Day-1: Khulna – Harbaria – Kotka

• Meet at Khulna Jahaj Ghat at 7.00 am, transfer to our waiting boat, and start immediately toward Sundarban. Breakfast will be served on the ship. 
• Reach Harbaria Eco-Tourism Center in the afternoon. Walk inside the forest and have the first experience of Sundarban Mangrove Forest.
• Back to the ship and start for Kotka. Reach Kotka around 11.00 am, and overnight stay on the ship. Lunch and dinner will be served on the ship.

Day-2: Kotka – Kochikhali

• Early in the morning, go for a ride on a noiseless wooden boat, and explore the creeks and canals of Sundarban searching for wildlife and many different birds.
• Back to the ship and have breakfast.
• Visit Kotka Wildlife Sanctuary, where you’ll encounter a lot of wildlife. 
• Trek inside the forest to Jamtola Beach (45 minutes walk one way) and enjoy the beach for some time. 
• Return to the ship and start for Kochikhali. We will go through a small river where you’ll be able to feel Sundarban from a close distance. Lunch will be served on the way. 
• Reach Kochikhali in the late afternoon, and walk in the jungle for some time. 
• Start our return journey toward Chadpai or Dangmari forest station in the evening. Overnight stay on the ship near the forest station.

Day-3: Koromjol – Khulna

• Early in the morning, go for a ride on a noiseless wooden boat, and explore the creeks and canals of Sundarban, searching for wildlife and birds.
• Back to the ship and start for Koromjol Eco-Tourism Center. Breakfast will be served on the way.
• Reach Koromjol Eco-Tourism Center around 11.00 am. Walk on the trail inside Koromjol Eco-Tourism Center, watch the Sundarban Mangrove Forest from the observation tower, and visit the Crocodile Breeding Center.
• Return to the ship and start for Khulna. Lunch will be served on the way.
• Reach Khulna around 6.00 pm. Have evening snacks with tea/coffee. Disembark from the boat and say goodbye! 
• End of the tour.

Private Small Group Tours

Do you have a group of only 10 people? You can book a private tour just for your friends and family on our small boat from Mongla for no extra cost, without needing to join anyone else on your tour. • Fill up the booking form and submit it to start the booking process.
• After that, pay 50% of the total tour price as a deposit. You can send the payment by bKash (bKash charge applicable), deposit it in our City Bank account, or pay physically by coming to our office.
• Booking will be confirmed only after getting a 50% deposit. The rest of the payment has to be paid one week before the tour.
• Booking will be automatically canceled if the tour’s full price is not paid one week before the tour.
• We’ll also need a copy of the National ID or passport for everyone for the forest permit, and the children’s birth certificate as proof of age.
• Cancellation procedure: If you want to cancel any confirmed booking, you need to do that by replying to the booking email of the tour. No cancellation will be accepted without a written email. The time of receiving the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.
• Cancellation before 7 days of the tour: 25% of the tour price will be deducted, and the rest of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the tour: 50% of the total tour price will be deducted, and the rest of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation between 48 hours and 24 hours before the tour: 75% of the total tour price will be deducted, and the rest of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation in less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund will be provided. Also, it will not be possible to move the tour to another date.
• Cancellation by BTA Holidays: If we cancel the tour because of bad weather or any national emergency, or any other unavoidable circumstances, 100% of your deposit will be refunded.
• The itinerary of the Sundarban Tour will change depending on tide and season. But we’ll do our best to visit all the places mentioned.
• Wear shoes with a belt on the backside and waterproof, which are strong enough for walking a lot. Do not wear a high hill or any formal shoes.
• Wear clothes that are not tight. Wear something comfortable. Do not wear jeans.
• Bring a binocular if you have, to watch wildlife on Sundarban better.
• Bring medicine for fever, pain, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, and other common diseases. There is no hospital or pharmacy inside Sundarban.
• Sundarban is a sensitive ecosystem. Do not talk loudly or make noise while inside Sundarban.
• Be completely quiet and do not talk during the boat rides on small canals or while walking inside the forest, to not scare the wildlife.
• Do not stand on the boat during the ride on the canals. Remain seated in your place and enjoy the tranquility of Sundarban.
• Do not tear leaves or flowers from any tree inside Sundarban. Leave no mark of your visit. Only bring happy memories at home.

Important information need to check before booking:

Boat Type : Sharing Basis (Max capacity 40, but we normally allow upto 25/30)

Car Type : For a Sharing or Group tour car will be sharing Type, We normally prefer to book a big car like Tempo 17/26 seater, Winger 13 Seater and even small car 4/7 seater. It depends on the no. of travellers going on a particular day. Also, no. of families. But always a family in a same car.

For Sundarban Private Tour Package car will be always Private

Although you can opt for pvt car (by extra payment) in a sharing Sundarban tour , we may allow you pickup and drop from your home (Within Kolkata).

In case of drop-in time, many travellers request to drop elsewhere other than Science City. Please keep in mind our commitment is from Science City to Science City, so if you need to drop-in elsewhere you can talk directly to the driver about extra payment and his availability.

Waiting Time : During 1st Day Car Drop-in Time and Boat Check-in Time is not always possible to maintain accurately. So, you may wait in parking area 15 to 30 mins (We always prefer not to wait).

Welcome to sunderban.

Arrival at Khulna in the morning at around 06:00 am, and will be transferred to our boat and immediately the boat will start cruising towards the Sundarbans Forest. Arrive Kotka wildlife sanctuary in the afternoon. Upon arrival hiking in the Kotka forest area to see wildlife and forest. Back to the boat in the evening. Overnight on the boat.

Jungle safari

Early in the morning we shall offer trip through small creeks and canals by country boat to see the wildlife and feel the forest from very close. After breakfast Jungle walk, beach activities etc will be offered. At around 1:30 pm start cruising towards Kochikhali wildlife sanctuary, upon arrival Jungle walk near forest office at Kochikhali. Bar – B – Q dinner and start our boat for Harbaria.

Return to Khulna to Dhaka

Early in the morning we shall offer trip through small creeks and canals by country boat, back to the boat for breakfast and go to visit Harbaria, we start to go Khulna. Arrive Khulna at around 6:00 pm and dinner will be served. After dinner disembark from the boat and end tour.

Tour Itinerary: 

Day-1: Dhaka – Bagerhat – Mongla – Sundarban ( 06:30AM to 7:30 PM )

At 06:30 AM drive to visit the vegetables & flowers wholesale market to load your camera with the way people’s expressions act.

Old Dhaka tour and car drive to visit Bagerhat city of Mosque ( World heritage site) before checking in our tourist boat in Mongla. In the evening the boat started its cruise towards Andharmanik forest range.

Day-2:   Andharmanik – Kachikhali Wildlife Sanctuary

Early in the morning, the boat starts its cruise towards Kachikhali, the boat will cross many fascinating scenery while you may imagine sighting a crocodile basking in the sun, a herds of deer may be amazed by seeing under the trees or birds of prey make your journey memorable, if you lucky may found a tiger crossing the canal.

This is why – the Sundarbans is the thrilling ecological Mangrove forest of biodiversity where surviving diverse wildlife both terrestrial and aquatic species in presence of the ferocious Tiger are surviving in the act of balancing the ecological environment.

Day-03: Kachikhali and Katka Wildlife Sanctuary Expeditions

The day is most important vicarious experiences, the day activities are –

• Exploring the Kachikhali wildlife viewpoint after breakfast, an adventure trail from Kachikhali to Katka maximum 8km through dense forest and miles of silvery sands along the ocean is a very breathtaking adventure which may imagine by wild animals and make your time more enjoyable at Katka beach.
•  In the afternoon on arrival at Katka, you will be taken to the ship for lunch.
• At around 03:00 PM, nature treks in the Tiger point where many deer and monkeys are frequent habitats to survive under the keora trees. This place along the Bay of Bengal is captivating and threaded to travelers whereas Tiger often roars beyond the Tiger hill.

Day 1: Harberia Eco-Tourism & Kochikhali

Early in the morning, our guide will pick up from Khulna or Mongla into ship and starts its cruise towards the Sundarbans, on the way the cruise through water bodies of the forest, we walk through the wooden foot trail of Herbaria Eco tourism center where you can look the mangrove forest and its existing wildlife. On the way to Katka, you may be intrigued to see a Tiger crossing the canal, a crocodile basking in the sun at the mud bank, or playing with birds of prey. enjoy the playful activities of macaque and deer may be spotted under the trees. its common features of which, Make a small boat canal cruise if we get time before sunset. Night stay at Kochikhlai on the boat.

Start your day with a small boat cruise through the creeks and experience the sound of birds and watch wildlife in front of your eyes. After breakfast, a journey from Kochikhali to Katka would be a wonderful experience of watching wildlife. Walk inside the deep fores t, climb to the watchtower and go for  Jamtola Sea Beach  before lunch. In the afternoon on arrival at the Katka Forest area, to explore Tiger & Deer points where many deer and monkeys are common habitats to survive under the Keora trees. On the last day of the adventure, make a canal cruise in the morning, visit a fishing village and experience their lifestyle.  Watch Dolphins at Daingmari range and cruise toward Karamjal Crocodile breeding center (Zoo). • The itinerary could be changed because of tides, daylight hours, moon phase, and weather. But we’ll cover all the mentioned places as per the itinerary.
• Rocket Steamer is not available on Friday.
• The small boats are best for the Sundarban cruise. We organize a private basis tour with the accommodation of 4-10 people with a reserved boat. The room size is quite small, no running hot water, electricity is supplied by the battery, and the small generator to charge up the electrical devices. But it’s comfortable to spend days with the facilities.
• We make the food on the boat by the experienced chef during the trip.
• The quantity of mosquitoes is more sometimes. You must carry mosquito repellent for the trip.
• No phone signal works inside the deeper forest. But at some point, you will get a phone signal to call the emergency. If you use Bangladeshi TeleTalk SIM, we’ll get better coverage in a remote area like Kotka.
• The chance of seeing tigers is very rare in the Sundarbans. The lucky one gets the chance of it.

Today we begin discovering the wildlife and nature of thrilling Sundarban, We start cruising early in the morning towards our ultimate destination, the Sundarbans, and enjoy a delicious, fresh breakfast on board. We will stop at Harbaria Ranger Station for our first trail; On this morning’s walk, you can see some of the animals, birds, and insects of the Sundarbans. If we are very lucky, we may hear or spot a Bengal Tiger. We will continue our cruising towards Kochikhali, having lunch on board. In the evening we have a boat trip for an hour through a narrow creek to spot different wildlife. Overnight at Kochikhali (Sleeping Cabin on Boat)

Early in the morning we have a cup of tea/coffee and get ready immediately to explore wildlife in nearby canals and creeks on a small wooden boat. This is also an area where we sometimes spot Bengal Tigers if we are lucky. We will walk the trail to Kotka Forest Station. On this two-hour walk, we will visit Jamtola Beach, and see spotted deer, monkeys, wild boar, reptiles, many kinds of birds, and maybe even tiger pawprints. In the late afternoon, we will go to Kotka Watchtower for the sunset. Many herbivorous animals come here to graze and sometimes carnivorous Bengal Tigers come here for their meal, too. This is our final chance to spot Bangladesh’s Bengal Tigers. Overnight at Horintana.(Sleeping Cabin on Boat)

We travel by boat to visit a fishing village. Life here is simple and difficult. The fishers catch fish from the river, especially prawns and lobster during low tide. After arriving at Karamjol Wildlife Rescue Center we have a one-hour walk, our last in the Sundarbans. We will visit the crocodile breeding center, and deer-breeding center and see some other exquisite wildlife species. We will have our final meal (lunch) in the Sundarbans, head back to Mongla to say goodbye to the boat staff, load our luggage into our waiting car, and leave the river for the drive to Khulna. We will leave the hotel and transfer to the Khulna railway station for the ride to Dhaka. There is time to walk around the railway station and then experience another way to travel to Bangladesh. We will travel in the first class AC compartment called Snigdha. Our train journey will start at 08:40 AM from Khulna Railway Station towards Dhaka and it’s a nine hours long journey. You can expect to see today from the train; vast vegetation beauty in the countryside, different types of harvest fields, a lot of mango orchards, litchi orchards, and other orchards well and you will see the longest steel railway bridge in Bangladesh (Hardinge Bridge) and 6th longest bridge in South Asia (Bangabandhu Bridge) which is 4.63 km long, and you will notice may local peoples day life activities. Upon arrival will transfer you to your hotel. Overnight at Dhaka (Hotel Civic Inn)

• The chartered boat for Sundarban excursion: with very basic facilities without air-conditioned, no electricity, hot water available on upon request, there is solar lighting system in the boat and electric generator will be available for a couple of hours every day in the evening for charging your gadgets.
• Cell Phone signal is poor while we are in Sundarban some places you will get only 2G network.

Itinerary in Short

Day-01(10-12-20/night) : dhaka to khulna 280km (8-hour drive approx.).

For your kind information dear honorable guest present on 06.30pm at Kallyanpur Shyamoli Paribahan Bus Counter, Dhaka, we started our journey 09.00pm from bus counter. We provide Dinner on highway restaurant appx time (12-01am) on this night then journey continue.

Day 02/ 11-12-20: Khulna-Katka

At 8:30 in the morning our guide will receive your all guests from Khulna Jail Ghat and take you to the ship then we provide we Breakfast after breakfast we start journey along the Rupsha and Pashur rivers, our ship will leave for Khulna Shipyard, on the we provide Snakes appx at 11:00-11:30 am then Rupsha Bridge, Rampal Thermal Power Station and Mongla Port. We will provide Lunch appx time (01-02pm) and go down to the Harbaria Eco-Tourism Center. I will line up with the song man at the back and walk along the designated foot trail. Also we will provide Snakes (at 04-05pm) then will cross the freshwater pond and enter the deep forest. More. Lots of deer footprints and deer herds can be seen if you keep quiet. Crab herds will run and hide at the sound of your walking. In Cuttack Sanctuary. We will provide Dinner (at 08:00-09:00) Anchor the boat near a suitable place for overnight stay on Ship at Katka.

Day 03/ 12-12-20: Katka-Jamtola-Kochikhali

Very early in the morning and enjoy canal cruising in the country boat and the silence of the forest in silence. From there we will cross the Tiger Tree bushes, deer roaming fields and deep forest to Badamtala Sea Beach which is two and a half kilometers away. We will enjoy the meeting place of Bangladesh's two proudest "Sundarbans" and "Bay of Bengal". Then We will return to the ship and take Breakfast Tiger Tiller's place. Then we will return to the ship. The ship will go "Kachikhali" for the purpose. Also we take Snakes Break & Lunch in Ship then way to "Kachikhali" then will walk through the forest. We will stay in the beautiful sea beach till evening, then we will return to the ship, the ship will continue for the purpose of Karamjal. We take Snakes then evening, Bar- B-Q Dinner will be offered. Stay overnight on the boat inside the forest. Night Stay: Kochikhali.

Day 04/13 -12-20: Kochikhali Harbaria

Breakfast at the Ship then early in the morning, the boat will resume its journey towards Khulna. We will provide also Snacks & Lunch time to time. Group will continue sightseeing on Harbaria Eco-tourism spot for the natural beauty of forest on way back. Arrive in the evening. then leave the boat at Khulna. After Dinner drive back to Dhaka by reserved A/C coach.

TOUR ITINERARY

We start for Sundarbans early in the morning (6.30/07-am) from Khulna Launch Ghat / Mongla. We reach Dhangmari forest office-(11 /11.30-am) at that time we pay our forest tax and take our forest guard/-. At that time the ship starts its journey the first destination Herbaria Mangrove trail, we visit Herbaria Mangrove trail, then we start its journey the next destination Kachikhali. In the first day we stay night on ship at Kachikhali tourist spot.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

In 2nd day early in the morning we can cruise the Kachikhali channel and visit in side forest some time. As you like and came back on boat take our breakfast at that time the ship starts its journey the next destination katka tourist spot. After breakfast in the morning our vessel will move for Katka tourist spot around the Katka Sea Beach and the wild forest with Katka Watch Tower. In Katka we can take one’s bath in katka see beach. And after lunch we will enjoy the office side of the largest Mangrove forest and enjoy the sunset, then come back on boat and at that time the ship starts its journey the next destination Karamjal wildlife centre. In the 2nd day we stay night on boat near Dhangmari forest office.

3rd day early in the morning we visit Karamjal wildlife centre, and then we make our return journey for Khulna. You can either catch a flight back to Dhaka via Jessore or take an overnight bus/train to complete the journey.

Visa on arrival (voa).

• Visitors from countries in which Bangladesh has no Embassy/ Mission, and from those countries, which issue Landing Permit (LP) or Visa on Arrival (VOA) to travelers from Bangladesh, will qualify for Visa on Arrival (VOA) at the Hazrat Shahjalal International airport, Dhaka.
• Foreign investors, exporter and the people attending seminar or symposium organized by the government of Bangladesh will also be eligible for Visa on Arrival (VOA) (VOA seekers must produce valid documents from concerned authorities such as BOI, BEPZA, BGMEA, FBCCI and concerned Ministries of the Government).

SUNDARBAN TOUR

Day 1: Mongla - Sundarban Morning around 11 am we will start our cruise from Mongla The boat will stop after 30 min cruising to Dhangmari forest station to take forest permission and forest armed guards as conventional to Reserve Forest. Start cruise to Katka. On the way to will stop to Harbaria forest station and visit walking zone. Return Boat and have lunch. After lunch start cruise to Katka. In this river you have a chance to see many crocodile. In the evening we will cruise a narrow creeks to observe the wildlife & tiger. Reach Katka forest station in the evening dinner and overnight at our boat. (L+D)

Day 2: Sundarban - Katka & Kochikhali wild life In the early morning the guide will offer you a silent boat trip by a country boat through narrowed creeks to observe the wildlife and specially to observe the most enchanting local birds including the rare species of masked fin foot, Kingfisher, serpentine eagle, stork, flycatcher, Bee eaters and different types tailor and weaving birds. We can take one’s bath in katka see beach and enjoy the largest mangrove forest beautification. We start our return journey at night. (B+L+D)

Day 3: Sundarban - Mongla Early in the morning we will cruise with our country boat at Pakhit Khal (bird river). During this long journey you may come across different type of wild animals, crocodiles basking on the river bank and if you lucky enough you may meet the swimming tiger which is common feature in this littoral forest. Reach Mongla in the afternoon. (B+L)

Day 01: Dhaka-Sundarbans

Receive from, Sultana Kamal Bridge, Demra, Dhaka , Dhaka. Immediately Snacks will be served, as the cruise vessel will start its journey towards the Forest. On way, you have to the riverine life, Hilsha Fishing, harvesting Crops on the shore, several type of Country boats, the boat will stop at Barisal or Supoti Forest station. The cruise will continue through Buriganga, Meghna, Kirtankhola, Baleshwary and Pashur River .

Day 02: Sundarbans: Kachikhali

In the Morning following the formalities at Forest Department Station at Shupoti , we have to start Cruise towards Kachikhali . Full day explore Kachikhali. Overnight on board in Kachikhali

Day 03: Sundarbans: Kota

Shortly after sunrise we will start journey towards Kotka invite you to explore the narrow creeks aboard a wooden rowboat, allowing a close look at the unique mangrove fauna & Flora. After a leisurely lunch the guide will offer a variety of activities, including an easy trek to the pristine beach facing the Bay of Bengal, a hike through the mangroves and an evening boat trip. Day 04: Sundarbans-Khulna

Depending on the tide schedule, the boat will begin the return journey with the high tide and cruising the whole day Kulna in the Evening. On the way you will enjoy the peaceful cruise through the creeks of the Mangrove forest.

The dazzling expanse of green, the blue heaven overhead meeting the horizon, the playful high tide and the ebb, the very smell of life in the air and the pristine sea beach– you name it.

BOOKING PROCEDURE:

For the exclusive booking please confirm the tour at least 4 weeks before the schedule. While making a confirm booking of the tour, a payment amounting to 50% of the tour fee is to be made. The balance to be paid 72 hours prior to the commencement of the trip. We accept cheques & cash both.

SUNDERBAN TOUR CORPORATE PACKAGE (Khulna – Sundarban – Khulna)

KHULNA-HARBARIA-KOTKA-KOCHIKHALI-KARAMJAL – KHULNA 

Program: 3 Days & 2 Nights. 

1st. Day:   Our vessel awaiting in Khulna Rupsha ferry ghat early in the morning within 6:00 am. Then start cruise towards the Sundarban forest. On the way, the boat will stop at Dhangmari /  Chandpai Forest station. Take the permit & pay the fees and take 2 forest armed guard then visit Harabia Forest Office.  The cruising will continue till Kotka upon arrival.

2nd. Day:   Very early in the morning take the small boat for cruise through the small canal for bird watching trip inside forest. Back to the ship and take breakfast then walk through the Mangrove forest and climbing the watch tower to Jamtala sea-beach for sunbath, back to ship  then the boat will resume its journey towards the Forest which will continue till Kochikhali.Upon arrival, the accompanying Guide will lead you towards the Kochikhali Forest Office, where you will find plenty of deer, Monkey, birds etc. Back to the boat, snacks will be served. On this evening, Bar-B-Q dinner will serve. Our vessel will start in the evening journey to Dhangmari/Chandpai forest office upon arrival and stay overnight.

3rd. Day:   After breakfast we will visit the Karamjal forest office and resume its journey towards Khulna. On the way, Take a stopover for surrender forest permission and get down arms guard.  We shall reach Khulna in the evening.       End…………..
