Hays at Bluewater staff…

From the start Hays at Bluewater staff have been brilliant at sorting out my holiday. Maxine was amazing so patient and helpful in helping us choose the right holiday. I had a few little hitches with paperwork at the beginning but the staff at Bluewater where very helpful and sorted out the problem very quickly. I haven’t given 5 stars at the moment but if everything keeps going so well every step of the way till I leave on my holiday then they will definitely get 5 stars from me.

Karen worked hard to get our booking right……unfortunately she was badly let down by P&O……Soon after confirming ( and paying ) for our cruise Karen checked with P&O with our accessibility needs and they were unable to accommodate us !! Had to return to store to make a new booking on a different date. This made the whole process quite stressful. Question of which comes first ……. your chosen cruise or meeting your accessibility needs ?
