I see the bps in the 30 day chest, but you need 12 30-day chests to get the ship. It will take a full year to get it, assuming you open every 30-day chest on time. So technically it's possible to get free, but practically speaking you have to buy it. Interesting to see how some have the blueprints at Ops 23 and some don't.

A quick summary of the responses: You only get Lat Rush blueprints until you CAN build one, not until you HAVE built one. A second one can be helpful later, but is not worth the work at lower ops.
