sf6 world tour max bond

How to Reach Maximum Bond Level Fast in Street Fighter 6 World Tour

Image of Franklin Bellone Borges

In Street Fighter 6’s World Tour mode, players are able to study under all of the game’s playable characters in order to learn their fighting styles as well as more about them. But is there a way to reach 100 Bond level fast in the game? Now, here’s how to reach maximum bond level fast in Street Fighter 6 World Tour.

How to Max Out Your Bond Level Fast in Street Fighter 6 World Tour

The quickest way to raise your bond level with your masters in Street Fighter 6 World Tour can be done by giving them their favorite gifts , as each of them will increase their bond by 5 Points. Overall, you will need to buy 20 gifts in order to max out a character’s trust level without doing side quests or sparring.

Differently from each character’s unique gift, which rewards you with 40 Points, you don’t need to complete side quests in order to get the 5 Point gifts, which can be farmed by purchasing them from merchants all over the world. You can check out the best gift for each master in our Favorite Gifts for Each Master in Street Fighter 6 guide .

How to Increase Your Style Rank Fast in Street Fighter 6 World Tour

Differently from your bond level, which will allow you to learn more about the masters and unlock their classic costumes, leveling up your Style Rank will allow you to learn each character’s Signature Super Arts, and more.

With that said, you can increase your Style Rank fast by first consuming either a Milkshake or a Blueberry Smoothie . You will be able to order the Milkshake immediately after completing the Drone Delivery Side Quest and Unlocking the Deliveires App.

Once you consume either item, just equip your desired fighting style and challenge opponents. Many of the fights will also allow you to get large amounts of Style EXP through challenges, so don’t overlook those when challenging an opponent.

For those who already maxed out a Style, you will be able to transfer the excess EXP gained to other Styles by heading to Status and then to Masters.

This guide was made while playing  Street Fighter 6  on PlayStation 5.

Street Fighter 6 World Tour: What to gift the World Warriors

Image of Chris Moyse

I always wanted 20 of these…

In Capcom’s Street Fighter 6 , World Tour allows the custom player protagonist to befriend all 18 members of the latest World Warrior roster. In addition, players can unlock artwork, emotes, camera mode poses, titles, and backstories for each of these nose-breaking chummers. Ultimately, fully “deepening your bond” with a character will unlock their alt attire, along with 10 color variants, for other modes.

Deepening your bond with Ryu, Kimberly, Marisa, and Co. ultimately comes down to leveling up, talking to them, utilizing their styles in World Tour mode, and performing bizarre, non-sequitur missions. But the quickest way to Dee Jay’s heart, much like anybody, is through expenditure. Buy gifts for the characters, and they’ll open up their hearts in no time.

Except Juri, but she’s a bit sad and we need to look after her.

What should I buy the Masters in Street Fighter 6?

So, if you’re looking to offer a little retail therapy to your favorite characters, here is a guide to the best items to buy each fighter, along with where to purchase the item. As I noted in my review , World Tour is a bit shabby in places, feeling a little “Statement of Intent” rather than fully featured. For example, each character only wants one specific gift, which means you basically have to buy it for them 20+ times. Yes, the exact same gift.

I cannot help but feel there were probably bigger plans for adding more gifts, but development time ran out. Oh, and you’ll need this guide, as while some of the gifts make sense, others are just baffling.

  • Luke – Red Elevator 8 Game (Jamaica Merchant)
  • Jamie – Bao Bao Bro Sticker (Jamaica Merchant)
  • Manon – Beaujolais (Jamaica Merchant)
  • Kimberly – Heart of Love DVD (Jamaica Merchant)
  • Marisa – Cold Tomato Soup (France Merchant)
  • Lily – Celery Chips (Jamaica Merchant)
  • JP – Antique Playing Cards (Jamaica Merchant)
  • Dee Jay – Lukewarm Beer (Brazil Merchant)
  • Juri – Wrench (India Merchant)
  • Cammy – Jellied Eel (Jamaica Merchant)
  • Ryu – Instant Soba (Udon Shop, Metro City)
  • Ken – Cook book. COOK BOOK. (Mexico Merchant)
  • Blanka – Knock-off Blanka Chan (Jamaica Merchant)
  • Zangief – Wooden Bear (Russia Merchant)
  • Chun-Li – Canned Herring (Dora Shop, Nayshall)
  • Dhalsim – Mild Curry (Tsanpa Shop, Nayshall
  • E. Honda – Rubber Duckies (Italy Merchant)
  • Guile – Natto (Japan Merchant)

Each of the above items will increase the Master’s respective bond by 5 points, whereas most items only increase it by 2 or 3 points. Further points are earned by winning sparring matches, completing character missions, and giving appreciative answers in conversations. Additionally, generic items such as Double KO Gum, Fighter’s Magazine , and Prepaid Cards increase bonds by between 1-3 points.

sf6 gift guide

Finally, there are special “Ultra” gifts which are unlocked by completing quests for the Masters, these items are one-offs and can only be given to their intended recipient. They add a huge 30-40 points, and are a little more obvious as to their intended owner. (This section is work-in-progress)

  • Luke –  Strawberry Fighter 6 (Get from Ken)
  • Jamie –
  • Manon – Medal (get from Zangief)
  • Kimberly –
  • Marisa –
  • Lily –
  • JP –
  • Dee Jay – HeartBB CD (Get from Luke)
  • Juri – Pricey Check (Get from Manon)
  • Cammy – Neco Keychain (Get from Chun-Li)
  • Ryu – Japanese Confectionary (Get from E. Honda)
  • Ken –
  • Blanka – Locket (Get from Lily)
  • Zangief – Weight Set (Get from Marisa)
  • Chun-Li – Citrus Perfume (Get from Juri)
  • Dhalsim –
  • E. Honda – Tirimasu Boba (Get from Cammy)
  • Guile –

You’ll obviously need top dollar to pay for this stuff, so quick out our guide for quickly earning Zenny in game. Once the respective Master’s bond reaches 100, you have essentially exhausted the unlocks for that character and will also earn their alt costume. There are plans to add further characters to World Tour as the roster expands over the game’s lifetime. But, for now, go and make some friends. And ignore the fact that some of the characters are weirdly aggressive about receiving your gifts.

Except Juri, because she’s a bit sad and we need to look after her…

Street Fighter 6: Where To Find Ed In World Tour (Outfit Reward)

Ed is the third DLC character available in Street Fighter 6. Here's where players can find him and how they can unlock his second outfit.

Quick Links

Where to find ed in street fighter 6, how to get ed's second outfit in street fighter 6.

Ed is the latest addition to the Street Fighter 6 roster. Focusing on punching his way through enemies, the former Shadaloo member returns as the third DLC character. As with every character in the game, Capcom includes them inside the World Tour as Masters of their fighting style who teach the main character more about their own story and offer some occasional sparring.

Another great feature that Street Fighter 6 offers is the ability to acquire costumes through the World Tour by completing character Bonds. If you are wondering where to find Ed in the massive world of World Tour, then this guide will provide the answers you need.

Street Fighter 6: All Super Arts

To locate Ed in the World Tour, you must make your way to the subway entrance outside Haggar Stadium at nighttime. Once you reach the entrance, you will find C. Raven , who will start the mission " Neo Shadaloo's Leader? " once you talk to him. Your objective will be to defeat the Neo Shadaloo members in Urban Park Station at night. Head down the staircase, and you will find three enemies waiting for you near the subway. After dealing with them, head inside the train to watch a cutscene where Ed beats more Neo Shadaloo members.

Once the cutscene is over, talk to C. Raven, who will be standing in front of you, to complete the mission and get the rewards. From here, look forward towards the staircase that cannot be accessed, and you will find Ed standing next to them.

Once you approach him, another cutscene will play, and this time, you will have to fight some enemies alongside Ed. Once the fight is over, you can talk to him and get accepted as his student. This will open up a new style for you to fight with.

Street Fighter 6: How to Unlock Colors

To unlock Ed's second costume, along with all of its colors, you will have to increase his Bond to the max . After enrolling in his fighting style, Ed will be located underground in the subway station that can be accessed through Beat Square in Metro City. There are quite a few gifts that can help you increase his Bond level relatively quickly.

The Old Boxing Almanac gives 40 points to his Bond , and this can be earned as a reward during the mission " The Pyscho Power Experiment " in Old Nayshall during the day. In this mission, you will have to talk to some NPCs on the mountain of Nayshall and fight an ex-Neo Shadaloo member. After the fight, go back to where you found the person who gave you the mission, and you will complete it. Trading Card is a gift that can provide 5 points to Ed's bond . This is a rare item that can acquired in the Suval'hal Arena in Old Nayshall.

The last gift and the most convenient one is the Fighter Magazine Special Issue . This only offers 2 points , but acquiring them is easy as they are available in many shops in the game. One nearby location is Shopkeeper Biz in Metro City. These are not that costly, and you can acquire a handful of them to max out Ed's bond relatively easily. You can play different minigames if you are low on Zenny .

How to unlock A.K.I. as a Master in Street Fighter 6 World Tour cover image

How to unlock A.K.I. as a Master in Street Fighter 6 World Tour

Michael Hassall

Michael Hassall

A.K.I. is a dangerous poison-wielding fighter, trained by Street Fighter V’s F.A.N.G., who has a mean and sadistic streak. And she can be your master if you follow our guide.

A.K.I. (or Aki) is a deadly assassin who uses poison to paralyze and defeat her foes, before closing with her unorthodox movement and tearing you to pieces with her vicious claws. But this poison power is also very potent, and for your World Tour Avatar, you might want a drop of poison for yourself. Here’s how to unlock A.K.I., the Maniacal Mistress of Poison, as a Master in Street Fighter World Tour:

How to unlock Aki as a Master in SF6 World Tour

(Screenshot by esports.gg)

To unlock A.K.I. as a Master, first head to the training grounds of one of China’s other martial art masters in SF6, Chun-Li. There, speak to an old lady called Lao Mao, who’s complaining of being tired. She’ll give you the mission  Good Medicine’s Hard to Come By.  Give her an Energy Drink (any size will do) to energize her, and then she’ll tell you she’s also suffering from back pain. She explains that a man called Fang Fei has some herbal medicine that will help her pain.

(Screenshot by esports.gg)

Follow the mission objective to a location beneath the stairs of the MHM Stadium, and there you’ll find Fang Fei, who (of course) is none other than the deadly F.A.N.G.. However, Fang Fei doesn’t seem set on dealing any harm (although he does mention Shadaloo remnants, so take that how you will). He sends you to China to get ingredients so he can make the herbal medicine.

(Screenshot by esports.gg)

When you check on your World Tour map, you’ll now have a new location, Tian Hong Yuan, China. Traveling there for the first time will trigger a cutscene where you’ll witness A.K.I. deal with a pickpocket in her own unique way.

(Screenshot by esports.gg)

After this, speak to A.K.I., and she’ll give you the ingredients and allow you to become her student. You can conclude the mission by returning to Fang Fei, and then talking to Lao Mao.

How to unlock A.K.I. Outfit 2 in Street Fighter 6 for free

(Image via Capcom)

A.K.I.’s Outfit 2 is a devilish red dress with black frills that looks somewhat inspired by the gothic lolita style. This turns A.K.I. from deadly to adorable in our opinion, and so is a must-have. To unlock it without paying the 50 Fighter Coins usually required, you can level up A.K.I.’s bond to maximum by gifting her various rewards.

A.K.I’s favorite gift is the Fan, which can be obtained by defeating the NPC Ioannis in Tian Hong Yuan, China with A.K.I’s style.. There's also Mallory, a level 77 NPC in the SiRN Building 3rd Floor who you'll need to perform a perfect parry on. NPC’s go on cooldown after you’ve fought them so you might have to space this out. Additionally, Prepaid cards from Nayshall are a good filler gift. A.K.I also has a unique one-of-a-kind bond item that can be obtained by completing the quest The Secret Sentient Sidekick in Metro City.
