Far harbor map, nuka-world map, egret tours marina.
The area known as Egret Tours Marina is a marina Location in the Southwestern area of The Commonwealth . It is located to the North of Cutler Bend , and East of the Coast Guard Pier .
There are ballistic mines placed in various areas of the marina. You will find more of them in the center section than on the outside. The large shed on the right side has an entrance that must be lock picked to enter (Novice). There are traps with grenades inside towards the stairs to the second floor. The second floor of the shed has a container with ammo, grenades, and RAD-X.
On the top floor of the shed, there is a pathway of platforms that leads to a safe that holds an Improved Targeting Laser Rifle, ammo, and pre-war money. There is also a container on a boat suspended over the ground floor, the container has a variety of weapon ammo, grenades, mines, pre-war money, and a ported-pipe pistol.
The building on the left side of the area is where Phyllis Daily is located. You can speak with her. There is a Workshop and Cooking Station in this room. Upstairs there is a weapons bench and terminal that opens up a safe that contains various ammo and pistol. The small shack on the water inbetween both buildings holds a few items and pre-war money, as well as a Wasteland Survival Guide magazine.

Additional Notes
There are many mines and tripwires to disarm around and in the buildings found here. After your conversation with Phyllis, head upstairs to her terminal and read a log titled "Samuel", this will prompt a new converstaion you can have with Phyllis.
