Avoid like a plague. They are good when there no issues however when there are issues they are no where to be seen and will not help you , they take your money and leave you stranded . Never take your calls and never message back STAY AWAY you will loose your money

Booked our first holiday to Rhodes for…

Booked our first holiday to Rhodes for this year Kerri was just superb nothing was to much trouble she went through every step of the booking with us explaining all that we needed to do right up to boarding our flight and giving us her knowledge and experiences of her holiday destinations . Recommended 100% will definitely only go there for future holidays . No pressure like other holiday shops very personally experience as it shoukd be . Thank you kerri and travel house cwmbran .

Hassle free holiday booking 5stars!!

Absolutely recommend Kelly at Travel House. She took all the hassle away from booking our holiday and found us the perfect destination. Nothing was too much trouble, she looked at SO many places for us until we made a decision. Has ultimate patience 🤣 already looking at booking the next one with her!

Last minute booking

Last minute booking. Hotel exactly as described..ideal for a quiet relaxing break. Only 10 minutes walk to sandy beach and a few tourist shops and cafes. Although hotel is a little dated, the whole of the hotel and grounds are spotlessly clean. Easy access into the outdoor pool via a ramp which is a real bonus for older clientele. Indoor pool too which was well utilised.Excellent variety of choices at mealtimes, all freshly prepared and cooked. We arrived at the end of the main season but there is still an array of entertainment available if you wish to participate. Staff are welcoming and do their utmost to make the holiday an enjoyable experience. Big thumbs up to all the staff for a wonderful time.

We book with the person and not just the company

We have followed Craig ever since he worked in TUI Newport and followed him into Cwmbran his service is personal and excellent.We feel valued and he finds us the best deals and personal recommendations not had a bad holiday! So pleased Travel House is working out for him and his team always looks busy when we walk past.

5* Customer Service

Travel House in Aberdare provide 5* customer service. Have been booking my holidays with them for at least the last 10 years. This year Lisa arranged a month's holiday to Singapore, Sydney, Adelaide, Uluru, Alice Springs and Darwin. Every flight was planned well, the hotels were amazing and the price was a bonus. Loved the whole experience. Was kept updated on any flight change and they arranged all our pre-booked seats. If you need any advice or want a price on a great trip you should definitely visit them, they go out of their way to find a holiday that suits you.

Holiday to Relax & Explore

We wanted to go to on a holiday at short notice & the rep in Travel House was very helpful to find us the prefect holiday. The Hotel Uvala in Lapad Croatia was perfect, very relaxing and the excursion the rep booked for us was also amazing. Got to give a huge credit to the TUI Rep "Mario Sopa" who looked after us with advice & any queries we had especially for my wife who required gluten free food. I would recommend this holiday.

Benidorm Weekend

Fantastic service once again from Amy at Travel House Port Talbot. Little trip to Benidorm booked for my 50th next summer and cheaper than Travel Republic when you take transfers and luggage into account. Thanks again.

staff helped sort out my cruise i messed them about because i booked mine then my sister in law rang and asked to be booked on the same cruise not a problem for the staff. left the travel agents had a call for another family member wanted to go on the same cruise went back in the first agent was busy so another agent took over paired up the booking without a problem great team work

Local office made our initial request easy for us. We could revisit easily as local. Staff were professional, helpful and personal. Boarding passes etc were offered to be printed for us which made everything so much easier. Would recommend

Best Travel Agent

Well I cannot praise them enough, the Staff at my local Travel House go above and beyond to help us get the right holiday at the right time, right place and a low price. I am not the easiest to please because I know what I want, but they have never let me down. I book around 2 to 5 holidays a year with them and have never had a problem. I use the Aberdare store and all Staff are so friendly, helpful and courteous. I wouldn't book a holiday anywhere else.

Last minute city break

Very helpful staff at Llanelli branch, very welcoming, especially listened to what our needs were, choice of holidays handpicked to our needs and expectations of our city break in Lisbon . Highly recommend!

Went into the travel house on their opening day in cwmbran to price an upcoming holiday. Ended up booking a holiday for my friend and I - and then going back to them to book another for my partner and his mate a few days later! 😃 very friendly and helpful staff - could not fault them! Dealt with all my requests and got me the holiday I - and my partner -wanted. Will be using this holiday company from now,, highly recommend them.

Delve into the lives of past residents of the House and how they shaped the town and the industrial landscape of South Wales. Step back in time to the 18th Century with Sir Thomas and Lady Stepney. See them come to life and experience how the Georgians lived. Then move on to Victorian times and witness the scandalous ‘upstairs downstairs’ tales that haunt the Victorian areas of the House today.

Showcasing award winning technology to breathe life into the dramatic stories of the Stepney & Chambers Families.
