The tour was well-planned and organized, allowing us to cover all the major attractions in these beautiful destinations in just 8 days. The tour started in Cochin, also known as the 'Queen of the Arabian Sea'. We were greeted by our friendly tour guide at the airport who gave us a warm welcome and briefed us about the itinerary for the next 8 days. We were then taken to our hotel in Cochin, which was located in a prime location with easy access to the popular tourist spots. The next day, we visited the famous Mattancherry Palace, also known as the Dutch Palace, which was built by the Portuguese in the 16th century. The intricate architecture and beautiful murals inside the palace were a treat to the eyes. We also visited the Jewish Synagogue, the oldest active synagogue in the Commonwealth of Nations. Next, we headed to Munnar, a picturesque hill station famous for its tea plantations. The scenic drive to Munnar was breathtaking, with stunning views of the Western Ghats. We visited the Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and the Tea Museum where we learned about the process of tea-making and got to taste different varieties of tea. Lack of clarity, program was ambiguous. Difficult to determine what was and was not included. Tour had one itinerary, transport company had another itinerary and driver had another itinerary. Driver would say activity was included however when dropped at activity we would have to negotiate price. Too many players in the process, lots of confusion and felt like an element of corruption between all parties including the activity people. In reality the tour was a car, a driver and accommodation nothing more. We had to pay for a number of activities and only when we complained the driver suddenly provided some reimbursement. It appeared like “let the customer negotiate and pay” and if they don’t complain the driver/transport/tour company pocket the benefit. We paid around 170,000inr for this tour and based on our experience we would never use TourRadar again.

We had a great time on our trip. The service was fantastic! We were on the house boat in the waters near allepey when we realized that we accidentally left our passports, money and some jewellery in a hotel safe in Thekkady. We of course panicked cos we were about a 5-hour drive away from Thekkady and we were on a boat. Jeeva came to the rescue beautifully as she managed to get one of the drivers to safely bring all these items to us by the time we were done with our overnight houseboat experience. The hotels, the drivers and the planning was done really well as well. Overall, 5 stars for Jeeva. :)

I have booked my trip through online and got good service. the trip was very good except the boat house.. The hotel accommodation was excellent. The exotica officials were very helpful especially Mr.Saifudheen service was so helpful even on our lost luggage..I have not met these people in person, still they proved their customer service on the phone. They promised that they will change the boat house contract and improve their service. My advice to the tourist to specify the best company's boat house and driver while booking the tour. No doubt they are flexible in action and service. Hope they continue the good customer service and improve their business..
