Irctc tour package: the six-day, five-night tour package--jannate kashmir--including air travel from patna-delhi-srinagar, three meals, night stay and site visits, will begin from september 1..

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has announced a special Kashmir package, starting at Rs 35,250 per person from Patna and Delhi.

The six-day, five-night tour package–Jannate Kashmir–including air travel from Patna- Delhi -Srinagar, three meals, night stay and site visits, will begin from September 1.

As per the itinerary, the flight will depart from Patna airport at 8:30 am and arrive at Srinagar at 3:10 pm, where the guests will be taken to a hotel and can enjoy ‘Shikara’ boating at the famous Dal Lake in the evening.

Next day, a day-long trip to Gulmarg is planned for visiting a golf course and taking a horse and cable car ride. It will be followed by another day-long trip the next day to Pahalgam, which also includes a visit to saffron farm field and Awantipura ruins.

Tourists will visit Sonmarg on September 4 and overnight stay at a houseboat in Srinagar is also arranged for that day. Next day, visits to famous Mughal gardens, Nishat, Shalimar CheshmaShahi and Shankaracharya Temple have been scheduled.

The tour will end on September 6, after the tourists will be dropped to Srinagar airport for boarding flight to Patna, connected with Delhi, at 11:25 pm.

As per the IRCTC, four types of packages are available with single occupancy priced at Rs 48,300, double occupancy at Rs 35,900, triple occupancy or child with bed (5-11) at Rs 35,250, child without bed (5-11yrs) Rs 29,950 and child without bed (2-4 yrs) at Rs 23,850.

All interested can visit IRCTC website to make online bookings and regional offices in Patna, Gaya and Delhi for the offline mode booking.

Day 01: Arrival Srinagar

Day 02: Srinagar – Local sightseeing

It is also popular for its golf course (in summer), the highest in the world and skiing during the winter season. Enjoy the splendor of nature and the snowy mountains. The Gondola Cable Car (optional) offers rides to the upland meadows of Kongdori and beyond to the top of Apharwat range to a height of 14000 ft for viewing the Himalayan Peaks in summer and for downhill skiing in winter. Day 04: Gulmarg to Pahalgam

After breakfast, leave from Gulmarg and drive to Pahalgam 2440 Mtrs (Vale of Kashmir) on the way visit Saffron fields and Avantipur ruins which is eleven hundred years old temple. IRCTC will be operating fixed departure tours covering major tourist attractions like Srinagar, Sonamarg, Gulmarg and Pahalgam.

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has unveiled its 5 night 6 days Enchanting Kashmir package. “If there is a Paradise on Earth, then it is here, it is here in Kashmir," IRCTC describes.

From Shikara ride over Dal Lake or gondola cable car ride at Gulmarg or the road trip to Pahalgam everything will be included in this Enchanting Kashmir package starting from 1 April. The package has set fixed departures dates with two departures in the month of April, four in May and June each. All these departures will be from Delhi airport.

Departure Dates for IRCTC Kashmir air tour package

1 April, 15 April, 5 May, 20 May, 27 May, 28 May, 3 June, 10 June, 11 June, and 17 June.

The cost of the IRCTC's Enchanted Kashmir tour package is priced at ₹ 32,030 per person for double occupancy while for triple occupancy, the price is ₹ 31,010 per person. The price for single occupany is priced at ₹ 48,740. 

For Children, Child With Bed aged 5-11 yrs is ₹ 28,010 and for child without bed aged between 2-4 yrs is ₹ 14,960. 

IRCTC Kashmir package inclusion:

Airfare for Delhi – Srinagar – Delhi

Sightseeing as per the itinerary by AC vehicle on sharing basis.

Accommodation in well appointed rooms at Srinagar and Pahalgam.

The package also includes one night stay at House Boat and Shikara Ride over Dal Lake

The package includes 5 Breakfasts and Dinners but lunch is not included. 

General Insurance will also be covered in the package. 

Anything additional other than those mentioned in the itinerary will be chargeable.  

Trips to Aru Chandanwari and Betaab Valley trip, Thajwas Glacier trip at Sonmarg, Zero point trip at Sonmarg, are trips done by Taxi Union, hence will not be paid by IRCTC. Tickets to the Gondola cable car is also not included in the package.

On March 21, flight number 6E-2039 will depart from Raipur at 11:30 AM and arrive Delhi at 01:20 PM. From Delhi, flight number 6E-5063 will depart at 03:05 PM and arrive Srinagar at 04:35 PM. On March 26, flight number 6E-2364 will depart from Srinagar at 10:40 AM and arrive Delhi at 12:15 PM and from Delhi, flight number 6E-6184 will depart from 02:40 PM and arrive Raipur at 04:25 PM.

According to IRCTC , Single Occupancy Per Person in Comfort class will cost Rs 37,990, Double Occupancy Per Person will cost Rs 31,010, Triple Occupancy Per Person will cost Rs 30,285, Occupancy for Child With Bed (5 to 11 Years) will cost Rs 28,840 and Occupancy for Child Without Bed (5 to 11 Years) will cost Rs 26,495. The package will include air tickets (Raipur-Srinagar-Raipur), breakfast and dinner, hotel accommodation with one night stay in house boat, vehicle transportation (seat in coach basis) as per the itinerary, travel insurance, IRCTC’s Tour Escort services during the tour and applicable taxes.

However, the package cost would not include entrance tickets at sightseeing places, lunch and any additional food, local transport/ airport pick up and drop in Raipur, meals on flight, any increase in airport taxes, fuel surcharge, etc., Shikara ride at Dal Lake and Gondola ride at Gulmarg, all kinds of tips to guides, drivers, representative, etc., any expenses of personal nature such as laundry expenses, mineral water, wine, food as well as drinks other than mentioned in the regular menu, tour guide service any deviation from the above programme.

Guidelines:

Food:  Morning breakfast with tea/coffee, lunch, night dinner/tiffin.

Transport:  55 Seater Non-push back-Non AC/similar bus for pick up from station and sightseeing will be arranged. Where buses are not permitted, the tourists have to make their own arrangements on alternative modes. Entrance fees, Pooja, Special Darshan charges, Horse-ride and Boating-charges are to be borne by the tourists.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellation of your ticket, please log into your account, select the Tour Confirmation Number (TCN) of the ticket you wish to cancel and cancel your ticket from your booked history online. Cancellation of your online ticket is possible only in the website www.irctctourism.com, and is not possible through PRS Counters. If the user wishes to cancel his ticket, cancellation rules for the tour package will be as under:

Terms and Conditions:

• Passengers have to board and de-board the train at nominated stations as per the final Railway order and local transportation expenses to be borne by tourists on their own.
• The package tour decided by the IRCTC which will include Sleeper Class/Third A/c Train Tickets, Pure Vegetarian Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Dormitory/Hall accommodation and Bus for local sightseeing only. Cost value package.
• At Destinations, only Dharamshala accommodation (Dormitory/ Hall) will be provided. The bed rolls will be provided and laid on the ground, beds will not be provided. However, if guests want, they can request the Tour Escort/Train Management for the booking of hotel rooms on extra cost to be paid by the guest as per the feasibility and availability. (There is no commitment of providing beds and room to Bharat Darshan Clients).
• Being a cost value package, personalized service is not viable; hence kindly converge with the group. In case of any assistance required, do contact our group representative.
• Passenger should get full briefing about the tour from IRCTC before/after the booking to avoid any confusion.
• One Glass of Packaged drinking water will be provided during lunch and dinner per day. Drinking water for due course of journey except during lunch & dinner have to be managed by the guest directly, IRCTC is not bound to Provide unlimited usage of Packaged drinking water.
• Normal room temperature water will be served on board whereas IRCTC will try to serve cool water (Subject to availability of Ice during the journey. Serving cool water on board is not mandatory.
• Passengers before boarding the train should ensure the proper Check up of their body/ health from their Doctor in order to be fit for travelling, IRCTC will not be responsible for any mishap due to unfit condition/ health problem such as restlessness/ anxiety/ Unusual breathing problem of Asthmatic clients/ any other physical problems and Natural Death of the passengers.
• No rude behavior will be entertained, further to which you will be forced to drop from the tour.
• Avoid any unlawful arguments and disquieting the beauty of tour programme.
• Kindly queue while boarding the buses and don’t rush at the accommodation centre. Our representative would allot accommodation as specified.
• It is the duty of the co-passenger to provide seats first for the Handicapped and old people.
• You should adhere to the time announced by the tour representatives. Failing which you will have to come to the next destination on your own expenses.
• While traveling, there might be some delay in providing food, so old people and diabetic passengers should carry some refreshments.
• There might be delay in train arrivals and departures and the train may not be able to follow the train timings for which you will have to bear with us.
• There may be changes in the sightseeing itinerary that may be caused due to arise of situations that have to be adhered.
• Announcement made in the train should be followed strictly to have pleasant travel.
• In case any problem arises during the journey, the company’s decision will be final.
• The tourist should follow the instruction given by the tour representative and should not interfere in the administration.
• No smoking and consuming alcohol in the train.
• Please carry ID card at all items (like Driving License, Voter ID card, Ration Card, Pan Card) as proof of Identity for cross verification by Railway Authorities and the same has to be borne by the tourist.
• If any stamped/accident/drowning in Sea/River happened at the destination due to negligence of the passenger/s or situational factor, IRCTC will not be responsible.
• Alternate arrangements will be made for disruption of tour on account of natural calamities and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
• Arrangements will be made for medical attention during sickness and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
• The tourist will have adhere by the periodical guidelines issued by the authorities during the tour through announcement and should not intervene in their working and cause any inconvenience to co-passengers.
• The tour programme may be subject to alterations due to late running of the train. The final timings will be as per the railway order.
• The decision of IRCTC/South Central Zone will be final on account of problems arising in the conduct of the tour.

IRCTC’s DO’s:

• Please DO follow guidelines of the Tour Manager at all times. Your Tour Manager is your source of information.
• Please DO carry a Photo Identity Card indicating proof of age such as Voter’s ID, Passport, PAN Card etc. for Security reasons.
• Please DO take complete and personal care of your belongings during the tour.
• Please DO maintain decency of language as a courtesy towards your fellow passengers in the train and other visitors at the shrines/places you visit.
• Please DO bear Entry Fee, if any, at the monuments if not specified in Inclusions.
• Please DO stay in groups and follow scheduled timings at the places you visit as per instructions of the Tour Manager.
• Please DO adheres to the revised itinerary if the situation so arises by following the instructions of Tour Manager. The itinerary provided to you may change due to unavoidable circumstances either before start of tour or during the tour.
• Please DO leaves the contact details of person(s) to be contacted in case of any Emergency with the Tour Manager.
• Please DO ensures switching off the Lights and fans in the compartments when not in use.

IRCTC’s DON’Ts:

• Please DO NOT consumes alcoholic beverages, bidis, and cigarettes during the tour. IRCTC does not provide, promote or sell alcoholic beverages/cigarettes/bidi etc. and condones the use of all such items in its programs. Consumption of such items while on train is an offence punishable under law.
• Please DO NOT carry any valuables like jewellery, antiques, electronic equipments etc., on the tour. Clients carrying the same shall do so at their own risk. In case of any theft or any law & order issues leading to loss of passenger’s property, IRCTC shall not be responsible for the same.
• Please DO NOT Carry any Prohibited articles in person or in your baggage. The client alone shall be responsible for the cost and consequences that follow in the event of the client carrying the same.
• Please DO NOT be rude while interacting with locals and Please DO NOT indulge in any arguments. In case of any doubts on any matter, you may please communicate with the Tour Manager.
• Please DO NOT indulges in Photography if the same is restricted at certain places.
• Please DO NOT offend the local regulations.

• Please ensure that your attire does not offend the locals/visitors at the places you visit. At holy shrines, you may be required to remove your shoes.
• Please maintain decency of language as a courtesy towards your fellow passengers in the train and other visitors at the shrines/places your visit.
• Do not be rude while interacting with locals and do not indulge in any arguments. In case of any doubts on any matter, please communicate with the Tour Manager.
• Please be in groups and follow timings at the places you visit as per instructions of the Tour Manager.
• Photography may be restricted at certain places. Do not offend the local regulations.

गर्मियों में मौसम में स्कूल की छुट्टी शुरू होते ही सर्द इलाकों जैसे कश्मीर, हिमाचल प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड में टूरिस्ट की संख्या बढ़ जाती है. बढ़ी हुई डिमांड को देखते हुए आईआरसीटीसी ने kashmir tour पॅकेज लॉन्च किया है. जिसकी शुरुआत उत्तर प्रदेश के लखनऊ से होगी..

'जन्नत-ए-कश्मीर' टूर पॅकेज की खासियत

• इस पैकेज में लखनऊ से यात्रा की शुरुआत होगी.
• 14 अप्रैल, 18 अप्रैल और 24 अप्रैल 2024 को यात्रा की शुरुआत होगी.
• आने जाने के लिए फ्लाइट टिकट दी जाएगी. सभी यात्रियों के लिए इंडिगो की फ्लाइट्स की टिकट बुक कराई जाएगी.
• सैलानियों को कश्मीर के श्रीनगर, गुलमर्ग, पहलगाम जैसे स्थानों की सैर करने का मौक़ा मिलेगा.
• यात्रियों को तीन स्टार होटल में रुकने की सुविधा मिलेगा.
• सैलानियों को डल झील के बोट में भी एक रात रुकने का मौक़ा मिलेगा.
• दो समय का खाना दिया जाएगा. जिसमें सुबह का नाश्ता और रात का खाना शामिल है. दोपहर ले लंच की व्यवस्था यात्रियों को ही करनी पड़ेगी.
• पॅकेज में यात्रियों का यात्रा बीमा भी शामिल है.

कितना देना होगा किराया ?

• सिंगल ऑक्यूपेंसी के लिए प्रति व्यक्ति 81,200 रुपये किराए का भुगतान करना होगा.
• डबल ऑक्यूपेंसी का चुनाव करने पर यात्रियों को प्रति व्यक्ति 74,300 रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा.
• इसके अलावा यदि यात्री ट्रिपल ऑक्यूपेंसी का चुनाव करते हैं तो उन्हें प्रति व्यक्ति 73,410 रुपये किराए का भुगतान करना होगा.

IRCTC offers pocket-friendly tour packages to Kashmir; check out the air fares

Kashmir is often touted as a paradise on earth for its amazing natural beauty. IRCTC has announced fabulous packages for tourists from Kerala to enjoy the mystical locales of Kashmir.

Five days, six nights The journey that includes five days and six nights begins at Thiruvananthapuram on 17 June and 1 July. Interestingly, the package begins at Rs 47350 per head.

The package includes economy air tickets of Indigo Airlines, accommodation at hotels, driver allowance, toll rates and parking fees.

However, the visitors have to pay for the pony rides, gondola tickets and sleighing. Besides, the entry charges to Aru Chandanwari in Pahalgam, Betaab valley, Zero Point trip at Sonmarg during summer and tour guide charges too aren’t included.

Daily plans On the first day, the journey begins from the airport at Thiruvananthapuram and reaches Srinagar on the same day. After resting at the hotel for some time, the visitors would be taken to the Dal Lake for shikara ride. On the second day, you could see the beautiful sights at Sonmarg which is 2800 metres above the sea level. Dinner would be served at the hotel.

The visitors would be taken to Gulmarg and Khilanmarg on the third day. Gulmarg which is a popular skiing destination is also known for the gondola, which is one of the highest cable cars in the world. The visitors can return to the hotel at Srinagar at night where dinner would be provided.

On the fourth day, after breakfast, the visitors can visit Pahalgam. The saffron fields, Avantipur remains, Betaab Valley, Chandanawari and Aru Valley are some of the attractions at Pahalgam which is 2440 metres above sea level.

The visitors can return to Srinagar after breakfast on the fifth day. At Srinagar, they would be taken to the Sankaracharya temple followed by the Hazratbal shrine on the banks of the Dal Lake. The visitors can then enjoy shikara ride on the Dal Lake. Moreover, they can spend the night and enjoy dinner in a houseboat on the lake.

The breakfast on the next day would be provided on the house boat. The tourists can return on the same day to Thiruvananthapuram from the Srinagar airport.

The bookings are open for the package named Kashmir – Heaven on Earth.

Charges for adults and children A group of twenty nine people would be taken for the trip at a time. The charges for adults are Rs 54,450 for single occupancy, Rs 48,700 for double occupancy and Rs 47,350 for triple occupancy. Meanwhile, the bookings for children from 2 – 4 years could only be done at the IRCTC counters. For that, you could contact 0484 2382991. There would be infant charges for children under two years. This could be directly paid at the airline counter while checking in.
