Alfursan , a program designed exclusively for Saudia’s frequent flyers, offers an array of benefits and privileges that make every journey even more rewarding. By becoming a member of Alfursan, you can access a variety of personalized services while earning Reward Miles that can be redeemed for free flights and upgrades. Moreover, the program offers special privileges, such as a generous excess luggage allowance, personalized luggage tags, and priority waitlisting, to make your flying experience as seamless as possible.

Membership Tiers & Benefits:

The Alfursan program provides its members with unique experiences and privileges based on their membership levels. The more you fly on Saudia and SkyTeam flights, the higher your membership level can be, starting from the Blue level, progressing to the “Elite” Silver level, and finally reaching the “Elite Plus” Gold level, each offering increasingly exclusive privileges.

• Tier Miles: Earned through travel on Saudia or SkyTeam partner flights, calculated based on actual flight distance and class of travel and accumulated within one calendar year (from 1 January to 31 December). Tier Miles are the main indicator to determine the membership level, and as you reach the required annual membership level, your membership level is upgraded from Blue to Silver (Elite) and from Silver (Elite) to Gold (Elite Plus).
• Reward Miles: Earned by traveling or utilizing the services of Alfursan’s Air or non-Air partners. These miles serve as a reward for traveling on Saudia or SkyTeam partners and can be redeemed faster when you move to Silver (Elite) or Gold (Elite Plus) levels, where you are awarded additional points depending on your membership level. The more Reward Miles you have, the more opportunities you will have to redeem them for free tickets on Saudia flights or SkyTeam partners or use them to upgrade your flights on Saudia flights only.

ALFURSAN Family Program

The Family Program enables you to enroll up to eight family members in the ALFURSAN program. Each member will earn both Tier and Reward Miles, with children aged 2-12 receiving 75% of the flight miles. Tier Miles are added individually, allowing family members to advance to higher membership tiers. Reward Miles are pooled in the family program, and you can update family membership details twice per calendar year, with exceptions requiring justification subject to ALFURSAN management review.

How to Add Family Members

• Login to your Alfursan account.
• Click on the “Family Program” tab.
• Fill in the required information for each family member.
• Once the information is submitted, the family members will be added to your account, and you can start earning miles collectively.

Please note that the family members should be Alfursan members to be eligible for the Family Program.

• Turn on the “use miles” switch

• Select the preferred payment method to pay the tax and service charges

How can I find out how many miles have been credited to my ALFURSAN Account?

Every time you make a flight reservation with SAUDIA or use any of the partners’ services, ensure you present your ALFURSAN membership number to the service provider.

How many miles do I need to redeem rewards?

Issuing one-way reward tickets starts from 4,500 miles. Upgrading flights starts from 3,750 miles.

How do I move from a Blue member to a Silver or Gold member?

To qualify for Silver (Elite) membership, you must earn 25,000 Tier Miles or fly 20 counters on SAUDIA or SkyTeam Partners during one calendar year from January 1 to December 31. To qualify for Gold (Elite Plus) membership, you must earn 50,000 Tier Miles or fly 40 counters on SAUDIA or SkyTeam Partners during one calendar year from January 1 to December 31. Note that a counter is the number of flights, where one international flight equals one counter and three domestic flights equal one counter.

How do I claim missing Miles from Saudia flights?

Missing Miles can be claimed within 360 days for existing members and 180 days for new members from the date of travel, through your ALFURSAN account or by sending required documents/information (boarding pass, reservation number, and ticket number) to the SAUDIA guest care center WhatsApp at 966920022222. Note that you should keep the original boarding pass and a copy of your ticket until you make sure the earned Miles are credited to your account.
