots of staff. It mainly seems like they sell Trek bikes here, and a solid women's or men's bike will be 300+ including any sale or seasonal markdown. I got my bike here, and have been extremely pleased with the ride. If you're looking to upgrade to a non department store bike, this is your shop.

Biking has gotten more interesting. I'd say if you're looking for a lot of selection/inventory you'll find it here. Everyone seems pretty friendly and knowledgeable. Nobody seems interested in selling you too hard so that's nice but you just have to go in knowing what you want. Tuneups seem pretty expensive and far out to schedule but we'll see how they do in a couple weeks. I scheduled it. Truthfully, I kind of miss our Omaha bicycle company in Benson since they closed. It was nice to get coffee and chat with the crowd. I guess the bike shop business can be tough... Good prices and nice selection overall!

The bike rack has been amazing to me every time I come in. I have bought 3 bikes from there and they have never disappointed. The people inside are nice and knowledgeable, which made it a pleasurable experience. I am sure I will be back!

Really appreciate the team at the Bike Rack. Not only in guiding me to the right bike and size for me but also after sales support. Recently I took a spill while riding and the Bontrager Wave Cell helmet I purchased from them took the hit and saved me from a concussion. The helmet was just a couple of weeks out of warranty. Robb, the manager, still submitted a claim and I got a new helmet. Grea customer service from The Bike Rack and Bontrager.

I brought in 2 kids' bicycles to the Bike Rack and was so impressed with the technician's kindness and speedy repair. I though for sure I would need to drop off the bicycles and pick them up at a later time or date, but he had them both repaired and ready to ride in only 25 minutes. I will absolutely be back for any bicycle needs I have and will no doubt recommend this to friends and family. Just one visit to the Bike Rack convinced me this is the only place that will ever come to mind when I need to repair or upgrade our family's bicycles. Thank you so much for your welcome, kindness, and gentleness for a customer who is far from a cycling pro. The Bike Rack made it easy for me to be confident we would be up and riding again in no time!

I bought a Trek electric-assist bike a year ago. The experience could not have been better! They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've taken my bike back twice since--once because I wanted to add some bells and whistles (which they installed immediately and labor was free of charge). The second time I needed some adjustments. I was able to come in without an appointment and they made all the adjustments in about 15 minutes while I waited--again, without charge! Jeremy was FANTASTIC!

One of our service advisors will put your bike in the stand and run it through our professional inspection process. They’ll describe what they’re noticing and address any concerns.

From there, we'll discuss how we can get your bike back up to speed with a service package, on-the-spot adjustments, or replacement parts. We’ll also create an itemized receipt to make sure you’re comfortable with repair costs before we get to work.

Get to fixin’
