OEM Door Speaker: Remove 4 Torx T-25 Screws: Pull Off Speaker: To replace the OEM door speaker, remove the four Torx T25 screws by turning them counter clockwise.

There is a small slit/opening in the panel where each fastener is located... It's really hard to find, especially if your panel is like mine, i.e. has that fake "carpet" material along the bottom 1/3 of the panel.
