The staff here is great. My wife and I went separately to get JR Passes. The support was great. Explanations were clear. Pricing was accurate. I have nothing but praise for this office. While I was waiting, I heard the other staff going through multiple travel options for people on the phone. They speak both English and Japanese.

My boyfriend and I were figuring out last-minute details for our trip to Japan and forgot to book our JR pass, and we figured out that it's more expensive to purchase them at the Narita airport. As a result, we found this travel office and called them to see if we were able to purchase and pick up the vouchers--as opposed to being shipped to us--and they said yes! The agent that worked with us was very patient and polite, and made sure all our questions were answered. She offered to book the passes over the phone due to the fact that finding parking might be hard, so it would help expedite our visit at the office. It was a very positive experience overall!

Major advantages of having a local IACE office is mainly for planning group travels. When more than 10 people is involved, payment for all with one credit card, let alone with credit line that can accommodate this is nearly impossible. IACE locally have taken my cashier check for our group travel. JR pass was also the lowest of any travel agents and choice was easy. I also use IACE for my personal Japan Travel. They are the best provider for wholesale priced booking for both group and personal travel to Japan. Highly recommend checking IACE before any airlines searches.

I always buy JR Pass here. Their price is the best. Staff is very nice and helpful !
