Lauren made the holiday booking great

Lauren made the holiday booking more than great. A happy, smiling, just lovely young lady who was knowledgeable, positive and delivered the holiday of our choice. Price matched to the holiday I had looked at earlier at home and didn't book, because the older you get, it means something to actually have a professional to hand for piece of mind. Many thanks Lauren. Lauren is a breath of fresh air and an asset to Hays travel store here at Teesside Park.

We decided to go Canadian rocky and Alaska , two weeks walked into Hays travel Harrow and spoke to George. He put the itinerary together and with few changes we have booked this trip. George was excellent and every change we asked he came back to us with the answer. He is very good at explaining everything, he is an asset to the company

It was such a pleasure assisting you with this booking, any questions before you go please don't hesitate to ask - George

An extremely efficient Online Booking with a Hays representative.

A very helpful, friendly, and patient agent provided valuable assistance with arranging our city break to Dublin. Flights, Hotel, and insurance, were discussed and booked for us and secured with confirmation from start to finish by email txt and phone. Thank you.

Warm welcome

Popped into shop was met with warm welcoming smile and hello from Porsha. As I knew where and when wanted to go this was good start. Porsha was able to book the exact holiday I wanted efficiently and still with a smile and conversation. There were 3 other members of staff ( vikki and dont know others names ) all smiles and said hekki when I entered the shop even though 2 of them were with other customers. Just shows how friendly everyone is .

Thank you for your lovely feedback. I'm so glad I could help you and I really appreciate it. If I can help you again please don't hesitate to let me know - Porsha x

Back to Travel Agent Booking….

So far I have only booked the holiday using Rachel but my experience has been all positive. She responded quickly to any questions I had and even concluded the booking on a Sunday evening when she wasn’t feeling well. The way to pay was one I had not used before but she talked me through it and I found it very simple in the end. Initial contact was via Messenger including where Rachel sent me a copy of the itinerary. We finalised things via phone later. All in all seemed a very good service which I hope will continue.

Stress-free travel!

Bouncing ideas off Hannah is always a positive experience! She quickly informed us that our original itinerary would be hugely expensive for the dates we'd chosen and as a result we altered our plans. More difficulties arose as rooms in our chosen hotel were quickly getting snapped up, but Hannah's persistence paid off and we finally got our holidays confirmed. We've travelled with the help of Hannah for the last two years, on numerous occasions, and she's taken the stress out of the process! I've spent a lifetime organising my own travel but now, late seventies, really appreciate sitting back and having it done for me! She provides a wonderful service.

Friendly and attentive staff

I booked my first solo trip to Costa Rica through Hays Travel after weeks of scanning various websites and not finding flights to my liking. All the staff were friendly and really attentive to my concerns as a solo traveller and had strong knowledge on making sure I was booking the right route for my trip and got a good value for money. My Travel Advisor Aimee was particularly helpful and patient and gave every attention to detail through the whole booking process. Will definitely book through Hays again and recommend to anyone in the Exmouth Area!

Great service and competitive prices

Michelle has been so helpful in booking our holiday. She responded to my messages really quickly, provided all the important information, and found us a better price than we'd found ourselves online. Very swift and easy process, thank you ☺️

Bekki is an amazing Travel Consultant with the patience of a saint!

With the help of Bekki we have just booked our dream Holiday to Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Bekki has the patience of a saint as we changed our minds so many times regarding dates and hotels but we eventually got to where we wanted to be. This is not the first trip we have booked with Bekki and I know for sure it wont be our last, I would recommend Bekki and her vast Travel knowledge to anyone searching for their next dream holiday.

High recommend

This was my first experience of booking through a travel agent and it was a game changer. Sarah has a lovely personal touch starting with a phone call to discuss our requirements. She then quickly and diligently sent over a shortlist of recommendations. She gave excellent advice around the options such as which destinations would most likely have the best weather in April. We booked as a group of 9 but as 2 separate families and Sarah coordinated with both families, and ensured we had rooms close by in the resort etc. Following the booking Sarah was on hand to respond to any concerns or queries we had. Sarah made the whole experience really stress free and took care of everything right up to checking in for our flight. I highly recommend Sarah and look forward to working with her to find our next break

First Class Customer Service

We cannot thank Ryan at Hays Travel enough for the excellent service he provided during booking our holiday. He is very attentive, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had immediately. So pleased we have came across Ryan as we would certainly use him again for any forthcoming holidays. We would definitely recommend Ryan and Hays Travel.

We have booked our holiday a couple of times through Hays in our local Rugby branch with Cameron. He is brilliantly knowledgeable and helpful and goes the extra mile. We always leave with something booked. Such a fantastic service.

Thank you for your very kind words, they are much appreciated. Cameron

Hats off to Scott at Hays, The Gyle, Edinburgh

We went into Hays Travel at the Gyle, Edinburgh with no idea where we wanted to go in a few weeks' time. Scott found us a great holiday to Menorca at a great price. He was pleasant, knowledgeable about lots of of places abroad and helped us choose an ideal holiday.

Fantastic service from the time we sat down to the time we left alison at hays Annan couldn't do enough for us & we came away booking our holiday for 6 people ..thankyou for your patience 🌞

Thankyou for your kind words

She read my mind

Hayley understood exactly what I was looking for, without me even knowing! I’m really pleased with the service I received from her. My only point would be to include links to the suggestions, but then I can see why this may not happen I will definitely use her again

Good advisor 👍

Hi, had a brilliant experience at Hays Travel, Rugby. Maisie was very patient, and listened to our wants. Very knowledgeable about several resorts we chose to look at. Would happily use Hays again.

Helpful polite and professional.

Helpful lovely staff, nothing was too much for the lady. She has been really supportive in difficult, circumstances in the past as well. Evidence this is her professional approach to her work.

Great Service From Hayes…

Nicole listened to what we wanted and gave us various options before we decided. She was friendly and took her time. Excellent service from Nicole as always. She is the main reason we keep coming back to Hayes when booking a holiday.

We love you coming back , thankyou for booking again

Helpful staff lots of inside knowledge…

Helpful staff lots of inside knowledge which is helpful when choosing a hotel and resort as personal recommendations and descriptions go a long way. Its why I use an agent rather than booking online (which I guess would be cheaper)
