It's been two months since Tennessee teenager Sebastian Rogers vanished from his Hendersonville home without a trace — or his shoes.

Amid a disconcerting lack of answers and family drama, the missing 15-year-old's father told Fox News Digital that he decided to hire a private investigator for help. He's also calling on the FBI to get involved in the search for his son.

"I'm not getting any information from Sumner County," Seth Rogers said, adding that he "wasn't invited" to a press conference last month regarding his son's disappearance.

Seth said he also had trouble getting answers from authorities when a scammer recently contacted him to demand hundreds of dollars in exchange for information about Sebastian.

The Sumner County Sheriff's Office issued an Amber Alert for Sebastian on Feb. 26 after he was last seen in the area of Stafford Court. His mother, Katie Proudfoot, previously told Fox News that she overheard noise coming from Sebastian's room on the evening of Feb. 25 and told him to keep it down. The next morning, he was gone.

When Katie and Sebastian's stepfather, Chris Proudfoot, decided to leave town following his disappearance due to threats, speculation about their involvement began to spread online, but Tennessee Bureau of Investigation spokesperson Susan Niland said in an April 2 press conference that his parents have been "cooperative throughout" the investigation.

Seth had also expressed some skepticism about Chris and Katie's decision to leave town but ultimately decided to work with Sebastian's mother and stepfather after they spoke at a vigil for the missing 15-year-old on Saturday. As of Monday, the three parents and Seth's PI decided to put aside their differences amid Sebastian's missing-persons case, which has been hindered by rumors and false information, and work with each other to find him, Seth told Fox News Digital.

Seth, who had custody of Sebastian every other weekend and on holiday breaks, broke down when recalling the two and a half-minute phone call he had with his son the day before he disappeared. 

"It was a normal Thursday, and I called him at about 3:30. He was already home from school," Seth recalled. He asked his son about his day, his homework, and told Sebastian that he loved him: "Pretty normal conversation."

Had he known it would be their last conversation, Seth would have taken more time to talk to his son, he said.

Sebastian, who has autism, was interested in video games and Legos. He did well in school and was about to receive an award for his work with the Future Farmers of America, Seth said.

Investigators are asking the public to keep an eye out for anything unusual and contact the Sumner County Emergency Communications Center at 615-451-3838 or the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND with any information that could be helpful in the search for Sebastian.

Authorities have received a total of 314 tips related to the search for Sebastian as of Tuesday.

Tom Holland Says He’s ‘Missing My Lady’ in Sweet Post About His Late Dog Tessa

Tom Holland is mourning the loss of a beloved family member.

On Sunday, April 21, the Spider-Man star, 27, shared a photo of his late dog Tessa on Instagram , writing in the caption, "Missing my lady ❤️."

The Marvel actor's post came after his dad Dominic Holland , 56, broke the sad news that the Staffordshire Bull Terrier had died in a series of Instagram posts earlier this month, linking to his Patreon page.

While sharing a link to his blog post on April 7, Dominic wrote that Tessa was "the only Holland who everyone loved all of the time," calling the pup "a remarkable little dog."

The family, who adopted Tessa in 2014, has planted a tree in her memory. "It made sense to plant Tessa's tree in our front garden for all the world to see, share and enjoy," Dominic wrote on Instagram .

Tom regularly included Tessa in his social media posts, with the pup featuring in a video that the actor posted last month about the Holland family's charity The Brothers Trust .

The Romeo & Juliet actor first revealed they had a new addition to the family in a post shared on Instagram on July 6, 2014. "I would like to introduce to everyone little Tess. The newest member of the family. #staffs," the Uncharted star captioned a cute photo of the pup.

In an interview with Time in 2017, Tom spoke about his love for Tessa after taking her as his date to an event while promoting Spider-Man: Homecoming .

"I love her, she is an angel. She's called Tessa, she's a blue staffy," he said at the time.

"Staffies are considered to be very dangerous dogs, which is not true, is not the case," Tom continued. "They are not aggressive. She is the sweetest, most angelic thing you'll ever meet."

"And yeah, I brought her along because I've always wanted to bring her to a press event," he said.

"She got super scared of the cameras at first and just ran away," the actor went on, adding: "But then she came back and had a really nice time. It was amazing."

Top England players missing from official Euro 2024 sticker album

England football players including Phil Foden and John Stones are among those reportedly missing from the official Euro 2024 sticker album.

Topps, the American trading card company, won the rights in 2022 to take over from Panini as Uefa’s exclusive sticker partner for the tournament in Germany.

While Topps holds the overall rights, Panini retains aspects of rights relating to some teams, the Times reported , meaning five of the teams, including England, can be shown in their kit only by Panini.

In addition, Panini holds the rights to individual players meaning Topps has been forced to fill out squads with other players. For England, Luke Thomas features, who has never been selected.

Panini, which has supplied sticker albums for every Euros tournament since 1977, is still producing its own album. It features England, Spain, Germany, France and Italy and has 387 sticker slots compared with 728 in the Topps album.

The host of Blazey Collects, a YouTube trading card channel, told the Times: “Both manufacturers have dropped the ball on this one, which is really disappointing. This should be the most exciting time of the year for collecting. You’ve got your albums, you’re excited to get it complete.”

Five Panini stickers cost 90p, meaning that filling the whole album would cost £70, provided there were no duplicates, while Topps sticker packets come in at £1 for 6, making the equivalent figure £122.

Topps, which was acquired by the memorabilia firm Fanatics for almost $500m (£382m) in 2022, criticised Panini in its response.

“While we are disappointed that a small number of players are missing, this is due to the tournament’s former sticker partner having blocked certain parts of the collection to the detriment of the fans,” a Fanatics spokesperson said.

“Unlike the former sticker partner, we are committed to the fans and believe the offering of stickers and cards – and range of current and former players – will get everyone excited for the tournament.”

The Guardian has contacted Panini Group for comment.

In the US, Fanatics and Panini are locked in a legal battle after the latter filed a complaint to the federal courts system alleging Fanatics had been engaging in anti-competitive conduct and violating the main antitrust laws in the US.

Among the alleged conduct in Panini’s legal complaint are the acquisition of Topps, as well as Fanatics’ acquisition of allegedly unprecedented long-term exclusive licensing deals with top professional leagues and players associations, such as the NBA, MLB, and NFL Players Association.
