About Carnival Conquest
Get ready for endless fun on Carnival Cruise Line's 110,000-ton, 2,984-guest Carnival Conquest. Bring everyone in the family along because there are plenty of activities and amenities designed to keep everyone smiling from ear to ear — including the kids! The huge Conquest-class ship underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation in 2012 that included the enhancement of various bars, dining and entertainment venues. Stunning interiors reflect the works of some of the great Impressionist and post-Impressionist painters, whose names are used at various public rooms.
Wherever you look, something exciting is happening aboard the Carnival Conquest — a delicious meal is being prepared, music is playing and cocktails are being mixed. Unwind with a tropical drink at the popular RedFrog Rum Bar, watch your favorite team at the SKYBOX Sports Bar, savor the famous fries at Guy Fieri's Burger Joint, indulge in a soothing massage at Spa Carnival and burn off calories at the state-of-the-art Fitness Center.
Lounge at the pools and watch movies and more at the jumbo poolside LED screen. Shrieks of delight will greet you at the 214-foot-long water slide called the Twister. Kids even have their own wading pool. Touch base with friends at the Internet Café and enjoy Wi-Fi in almost all public rooms and areas. Carnival Conquest also features whirlpools for total relaxation, the Painters' Library and boutiques.
Kids will never want to leave all the fun at Camp Ocean (ages 2 to 11) with specially created kid activities and they will always remember the "Seuss at Sea" fantasy-like experience. Imagine their delight when they sit down to a whimsical Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast with The Cat in the Hat and Friends. While parents are enjoying their cruise vacation, so can teens (ages 15 to 17), at their own Club 02, where they can watch movies, listen to music, play video games and join karaoke sessions.
Your taste buds will be delighted by the variety of delicious food. Diverse restaurants serve everything from handmade tacos and burritos that will melt in your mouth at BlueIguana Cantina Mexican station to a Reuben Sandwich at the New York-style deli. International cuisine is featured at the beautiful twin two-level main dining rooms named Monet and Renoir. Daily selections change nightly and a Kids Menu with all their favorites, including pizza, burgers, spaghetti and meatballs is available. Taste food from all over the world at the fabulous and popular poolside Cezanne buffet restaurant. Foodies flock to The Chef's Table for a private multi-course gourmet dinner and everyone loves celebrity chef Guy Fieri's Burger Joint created by the Food Network star, boasting his famous burgers and fries. A pizzeria with fresh hot pies is open 24/7 as well as room service.
Carnival Conquest boasts 573 total balcony staterooms, perfect for enjoying romantic Caribbean sunsets and magnificent sunrises. Feel right at home as you enjoy delightful amenities, such as first-run in-cabin movies. Special Carnival Comfort Beds with plush mattresses, luxurious duvets and covers will lull you to sleep. Expansive 230-square-foot verandah staterooms are ideal for families.
Exciting entertainment includes nightly shows at Punchliner Comedy Club Presented by George Lopez where you can join in the laughs. Hasbro (The Game Show), Playlist Productions and movies at the immense Seaside Theater, a 270-square-foot LED screen on the Lido Deck, showing movies, concerts and sports events, are other exciting options. The three-level 1,400-seat Toulouse-Lautrec Lounge is the beautiful main theater showing spectacular productions. Play the slots and other games at the popular Vegas-like Tahiti Casino, head to Henri's, the popular dance club and enjoy the music and fun at Vincent's Jazz Bar.
See for yourself why Carnival Conquest is such a favorite cruise ship with so many passengers returning time and again.

We’ve flipped through dusty old texts to uncover enticing combinations: select spirits, fresh juices, infused syrups, spices… and other tantalizing secrets performed before your very eyes by the true mix-masters: our bartenders. Choose a remedy from the menu, or let us prescribe you a custom elixir just for you, with or without alcohol.
Blue iguana tequila bar
BlueIguana Tequila Bar is the onboard spot to chill and enjoy a slushy tequila drink or an ice-cold Mexican cerveza. The menu offers up Mexican favorites, including several brands of tequila and a slew of Mexican brews. There’s a lineup of frozen concoctions, cocktails and margaritas served by the glass or by the pitcher, and even a special Mexican beer cocktail (yes, really).
Red frog rum bar
Guests have told us we hit on something special with the cool Caribbean chill of the RedFrog Pub. We've taken the best parts and brought them poolside with the RedFrog Rum Bar, where the frog keeps the fun hopping day and night with all the island flava you know and love. Join the party at this poolside bar featuring a great selection of frog-approved Caribbean rum-based concoctions available by the glass or pitcher, plus plenty of Carnival’s signature private-label draft beer, ThirstyFrog Red.

Fitness center
We have some bad news for you — your ship has a gym. In other words, there’s no excuse for leaving your fitness routine back on land. That’s great news, however, for your body, which will definitely benefit from all the extra energy that vacationing pumps directly into you. And let’s not forget the extra time you’ll have, since you won’t be waking up and spending most of the day at the office or anything like that. If those were some of your go-to excuses, we’re sorry, but we all know this is important. Why not treat yourself to some of our fitness classes — you might even have a little fun while you do something great for yourself!
Massage room
Cruising always feels good, but it doesn’t usually — ooh, right there. Right where? Sorry, we’re at the onboard spa, where they do these amazing massages by hand. But they don’t just stop there — they’ve got tools to enhance the benefits too. Select from different hands-on experiences featuring seaweed for detox, herbal poultice for energy, bamboo for deep tissue penetration and hot stones for — ahhh — for perfection. We know you’re all about feeling good, and so are these massages.
A trip to the salon is an opportunity to relax, to chat with others, to focus on yourself. It’s about more than just getting your hair or nails done… but it’s definitely about getting your hair or nails done! Even though you’re on vacation, you won’t have to settle for anything less than the salon style you’re used to back on land. And these good looks go beyond the usual — we even offer services like teeth whitening… great for taking those ‘I’m on vacation and I’m looking great!’ smiles to the next level.
Ah, imagine a perfect day out on the links, the golfer's zen of the ball, the hole and nothing in between but well-manicured fairway... plus one cactus, a treasure chest... and wait, is that a windmill in the way? Just who designed this course anyway? Whoever it was, they had one thing in mind — maximum fun for mini-golfers, big and small! That's precisely why you'll find a course on every Carnival ship, where you can hit the holes and take in everything you’d expect, like the sights and the sounds... plus the seagulls.Ah, imagine a perfect day out on the links, the golfer's zen of the ball, the hole and nothing in between but well-manicured fairway... plus one cactus, a treasure chest... and wait, is that a windmill in the way? It depends on the Cruise Director, I think. Some don't include it in their schedule, as I understand it.

As Sparks said, its based on the cruise director. It is difficult to book a cruise based off the game as some of the CDs don't do it every cruise. I know MarQ Anthony, Jake Miller, Michael D'Auria hold them.
On the Radiance right now. They had Quest on this cruise.
I would suspect that the further in the rearview that COVID becomes the more we will see CD's including Quest.
It was offered on the Magic on my Labor Day cruise but I don't recall what the name of the cruise director was.
What is the first rule of The Quest.

😂 I believe it’s “what happens on the ship stays on the ship” 🛳️ Gotcha!!!

The Venezia had it in September. The cruise director at that time was Joey Boeys

Lei Lei doesn't. She is on the Glory now.

Frankie Portera mc'd Quest on the Pride this past summer (lotsa people-watching laughs). He went out of his way to say how much enjoyed doing Quest and how it added a lot of flavor to his otherwise (relatively) buttoned-down week. He also added a bit where he encouraged folks to let Heald know if they liked Quest, as if there may be behind-the-scenes conversations at Carnival about the ongoing future of Quest. We enjoy Quest as another fun, late-nite entertainment option on Carnival...
Quest was listed in the Fun Times on Carnival Sunshine a couple weeks ago although I did not go. James Love was the CD.
I'm on the Vista right now with Lawrence as our CD and we had it.

Gerry is on the Glory only for the partial Panama Canal cruise. Adult Game Night is scheduled for tomorrow.
Won't be on Mardi Gras, Celebration, or Jubilee regardless of CD.
We had it on Venezia with MarQ.
We were in Sunshine in September and they had Quest

We are going on a cruise in September on the Carnival Breeze. Does anyone know if they are going to have the carnival quest game? I have seen that they have had it on other ships in the past. Is this something that they do on all their ships?

it depends on the cruise director on the ship

Ask for it when you see the CD it is a load of fun but not done all that often.
I know that Stephen Schwartz will be the cruise director on the breeze on September 9th. Has anyone seen him do the quest show?
Oceansaway17
quite different than what RCI would do. I was on the Vista last week and each team had 5 players doing things and it got quite confusing to watch. It was also raunchier too. Started off fine but within 5 minutes went downhill. Definitely for adults and I think each Cruise Director sets the tone. While I laughed, I founder myself missing the quality of RCI version which has been around longer too.
Lottacruises
Yes, schwartz did the quest on the breeze a few months ago. He did all of the quests also, if you understand...
bingomamma19
I was on the RCI Allure in October. They did the Quest game and it was VERY raunchy and crazy. I thought it was hilarious and very fun to watch. (too chicken to participate).
I have been the Breeze with Matt Mitchum when he did it too...that was was wayyyy tamer than Allure's, but still very adult.
We had it on Breeze in March. Lee Mason was filling in for Schwartz at the time.
Schwartz is a hoot so you will have it.
They all do it differently. Sometimes very raunchy and others times very tame. The later they do it the more raunchy

I watched it several years back on Allure and was wondering how Carnival's could be "more" adult than that! LOL Sounds like you and I had similar experiences. Though to be fair, once was enough and I haven't been to it on any other line. :halo:;)
He did it in April on the Breeze. It didn't start until midnight and it was a packed show! I may or may not have done a few things to help my team win.;p
You need to have a young crowd to make it a great show. Amazing what people would do to win a SOS.:)
The one time I attended a Carnival late night Quest, I was there for 20 minutes and the raunchiest thing the CD asked for was an AARP card.
Based on the "adult" warning buildup, I had expected better.
They do this on almost all RCCL sailings. I was actually the team captain for our team the last time we cruised. They may ask for things like a man wearing a bra, a man dressed as a woman, etc. It was a lot of fun. They tend get a fairly big audience at their Quests and we had four teams I think. I’m hoping they play it on our Horizon sailing.

The CD had no idea how to make it a fun game. One would think they would know better. Or perhaps he/she thought it was a crowd who would complain about adult fun.

I am hoping it is on the breeze as we sail next Sunday. We took a cruise on the freedom for my sisters 50th birthday and some of our party attended, my 70 year old mother as well and they were all still talking about it for days to come. It was veryyyy adult at that time and I hate I missed it. Malcom was the cruise director at that time but I am not sure who our CD is for the breeze next week, I will need to look it up because I know there are some Cd switches going in with vacations and stuff. It is my understanding that it is not to be missed and we have some pretty raunchy people in my family .. 🤷🏽 * ♀️ 🤷🏽 * ♀️ 🤷🏽 * ♀️ 🤷🏽 * ♀️ 🤷🏽 * ♀️

With a CD that is ok with making it very adult and a raunchy crowd best activity on the ship
It looks like your cruise director will be Stephen Swartz and as previously stated on earlier post he does the Quest game WooHoo!
The best Quest games are on RCI.
Malcom did a good quest game? Wow, the times that we attended his it was way too tame compared to many others. I didn't know he had it in him!
We got off the Valor yesterday and they had the Quest game on Thursday night. Not sure if I'm sorry I missed it or not. My 25 year old daughter and her boyfriend and their team got 2nd place. My wife and I were in the casino and we tried texting them on the Carnival app and that's one of the times it didn't work, so we didn't know where they were. We heard about it and saw some videos the next day. Sounds like things got pretty raunchy to me. Heard there were naked body parts etc.. up on stage. TJ was our cruise director and he is young and likes to have fun, so it sounds like his Quest games aren't to be missed if you aren't easily offended.
If your children are playing and it is R Rated you really do not want to be there and spoil their fun
We recently took a Carnival Ecstasy cruise in End of May and the Quest game was awesome. Very raunchy and crowd got very creative and no inhibitions! It was not on schedule but they added last minute as weather was not good for a outdoor event that was planned. I am glad they did this. We had been part of one in RCI before but this was much more adult oriented. CD Gary did it and not to be missed if you get a chance.

December 9, 2009. Colorado and Texas. #3. Posted November 22, 2010. We first played it on NCL and have seen it on both of our last two Carnival cruises. I believe it is called the Quest game on Carnival too. It was played as you describe where one team member runs the item down on to the stage. It's a pretty fun.

CCL offers the same game called Quest; but only some CD's have it on their ships. It was on the Dream last summer. It was held in a smaller type conference room on the same level as the mid ship dining room. It was very "hush hush" and barely advertised in small print on the back page of the Fun Times.
txcruiser1234. Rare. 119. January 24, 2012. #12. Posted December 2, 2023. Frankie Portera mc'd Quest on the Pride this past summer (lotsa people-watching laughs). He went out of his way to say how much enjoyed doing Quest and how it added a lot of flavor to his otherwise (relatively) buttoned-down week.
As game goes on the tasks get weirder/dirtier. You are also in teams. The last cruise I went on (October '22 Carnival Spirit), they had quest but it was simply trivia with adult questions. The host said they had to stop doing the traditional Quest because too many people complained.
Carnival Conquest has three pools and five hot tubs. The main pool and surrounding multi-tiered sun deck, located on Deck 9, midship, are the center of activity on Conquest.
When we first started gong it was a lot wilder. The last 4 or so have been tamer. I was told by a cruise director they were told to start taming them down. We did see a man get hurt bad when trying to pull his pants off on the stairs while drunk. The Vista one with Matt as cruise director was a little edgier.
