EGERI TOUR, a unique experience

Throughout the contest, you will meet fashion professionals who will advise you, test you and offer you the best tools to succeed in this environment. It is also an opportunity for you to make your professional model portfolio and gain visibility in order to get you noticed by a modeling agency.

Launched in 2015, EGERI TOUR is an international model competition in five European countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands. Everyone has his chance. This contest aims to bring out new faces, from 14 to 29 years, in the world of fashion and modeling. EGERI TOUR works closely with several prestigious international modeling agencies, which each year sign contracts with many contestants. Why not you ?

Get advice from fashion professionals Several model scouts form the EGERI TOUR team. Their role is to guide you, answer all your questions and help you prepare the day of your selection. They are at your side for the duration of the contest. “My role is to scout new faces. I then bring them clothing tips for the selection as well as practical information about next steps and the fashion world. Some are afraid to get started because they have no experience, but we are here to reassure and motivate them ” Cathy, member of the EGERI TOUR team.

A shoot to build your professional model portfolio Each candidate scouted has the opportunity to have a personalized photo shoot. “It was the first time I did photos in the studio. I was a little scared, but the photographer was great and made me comfortable by giving me all the advice to put it right. The photos are amazing! » Manon,  candidate for Paris 2018 edition. After this shooting, you will have the opportunity to buy all the photos to build your own model portfolio.

Gain visibility to be scouted by agencies By participating in EGERI TOUR, you not only live a fun and unique experience, but you will especially have the opportunity to have high visibility with fashion professionals who may be interested in your profile. After the first step, you can already visit agencies with your new model portfolio while posting your best snapshots on Instagram, the social network where many models have been spotted.

Whatever steps you take, there is always a before, a during and an after EGERI TOUR. Your profile is posted on our website in July and sent to our model agencies network. It will be visible for one year by all fashion professionals who regularly look for new faces to integrate their agencies and represent brands.

EGERI TOUR s’impose comme l’un des plus grands concours de modèles homme et femme en Europe.

Le concours est né de l’entente de 3 passionnés de la mode. Reconnus dans le milieu, John, Guillaume et Soufiane se croisent régulièrement à Paris lors de défilés ou de Shooting photos. Ils ont l’envie de faire connaître les talents de demain. De cette volonté, vient l’idée de créer un événement annuel regroupant à la fois les espoirs de la mode et les professionnels reconnus.

Avec ce concours, l’équipe sillonne les plus grandes villes de France, Belgique, Suisse et Hollande à la recherche de modèles homme & femme. L’objectif premier : découvrir et faire connaître les modèles de demain !

EGERI TOUR offre une visibilité unique aux participants. Avant d’être exposés aux professionnels et aux internautes, les candidats passent entre les mains de maquilleurs, coiffeurs et photographes pour présenter un book de qualité et leur permettre d’être repérés facilement par les producteurs et agents artistiques. Lors de la grande finale à Paris, les modèles sélectionnés reçoivent une formation avec un coach qualifié pour les préparer à défiler devant le Jury composé de professionnels de renom et un public aguerri.

L’édition 2018 du concours de mannequins démarre le 16 septembre 2017 à Paris, par une tournée de sélections de 34 dates dans 7 pays d’Europe (France, Allemagne, Suède, Pays-bas, Luxembourg, Suisse et Belgique) durant 7 mois. En octobre 2018, un défilé final regroupera les 20 meilleures visages de la tournée, qui seront présentés à de prestigieuses agences de mannequins.

Les 16 et 17 septembre 2017, 3 étudiantes d’ ITM Paris maquilleront les 180 candidats pour le casting. Elles devront travailler vite et bien puisque le temps imparti pour chaque modèle est de 5 minutes. Un maquillage simple et naturel est demandé afin de mettre la beauté de chacun en évidence.

Margot Priolet, Charlotte Galland et Trilcya Méril, toutes les 3 étudiantes en 2ème année à ITM Paris devront avoir un comportement professionnel durant ces 2 journées intenses, c’est également l’opportunité de se faire des contacts pour rencontrer de beaux modèles pour les partiels et examens à l’école.

Lake Aegeri

Lake Ägeri is nestled in a hilly moraine landscape and offers a wide range of hiking, mountain biking and water sports activities. Its shores were the site of the famous Battle of Morgarten in 1315, the first battle between the Confederates and the Habsburgs.

Description

Today it is much more peaceful here as day trippers cross the tranquil lake, restaurants serve the local red chalk fish, and hikers and mountain bikers explore the pre-Alpine landscapes. There are plenty of resting and bathing facilities along the way, such as the Lido in Oberägeri. A round trip can also be combined with a cruise. The existing fleet of two small ships on Lake Ägeri calls at several landing stations around the lake and in addition to the regular scheduled runs from May to October, special excursions are also made. In 1890 the Oberägeri steamboat company commissioned its first steamboat, “Morgarten I”, nicknamed “the wooden shoe”. Sunk after six years following a wind storm, the boat was salvaged a year later and fitted with a petrol engine. It continued to ply the waters of Lake Ägeri for another 20 years.

Unterägeri lies in the delightful Aegeri Valley at 730 metres above sea level directly on Lake Aegeri.
