Lane 8 Announces Dates for Reviver Tour in 2022

Lane 8 hits the road in February of 2022 to bring Reviver  to cities including Washington DC, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, and more! 

Update January 7: With just under two months until the Reviver tour kicks off Lane 8 has revealed the support for the upcoming shows. This includes a flurry of talented artists who have graced This Never Happened such as Sultan + Shepard , Rylan Taggart , and Le Youth , along with Anjunadeep staples Qrion and Yotto as well. Check the dates below for who will be playing when Lane 8 swings through a city near you!

Previously: It was soon after riding high from his two sold-out nights at Red Rocks Amphitheater in October that Lane 8 released the title track off his forthcoming album, Reviver . A beautiful yet powerful track , it shined a light on his dance floor-focused sound and gave fans a taste of what is to come with the full album’s release on  January 21, 2022 . After listening, it’s clear that he’s intent on his mission of bringing fresh sounds for his fans and exploring new reaches in the studio as well.

Last month, Lane 8 took the stage for an impressive set at EDC Las Vegas and then finished off his festival season run for 2021 at Suwannee Hulaween. While he’ll help everyone ring in the new year at Abduction NYE in Seattle, many wondered when he would be heading to a city near them and he gifted his faithful following with the Reviver Tour in 2022.

The Reviver Tour is set to kick off at The Truman in  Kansas City on  February 25  and hit hotspots in  Orlando ,  Detroit ,  Norfolk , and  Toronto  along the way. The Reviver Tour will be fans first look into this next chapter for Lane 8, and we cant wait to see what’s in store as he continues to build on his blossoming career. 

Fans planning on attending, please be advised that all of the stops on the Reviver Tour are “This Never Happened” events. This aims for attendees to live in the present moment, meaning everyone will be forbidden from taking any photos or videos during the event. As Lane 8 himself likes to remind his fans, “I believe that without phones or cameras, we can create a more positive and engaging atmosphere for all fans. Experience the moment, don’t record it. This Never Happened.”

Logan Garrison

It was a decade ago that Logan Garrison, better known as DJ Lo_G, first took the stage to spin sets for crowds in the snowy towns of Lake Tahoe and Aspen. Originally spinning sounds in the realm of glitch and bass music, he began to develop a passion for all things house as he returned to his hometown and hasn’t looked back since. Over the years, DJ Lo_G has become a fixture in the Aspen nightlife scene as he has found a home at Belly Up and regularly warms up the stage for some of dance music’s biggest artists like The Chainsmokers, Chris Lake, Slow Magic, Nora En Pure, and most recently ZHU. Joining the EDM Identity team back in 2018, he’s dug even deeper into dance music and the festival scene. Whether he’s covering events like Mysteryland and shows in Aspen, interviewing artists like Hannah Wants, and reviewing fresh releases, his passion for the entire community shines throughout.

Lane 8 recently took to Instagram to set the record straight on what is expected from fans at their live shows as part of the ongoing Reviver Tour .

They wrote, “We do not allow any photo or video recording during the show to allow audience members to be more organically engaged in the music, the atmosphere and the community of the show.”

A refreshing change of pace in an increasingly plugged-in world.

At their immersive “This Never Happened” concerts , Lane 8 will be joined by rotating special guests Le Youth, Qrion, Rylan Taggart, Sultan, Shepard and Yotto on select dates.

San Francisco-based house producer Lane 8 (real name: Daniel Goldstein) made quite a splash when The Magician played his debut single, 'Don’t Want You Back'. This gained him far more notoriety and his fan base multiplied massively, his follow up single 'Dusty' was supported by Kidnap Kip and Jody Wintersoff to name a couple and his reputation grew further. His 3 track EP was packed with under fifteen minutes of complex and innovative electro whilst his reworkings of Fleetwood Mac and Brandy tracks set the blogosphere alight.

Easily one of the most exciting producers and musicians to emerge on the electro scene in 2014, critics have a close eye on this artist. He will be performing with Moon Boots at XOYO in London on the 14th of November and his live show is also one not to be missed, catch him before he heads Stateside where he is also making huge waves. His slick mixing style and huge dance inspired electro keeps crowds jumping throughout his packed out sets. Dropping innovative remixes alongside the cult singles 'Dusty' and 'Don't Want You Back' means this new producer has earned his place on the circuit.

A huge 2015 beckons, so try and catch him before he swaps the academies for warehouses.

It never happened... But if it did, it was all sorts of amazing. My boyfriend and I were bummed that we weren't able to make his sets at EDC 2016, but this was worth every second, every cent, every moment.

Amazing show! He is awesome. True Anjuna!! The Social is Orlando's best place for deep house and trance! Service was awesome! Make sure you buy all cocktails from Alexis! Really appreciate the work done by all. Looking forward to being back soon!

Lane 8 was amazing but the could have been hosted at a better venue. The lighting could have been better and the visuals. Music was superb. Most promising artist. Would love to see more collaborations and try different genres.

The event generally consisted of standing in line for one of the few restrooms. By the time you got to use one you nearly had to get back in line. Surely there is a standard ratio of restrooms to attendants In 2017??

Lane 8 was fantastic. The venue was ordinary. The fact that we were all held in line with tickets was not cool. I look forward to seeing Daniel again in Melbourne...hopefully at a bigger venue next time?

Absolutely amazing. I could've happily stayed at that concert for another 5 hours. I especially loved that he had everyone place a bit of tape over their phone cameras, so everyone was really present.

I saw Lane 8 downtown LA at Exchange. He was amazing!! Saw him for the second time, the first was at a festival, this was a longer set and he really brought it this time. Don't miss it!!

Hands down one of the best shows I’ve been to! He put on a killer show and played some of the best tracks! Can’t wait to see him again when he comes back to Atlanta!!!
