How do I claim on my travel insurance?
If it’s not an emergency, you can make a claim in your Barclays app 1 . Once you’re logged in:
1. Go to ‘Products’, ‘Insurance’, ‘Travel and Breakdown Insurance’ and view your pack
2. Select ‘Make a claim’.
You can also do this online.
