Sylvia has been in the Travel Industry for over 20 years.  Having started in the industry as a travel consultant, she has applied her knowledge and experience to manage a corporate travel program for a large Canadian retailer, provide front line support as a TMC Operations Manager and assist clients with their travel programs as an Account Manager.  Sylvia’s current role utilizes this combined experience for client and technology implementations.

Valerie Anderson

Manager, Training & Operations

Valerie brings over 30 years experience in the travel industry to her role as Training Manager at Custom Travel Solutions. She began with an adventure focus before moving to Corporate travel where she focused on training, travel related systems, overall company efficiency systems and processes. She is responsible for all aspects of training the Custom Travel Team, and is part of the implementation team who works to onboard new accounts. Her extensive Sabre knowledge including integration with the online booking tool and back office systems make her a key resource to clients and colleagues alike.

Brenda Damstrom

Brenda is the first certified Concur Specialist in North America which shows her love and dedication to the Online Booking Tool landscape.  Brenda is also well versed in all things Zeno, including site build specialist and support desk for WCB. Motor coach to Pittsburgh airport and flights to Calgary. Overnight stay in Calgary, Alberta. The next morning, journey south enjoying views of the Rockies. Visit Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump and Waterton Lakes National Park. Dinner overlooking Waterton Lake. Next, experience Glacier National Park with over one million acres of forests and lakes and home to over 70 species of mammals. Enjoy a ride aboard the famous Jammer cars along one of the most breathtaking roads in North America: Going-to-the-Sun Road. Relax on your journey to Banff with stops at Bow Falls and Surprise Corner. In Banff, set out along the Icefields Parkway with waterfalls, rivers, glacial peaks, and snowcapped mountain ranges. Choose your excursion of either a ride across the glacial ice or walking onto a glass bottom platform at the Columbia Icefield Skywalk.
