Mark Wahlberg is turning heads with the sale price of his longtime Beverly Hills estate, which initially hit the market for a whopping $87.5 million.

Seven months later, he took the home off the market as rising interest rates continued.

It returned to the market a couple months later with an $8 million price cut — and it now stands at still a hefty price tag of $79.5 million.

The actor purchased the plot of land colossal back in 2009 for only $8.25 million. If he pulls off anywhere near his asking price, it will be considered the most expensive sale in the Beverly Park area.

Made up of 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms, Wahlberg has posted his intricate fitness routine from his home gym inside the mansion on social media several times.

Spanning 30,500-square-foot, the residence comes packed with every amenity imaginable, which includes a home theater, a wine cellar, manicured gardens and landscaped grounds, a five-hole golf course, tennis court, resort-like grotto pool, skate park and a separate guest house.

Situated on 6.2 acres of land in the North Beverly Park neighborhood, the Richard Landry-designed home, known as the “The Premiere” estate, also features a two-story entry and a two-story paneled library.

Wahlberg spent the past several years perfecting and customizing the home to his liking.

Mark Wahlberg lists longtime Beverly Hills home for $87.5 million.

Despite its fully loaded amenities, Wahlberg, 50, is ready to part ways with his beloved home, which is perched high in the mountains above Beverly Hills.

“[It is] truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to acquire one of the great estates in Los Angeles,” the listing notes.

In 2017, Wahlberg installed a new patio cover. In 2014, permits for a new hydroelectric elevator were issued.

He also built a tennis bar, a pool cabana, and a guest house with an attached garage, permit records obtained by The Post show.

Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency holds the listing.

Since the neighborhood’s development in the late 1980s, Beverly Park has been the gated community of choice for some of Hollywood’s top earners. Current residents include everyone from Sofia Vergara and Justin Bieber to Denzel Washington and Rod Stewart, and from Samuel L. Jackson and Eddie Murphy to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Magic Johnson.

Wahlberg is producing a series of upcoming projects in the coming year, including “Father Stu” alongside Mel Gibson, “The Six Billion Dollar Man” and “The Raven.”

A Peek Inside Of Mark Wahlberg's Million Dollar Beverly Hills Mansion

Mark Wahlberg's home

It's no secret that many celebrities have super-sized homes with more space than some hotels and luxurious details throughout — however, the estate that actor Mark Wahlberg recently put on the market is truly colossal. And the price tag has skyrocketed since he bought the property over 10 years ago. As  New York Post reported, Wahlberg listed his Beverly Hills mansion for a staggering $87.5 million, an amount that would set records if his asking price is actually achieved. The property is located within an exclusive gated community — with an extra layer of private security through gates to the estate itself, naturally — and has a total interior square footage of 30,500 square feet.

Though the Zillow listing claims the home was built in 2014, Wahlberg snagged the estate back in 2009 for just $8.5 million, suggesting the actor may have done some significant renovations (or add-ons to the property) to earn that built in 2014 designation. All in, the home has 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms, as well as just about any amenity you could possibly imagine. With a home this grand, it's a wonder Wahlberg ever wants to leave to pursue his acting projects abroad — with all the comforts and luxuries within his home, it's likely tempting just to stay home and enjoy it all.

A slice of paradise

The massive property is located on 6.14 acres of land covered in greenery, according to the Zillow listing, and offers an abundance of outdoor amenities. The land itself is nestled within the canyons around Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, providing stunning canyon views that make the home feel like a retreat from the more populated areas of Beverly Hills. There are also expertly landscaped grounds and gardens, transforming the space into a lush paradise no matter where you wander.

And, of course, there are all the added features outside that are guaranteed to thrill any guest (and if guests decide to stay over, in addition to all the bedrooms within the main residence, there's also a private guest house that they can enjoy). For those looking to splash around in the water, there's a grotto pool that seems like it's been taken straight out of a resort, with a spa and waterfall, as well as a pool house. The pool area is located close to the main residence, with artfully arranged rock features that make it seem like it's always been on the property, and plenty of areas for dining or even enjoying some conversation around a fire pit with a combination of plush and stone seating. In addition, the estate features a skate park, tennis court, and 5-hole golf course, so you can indulge in all your favorite outdoor activities without ever having to leave your property.

Amenities galore

Given how much square footage Wahlberg's massive property has, it makes sense that there would be countless amenities throughout the home. The luxurious feel of the home starts the moment you walk in and glimpse the two-story entry that makes a serious style statement. Two sets of slightly curved staircases flank a larger foyer area, with a balcony overlooking the entry at the top and a massive skylight to illuminate the upper landing. Both the skylight and stairs are embellished with intricate wrought iron, creating a show-stopping effect.

Elsewhere in the home — a must for anyone who wants to stay in peak physical condition, like Wahlberg does — is a massive home gym with arched glass windows and glass doors. And the home has central air conditioning throughout, so you'll be able to stay cool while getting your sweat on.

Movie buffs will relish the home theater decked out with warm wood paneling and cozy seating as well as vintage-inspired light fixtures. If you're looking for a beverage to enjoy while taking in the latest new release, you can just wander over to the large wine cellar, which features brick flooring and walls for a rustic feel, an area to sit and enjoy your beverage under a chic chandelier with built-in shelving accommodating all the glassware you might need, and a set of glass doors through which there's a cellar stacked with countless bottles of wine. Rounding out the amenities is a two-story library, perfect for bibliophiles.

A master suite with flawless his-and-hers ensuite bathrooms and closets

Of course, no home of this size is complete without a seriously stunning master suite — and the one in Wahlberg's Beverly Hills estate is one you won't want to miss. The master bedroom itself is massive, with windows throughout, filling the space with natural light, architectural embellishments on the ceiling, chandeliers, and a set of arched French double doors that lead out to a patio area. The size of the space means there's room for a sitting area as well, complete with a fireplace and large television, for when you want to lounge in privacy without actually having to return to bed.

The ensuite has "his and hers" closets and bathrooms, both unique and tailored to the individual they're serving. The "his" section is decorated with warm wood tones and wood paneling and darker charcoal gray fabrics to highlight that masculine feel. The "hers” section, on the other hand, is light and bright with white cabinets and plenty of gorgeous marble. The "hers" bathroom has double vanities, offering plenty of space to get ready for the day, and marble tile flooring with patterned tiles to add some visual interest. Between the vanity sections is a cozy alcove with a tub and a nearby fireplace with a television mounted above it, creating the perfect zone to relax. And the walk-in closet features built-in shelving and storage galore, as well as four chandeliers and two massive islands — any fashionista's dream space.

House Tour: Actor Mark Wahlberg’s SGD$120 Million mansion goes on sale

Want to live like a true baller learn from the original baller mark wahlberg by taking a look at his beverly hill mansion..

mark wahlberg house tour

Mark Wahlberg has certainly come a long way from his teenage days in the band Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. The multi-award winning actor, director, rapper and entrepreneur purchased this European-styled mansion in the posh Beverly Park area in 2009 for SGD$11.3 Million, but now he is hoping to rake in a handsome SGD$120 Million from the sale of his home.

This listing is held by Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency, and aside from having 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms in the establishment, there are also plenty of recreational amenities on site. Take a look at what SGD$120 will get you.

Located in Beverly Park, the ‘Premier Estate’ was designed by renowned Canadian-American architect Richard Landry and sits within a valley surrounded by lush green hills on both sides. The gated community is also home to residents Sofia Vergara, Samuel L. Jackson, Eddy Murphy, Justin Bieber, Denzel Washington, Rod Stewart and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.

In the main hall, doors open unto a grand reception foyer with curved stairs on both sides leading up to an upper gallery. Mark spent the last few years in this home adding to the existing decor, including the addition of a full-fledged gym, elevator, tennis bar, pool cabana as well as a new guest house.

The corridors feature elegant arched ceilings, with ornate pendant lamps creating a cosy yet inviting atmosphere.

The library features two floors and a double-height ceiling along with walls that are fully cladded in rich wood panelling.

This living room is one of many in the estate, and boasts a cream colour palette accented with dark earthy colours.

The design of the wet bar remains in keeping with the classical look throughout the rest of the home. Instead of a back wall, the bar looks out into the verdant greenery outside.

Instead of just having one island in the dry kitchen, Mark installed two islands here, offering additional space for his guests to lounge out for a casual afternoon meal.

This blue-themed dining area is where Mark and his family enjoy their breakfast in the mornings.

At 50, Mark Wahlberg’s physique remains taut and muscular thanks to his personal indoor gym. Mark has commented previously about his strict workout routine and diet, which explains for the massive investment he poured into turning a large section of his home into this gym so he can hit the weights at any time of the day.

Mark has commented previously about his strict workout routine and diet, which explains for the massive investment he poured into turning a large section of his home into this gym so he can hit the weights at any time of the day.

Here’s a look at the master bedroom in the home. Floor-to-ceiling windows run the entire length of the room, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the space during the day. There’s also a spacious lounge area where the celebrity homeowner can relax in the evenings before bed.

Next to the master bedroom is the large walk-in wardrobe, with enough storage for both the husband and wife.

The walk-in wardrobe leads into the master bathroom, designed in classical French style.

Being a fitness enthusiast, Mark’s home also has a pool with a grotto waterfall, as well as tennis court.

If you are lucky enough to be invited to stay the night, you’ll enjoy the view of the tennis court from the guest house situated next to the main building.

Now on the market: Mark Wahlberg's incredible $87.5 million home

Lavish spreads and Frenchness can be yours if the price is right

Erika Mailman

Can we get the gate code? Mark Wahlberg is selling his 12-bedroom mansion in the celebrity-filled gated neighborhood of Beverly Park, Los Angeles , for $87.5 million. This pad's sweet, with 6.14 acres set in a dell. The 30,000 square foot house itself looks like old-world chateau meets Parisian train station. It's designed by Richard Landry, whom Dirt calls, "arguably California's most famous architect of steroidal mega-homes." Dirt first carried the news of the listing.

Wahlberg, wife Rhea Durham and four kids are saying goodbye to this 2014 compound of fun things. There are several outbuildings with the same mansard roof as the main house, a generously-sized multi-level pool, a basketball court, a manicured lawn and then stretches of more wild land to ramble. A five-hole golf course has a grass-covered earth staircase, and there's also a skate park and tennis court.

Inside, the French ambience continues throughout the house with crisp whites, coffered ceilings, glass pendant chandeliers and many sets of French doors. The library's a standout with wood paneling, a dark-grated fireplace, wall sconces with candles, and a second-story interior balcony for that moment of shouting down the discovery of a valuable clue in an antique tome.

The movie theater boasts a sage-green glass Art Nouveau inset lighting fixture perhaps reminiscent of some Métro entrances, while the wine cellar looks like a sixteenth-century cave with curved stone walls. The home gym is larger than some actual gyms.

Wahlberg's known for a long, many-pronged career including rapping, acting, producing, and being entrepreneurial. His several race-related hate crimes, including violent physical attacks on children and adults while shouting racial slurs, have followed him since the 1980s. He served 45 days of a two-year sentence: he certainly found this lavish mansion preferable to the other Big House.

Mark Wahlberg Gets $55 Million for His Beverly Hills French-Style Chateau

By Michelle Duncan

Mark Wahlberg mansion

Mark Wahlberg has finally found a buyer for his colossal Beverly Park estate, according to  Mansion Global . The actor first listed the 6.2-acre property for sale in April of last year for $87.5 million, but  dropped the price in November to $79.5 million. Last week, he was able to let go of the home for an even deeper discount, selling the estate for $55 million. Wahlberg and his wife picked up the land for around $8.25 million in 2009 and proceeded to build the 30,500-square-foot mansion that sits there today.

This particular Richard Landry interpretation (Landry designed the  Tom Brady and Giselle Bündchen mansion now owned by  Dr. Dre ) of a classic French country estate boasts twelve bedrooms and a whopping twenty bathrooms across the main house and a guest cottage.

A grand double-height foyer marked by two flights of stairs adorned with intricate fretwork wrought iron balustrades greets guests upon entrance to the main house. French doors, coffered ceilings, and hardwood floors can be found throughout, and most rooms are accented by a fireplace.

The spectacular primary suite, which has a generous balcony attached, comes with a large sitting area that leads into separate ensuite bathrooms and boutique-style walk-in closets. Elsewhere in the massive home are a theater, a professional gym, salon, a wine-and-cigar cellar, and a smoking lounge. A wide loggia leads to an impeccably manicured lawn with a freeform pool and waterfall, a cabana, a five-hole golf course, a golf driving range, a combined tennis and basketball court, a skate park, and the guest cottage.

The two-time Academy Award nominee who is now part owner of a  tequila brand , moved his family to Nevada early last year, he told the hosts of daytime talk show,  The View .“I want to be able to work from home,” he said. “To be able to give my kids a better life and follow and pursue their dreams…this [the move] made a lot more sense for us.”

The listing was held by Kurt Rappaport of Westside Agency and Carl Gambino of Compass.

Wahlberg’s $14.5M bungalow leads 2022 new home luxury

Led by a $14.5 million sale to actor Mark Wahlberg, the Las Vegas new-home luxury market hasn’t shown any sign of slowing down despite rising mortgage rates impacting the new-home sales as a whole.

The No. 2 sale in 2022 for luxury new homes was a Sun West Custom Homes mansion that sold for $ ...

Led by a $14.5 million sale to actor Mark Wahlberg, the Las Vegas new-home luxury market hasn’t shown any sign of slowing down despite rising mortgage rates impacting new-home sales as a whole.

Las Vegas-based Home Builders Research reports there were 544 closings of new homes worth $1 million during 2022, a 26 percent increase over the 432 in 2021. Those 2021 closings were 38 percent higher than the 313 in 2020. The 313 closings were 27 percent higher than the 247 in 2019.

That’s in contrast to the new-home market overall, which saw closings fall 1.6 percent in 2022. Closings are a lagging indicator to sales because people can drop out of a transaction before it closes.

Escalating cost of materials and labor has pushed a greater number of homes past the $1 million mark in 2022, according to Home Builders Research President Andrew Smith. That doesn’t account for all of the increase, he added.

“It has been said and makes sense that the higher-end buyer can withstand what’s happening in the market right now better than a lot of people,” Smith said.

Home Builders Research only tracks sales of production homes compared with custom homes in which the buyers acquire the lot and hire a builder to construct it. That doesn’t count as a new-home closing.

That market appears to be stronger than ever, according to Las Vegas builder Blue Heron’s Chris Beucler. The executive said it’s constructing 17 luxury custom homes for clients — a number that typically ranges between seven to 10 — and has another 17 in development, a number that typically ranges from five to 10. These numbers would not show up in the statistics, unlike Blue Heron’s production homes sold to buyers.

Wahlberg has top sale of year

Wahlberg bought a $14.5 million bungalow in The Summit Club, the exclusive resort community in Summerlin, while waiting for a mansion to be built on 2.5 acres, which he purchased for $15.6 million.

The two-story bungalow measures 7,327 square feet with four bedrooms and six baths. He bought it from the Discovery Land Co., the co-developer of The Summit Club.

Residential real estate is a reflection of the desirability and value of Las Vegas, said Anthony Spiegel, a Realtor with IS Luxury, who is intimately familiar with the Wahlberg transaction.

“The fact that people like Mark Wahlberg and many others are viewing Vegas as a viable place to call home is a really important note for us to take as a city and not to take it for granted. It takes quite a bit to attract people of means and flexibility and optionality. When you get those people here, it means you are doing a lot more for them than simply saving them 14 percent of their income tax. You’re delivering a quality of life that is not only acceptable but one that is desired. That speaks to the efforts and attractiveness of Las Vegas as a city from the amenities to the diversity to everything it has to offer.”

The No. 2 sale is a Sun West Custom Homes that sold for $6.02 million in Ascaya by Ascaya Inc. The single-story contemporary home measures 6,318 square feet with five en suite bedrooms, a four-car split garage, wine room and a disappearing-edge pool with a Baja deck

Melissa Tomastik of UMRO Realty Corp. was the seller’s agent, and Linda Staley of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties represented the buyer, Brian Panish.

The No. 3 sale was on Boulderback Drive in Ascaya that went for $6 million. The two-story home built by Blue Heron measures 6,287 square feet with five bedrooms and 5½ baths, two fireplaces, wine room, butler pantry and prep kitchen. It has a negative-edge pool and spa.

It was listed by Kylie Ann Lum of UMRO Realty Corp. Zar Zanganeh of The Agency represented the buyer, Adam Boyden.

The No. 4 sale was for $5.8 million in MacDonald Highlands. The modern one-story home, which is part of the Richard Luke Collection, has a 16-car garage that also serves as a man cave. It measures 7,458 square feet with five bedrooms and six baths. The home has a theater, game room, office, bar, wine wall, porcelain floors and 15-foot ceilings. The backyard has a pool, spa, fire lounge and a cabana with a kitchen.

Kristen Routh-Silberman was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, Scott Anderson.

The No. 5 sale was for $5.7 million in The Summit Club called The Summit Club Villas. It measures 7,022 square feet with five bedrooms and 5½ baths. The buyer was Frederik Smith.

New construction on the market

The new-home luxury market continues to hum along.

Darin Marques, broker/CEO with the Darin Marques Group at Virtue Luxury Real Estate Group, said he has a new home under contract in Ascaya that was listed for $6.9 million. It closes March 14.

The ultra-contemporary design with a coastal feel measures 6,100 square feet with five bedrooms and six baths. Marques said it was built by Nevada RE LLC, a private builder, and was designed by renowned Brandon Architects of Newport Beach, California.

It has soaring wood plank ceilings, hardwood flooring and walls of glass. A series of floating concrete steps lead to an oversized double-glass door entry. The open floor plan has a gourmet kitchen, wet bar, casual and formal dining, family room, great room and indoor-outdoor living.

“There’s not a lot of great luxury inventory on the market,” Marques said. “You either have brand-new homes under construction or homes built prior to 2009 that feel dated. Even with buyers I am taking out, what I have experienced is a lot of them are shocked there’s not that many homes available (in the $3 million to $5 million range). Builders can’t build homes fast enough for the demand.”

Those who are living in existing luxury homes and refinanced at 3 percent or less aren’t about to leave with interest rates much higher, Marques said.

Those buying at $5 million and above are using cash for their purchases, he said.

Marques said the home under contract had 10 showings in one week, but that’s not happening on $450,000 listings. They may get one or two or a week on those, he said.

“A lot of people are moving here for tax advantages, and that will continue to feed that market for us,” Marques said. “Vegas has become a real city with sports teams and attracting a lot more people here.”

Sun West President Dan Coletti said he has a home on the market in Acaya priced at $15.9 million. Two lots were combined to create 2.53 acres.

The one-story home with seven bedrooms and nine baths measures 9,589 square feet. It has a large pool with a spa and cold plunge. The exterior has a fire feature, outdoor kitchen. It has a casita, study, game room and six-car split garage.

The owner, Stan Gribble, is selling the new home to construct another in Ascaya though this one was just completed, Coletti said.

Coletti said that he’s still getting buyers from California and demand remains strong. He has five new homes under construction, including ones in MacDonald Highlands and Ascaya. Also, he has a design underway at The Summit Club.

“It is still going pretty good,” Coletti said. “My buyers are affected by interest rates but not as much as lower-price brackets. I can’t say we have felt a negative impact of interest rates, yet. We still might, but California buyers are still coming.”

Blue Heron executive gives outlook

Blue Heron set the valley record in 2021 when it sold a showcase production home in MacDonald Highlands in Henderson for $25 million.

Beucler, president of the Blue Heron Nexus division, called the start of 2023 “best quarter ever” for the high-end luxury marketplace for custom homes in The Summit Club in Summerlin and MacDonald Highlands in Henderson, including projects that have exceeded $20 million at The Summit.

“There’s been a large influx of people that have found out Las Vegas is a great place to live as well as a great opportunity to have their dream home,” Beucler said. “I think they see this as an opportune time and see real estate as a solid investment when you’re in a tumultuous time relative to the stock market.”

Over the past 18 months, Blue Heron has gone from three to 10 communities.

Beucler said the strength of the market is $5 million and above, and buyers in the $8 million-plus range have been most active. People are willing to step up for what they “see as once in a lifetime opportunities,” like in Lake Las Vegas, for projects on an area known as The Island — 60 acres surrounded by water.

Blue Heron is converting reservations for sales for 37 waterfront sites known as Arvada at The Island. Homes are under construction at Velaris at The Island, and show homes are expected to be listed in the next 30 days and be completed by the end of the year.

Blue Heron will add to the luxury new homes on the Multiple Listing Service. Its show home on the North Shore at Lake Las Vegas, known as Caliza, is being listed for sale and expected to fetch as much as $5 million-plus.

Blue Heron plans to list a show home and two spec homes in March at Oasi in the historic Tomiyasu neighborhood, near Sunset and Pecos roads. The spec homes are expected to be listed in the high $2 million to low $3 million range, while the show home at Oasi will be a high $4 million to low $5 million. All three will be completed in the next 60 days.

A show home in Prado in Section 10 in west Las Vegas is expected to be listed in March in the $5 million range.

Mark Wahlberg’s Beverly Park mega-mansion lists for $87.5 million

Mark Wahlberg’s mega-mansion — an amenity-loaded compound complete with a golf course, skate park and grotto — just surfaced for sale at $87.5 million in Beverly Park.

If the movie star gets his price (or anything close), it’ll be the second-biggest home sale in Southern California so far this year. The current crown belongs to The One, which was auctioned off for $141 million in March.

There’s a reason the mansion carries such a big price tag. At 30,500 square feet, it’s the seventh-largest house currently on the market in Los Angeles County — and while many of the top spots are occupied by boxy, modern spec mansions, Wahlberg’s place stands on its own as a European-style showplace that mixes Old World style with an abundance of modern amenities.

Set on more than six acres, the estate is in Beverly Park, a star-studded neighborhood that regularly sees sales north of $30 million. In February, Sylvester Stallone sold his home there to Adele for $58 million.

Wahlberg, who’s starring in the biographical drama “Father Stu,” bought the property for $8.25 million in 2009 and commissioned mega-mansion architect Richard Landry to build the home. Landry finished it five years later, fitting 12 bedrooms, 20 bathrooms and a myriad of lavish living spaces into the two-story floor plan.

A motor court with a fountain approaches the column-lined exterior, and inside, dual staircases set a stately tone in the grand entry. Other highlights include a two-story wood-paneled library, double-island kitchen, movie theater, wine cellar, multiple bars and massive gym.

Terraces line the second story, overlooking a park-like backyard with gardens, lawns, a grotto-style swimming pool, skate park and five-hole golf course with sand traps. Wahlberg, a Massachusetts native, also added a basketball court emblazoned with the Boston Celtics logo.

Wahlberg grew to stardom as a member of the hip-hop group Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch before transitioning to acting with notable credits in “Boogie Nights,” “Planet of the Apes” and “The Other Guys.” The 50-year-old has received two Oscar nominations: one for “The Departed” and one for “The Fighter.”

Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate agency holds the listing.

David Beckham Files Lawsuit Against Mark Wahlberg-Backed Fitness Company

David beckham's firm db ventures filed a lawsuit against mark wahlberg's backed fitness company f45 training in april 2023. find out why..

It's David Beckham versus Mark Wahlberg .

The soccer star's firm DB Ventures filed a lawsuit against the fitness organization F45 Training, which is backed by the actor, in April 2023, Today reports while citing court documents obtained by NBC News.

Per a copy of the complaint reviewed by outlet, Beckham formed a five-year agreement with F45 Training in 2020 to help it grow before it went public in July 2021—such as by sharing social media posts about the brand that have since been deleted.

Today , citing the complaint, reports that F45 Training agreed to pay Beckham $1.5 million a year for his services as well as company stock that would be offered to him six months and then 12 months after its public offering.

However, attorneys for Beckham's DB Ventures allege that F45 Training didn't hold up its end of the bargain and that it didn't transfer and register the shares of stock until about eight months after the date the parties agreed to despite Beckham's attorneys sending several letters asking for this issue to be corrected, Today reports citing the court documents.

During this eight-month period, the complaint reportedly continues, F45 Training's stock price dropped—with Beckham's attorneys claiming the stock shares were worth approximately $9.3 million less than they were in January 2022.

As a result, Beckham's DB Ventures is suing F45 Training for $9.3 million, plus an additional $5 million, as well as $4.5 million he says he was set to receive for the rest of his agreement with F45 Training, Today writes citing the complaint.

However, attorneys for F45 Training denied these allegations and argued it did provide Beckham the agreed-upon shares, according to an answer to the complaint obtained by Today . Per the outlet, the organization filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit but it was denied in September 2023.

Wahlberg first became a strategic investor in F45 Training in 2019 and was named chief brand officer of the organization in 2023.

Meanwhile, David's partnership with F45 Training was announced in August 2021, with the retired athlete describing his bond with the Oscar nominee and sharing his thoughts on the company in a blog post.

"I've been a fan of the F45 franchise and training model since being introduced by my friend, Mark Wahlberg," he wrote on F45 Training's website at the time. "Health and fitness have always been a big part of my life and, since my days playing football, I have always found I'm at my best when training as part of a team."

"F45 has a strong community and trainers that help you reach your goals and achieve powerful results," Beckham had added. "This partnership is an exciting business venture for me also, and I'm looking forward to the journey with F45 as the business continues to expand globally."

E! News has reached out to Beckham and Wahlberg's teams for comment but has yet to hear back.

Tan France vs. Bobby Berk

Bobby (pictured second from left) addressed rumors of a falling out with Tan (middle) in January 2024, two months after he announced his exit from Queer Eye after eight seasons.

"I want people to know that Tan and I—we will be fine," he told Vanity Fair . "There was a situation, and that's between Tan and I, and it has nothing to do with the show. It was something personal that had been brewing—and nothing romantic, just to clarify that."

In March 2024, Tan responded to allegations  that he had campaigned to replace Bobby on Queer Eye with his friend Jeremiah Brent .

"Netflix and the production companies did a full-on casting. I didn't put my friend up for the job. They ended up getting it because they were the best person for the job," he said on Instagram. "But I didn't get them hired by getting rid of somebody else."

Shannen Doherty vs. Alyssa Milano

Following years of rumors of a feud between the two, on a December 2023 episode of her podcast Let's Be Clear , Shannen's former Charmed costar Holly Marie Combs alleged that Alyssa had once made an ultimatum to a show producer to choose between herself and Shannen, which ultimately led to the latter leaving the show in 2001.

In February 2024, Alyssa said on Instagram, "I did not have the power to get anyone fired" and that "this was so long ago that any retelling of these stories from anyone is just revisionist history."

A day later, Shannen said at a panel event at MegaCon Orlando , "There is no revisionist history happening in the truth that I know we told."

In September 2023, while playing a game called  Stir the Pot  with her daughter  Kelly Osbourne on  E! News , Sharon said the  That '70s Show alum was the rudest celebrity she had ever met, branding him, a "rude, rude, rude, rude little boy" and a "Dastardly little thing."

He did not respond to her remarks publicly.

Five years prior, Sharon told Larry King   that when Ashton appeared on The Talk in 2014, he had an "attitude" after she got his name wrong.

"He goes, 'What are you, what have you done in this industry?'" she recalled. "And I was like, 'Kid, don't start with me, because I'm gonna eat you up and s--t you out.' So I was just like, 'You don't know what you're dealing with, kid.'"

In August 2022, Cassadee and Maren traded harsh words with Brittany , wife of fellow country star  Jason Aldean , after she shared an Instagram Reel of herself applying makeup on Aug. 23, writing, "I'd really like to thank my parents for not changing my gender when I went through my tomboy phase. I love this girly life."

JoJo Siwa vs. Candace Cameron Bure

During a 2022 TikTok challenge,  JoJo Siwa described  Candace Cameron Bure as the "rudest" celebrity, later explaining that she felt snubbed when Bure once refused to take a picture with her on a red carpet. Shortly after the dig, however, the  Full House alum apologized: "I kind of broke your 11-year-old heart. I didn't take a picture with you. Ugh! I feel crummy, I feel—JoJo, I'm so sorry."

The two made amends. But months later, Candace was asked if she expects the Great American Family network, of which she serves as chief creative officer, to feature same-sex couples as leads in holiday movies. She said no, adding, "I think that Great American Family will keep traditional marriage at the core."

JoJo, who came out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community in 2021, wrote on Instagram that the actress' comment is "rude and hurtful to a whole community of people."

Courtney Love vs. Olivia Rodrigo

Back in June 2021, Courtney Love  accused  Olivia Rodrigo  of copying her band  Hole 's album cover for a promotional photo without giving credit. Olivia responded, "Love u and live through this sooooo much." Courtney then replied, "Olivia - you're welcome. My favorite florist is in Notting Hill, London! Dm me for deets! I look forward to reading your note [winking face emoji]."

During an appearance Watch What Happens Live , the Happy Days  actor was asked why he didn't get along with the  Forrest Gump star on the set of the 1989 flick  Turner & Hooch .

"I was directing that movie for 13 days and then I was called into [producer]  Jeff Katzenberg 's office and he said, 'You have everything with you? Go home,'" he said.

Winkler did, however, seem to get along with Hanks' four-legged co-star. "I got along great, great with that dog," he said. "Love that dog."

He also refused to admit if he's even seen the flick.

"You know what you did!"

Fans of The Hills will remember that iconic line, delivered by Lauren on the season three premiere. Their feud began when Heidi started dating her now-husband, Spencer Pratt and hit its peak when Lauren accused Heidi and Spencer of starting a rumor that she had made a sex tape with Jason Wahler .

Dwayne Johnson vs. Tyrese Gibson

The costars reignited their ongoing feud when Tyrese publicly called out Dwayne on Instagram after the Fast and Furious 9 release date was pushed back to April 2020. That same day, it was announced that a Fast and Furious spinoff starring Dwayne and Jason Statham would hit theaters in 2019. The following month, Tyrese threatened to quit Fast 9 if Dwayne was in the movie.

Tyrese then opened up about the feud , telling Van Lathan on The Red Pill podcast, "I have yet to talk to The Rock to this day, and we will have a conversation." He shared that he did have a conversation with the former wrestler's producing partner, but not the actor himself.

"I found myself being the messenger on behalf of various people associated to the franchise, but stupid me was the only one who went public about those feelings, which is my own fault," Tyrese said. "It's not professional, it's not cool."

No more bad blood here.

Taylor and Katy had been in a feud for years, even allegedly inspiring Taylor's song "Bad Blood." The drama, which reportedly started over a backup dancer and competing tours, came to an end after Perry sent Taylor a literal olive branch before her Reputation Tour kickoff.

"So I just got to my dressing room and found this actual olive branch," Taylor said in an Instagram video. "This mean so much."

Taylor captioned the video, "Thank you Katy."

Sex and the City costars Kim and SJP had dodged feud rumors for years. But they were reignited after Kim decided not to return for a third movie and made comments about her costar that raised eyebrows.

"What was your reaction to Kim Cattrall telling Piers Morgan that you were never friends just colleagues?" Andy Cohen asked SJP on a Sept. 2017 episode of Watch What Happens Live .

As she explained, "Just...heartbroken. I mean that whole week, you and I spoke about it because I was just...I don't know I found it really upsetting because that's, you know, that's not the way I recall our experience."

"So...it's sad but I'm kind of...I don't know, I always think that what ties us together is this singular experience is the thing. It was a professional experience but it became personal because it was years and years of our lives. So I'm hoping that that sort of eclipses anything that's been recently spoken," she continued. "That many years spent doing something so special that people had a connection with is such a privileged."

And though they didn't film scenes together, Kim did make a small appearance on And Just Like That .

The iconic singers have been feuding since 2004. While accepting the Classic Songwriter Award at the Q Awards that year, Elton  said to attendees, "Madonna, best f--king live act? F--k off! Since when has lip-syncing been live? Sorry about that, but I think everyone who lip-syncs in public on stage, when you pay like 75 quid to see them, should be shot."

The former Grey's Anatomy star sparked a feud with the series creator in 2008 when she removed her name from the Emmy Awards consideration. The actress stated that her reason for the move was because she wasn't "given the material to warrant a nomination."

Shonda later opened up about Katherine's decision during an interview with Oprah Winfrey on Oprah's Next Chapter in 2012. "On some level it stung and on some level I was not surprised," she said. "When people show you who they are, believe them. I carry that [mantra] with me a lot. It has served me well."

It was the New York Fashion Week fight heard 'round the world when Nicki and Cardi got into a heated altercation at the Harper's Bazaar Icon party. The following month, Cardi opened up about the catalyst for the fight with Nicki.

"For a while now she's been taking a lot of shots at me," Cardi said in W magazine 's Art Issue. "I spoke to her twice before, and we came to an understanding. But she kept it going."

The real spark of the fight came when Cardi saw that Nicki had allegedly liked and then unliked a tweet about Cardi's parenting skills, which Nicki has denied.

"I was going to make millions off my Bruno Mars tour, and I sacrificed that to stay with my daughter," Cardi continued. "I love my daughter. I'm a good-ass f--king mom. So for somebody that don't have a child to like that comment? So many people want to say that party wasn't the time or the place, but I'm not going to catch another artist in the grocery store or down the block."

Tension between Kanye and Taylor first started in 2009, when the "Stronger" rapper took the stage during her acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards. Years later, the two would make up and even become friends, but that came to an end after the release of his song "Famous," in which he name-checks the "End Game" singer.

"I don't know her."

It's been over 15 years since Mariah and J.Lo's   "feud" has been going on. It all started when the Queen of Christmas was asked to give her opinion on several singers during an interview. When asked her opinion on Jennifer, she replied, "I don't know her."

Primary Wave Music has announced a new partnership with veteran singer-songwriter Neil Finn , founding member of Crowded House , longtime member of Split Enz and solo artist. The multi-million-dollar deal sees the company acquiring Finn’s music publishing catalog and writer’s share of public performance for his work with Crowded House as well as his solo material.

Included in the deal are the many hits Finn wrote for Crowded House — “Don’t Dream It’s Over,” “Better Be Home Soon,” “Weather With You” and more — as well as his solo material and the songs he wrote as a member of Split Enz, including the 1980 hit “I Got You.”

Popular on Variety

“I look forward to seeing Primary Wave’s plan for the ongoing care of my songs. I am confident they see the body of my work as music that matters. This deal has been a good while in the making and feels right,” said Finn.

Primary Wave’s David Weitzman adds, “We are thrilled to welcome Neil Finn to Primary Wave. Not only is he a master songwriter, he is the songwriters’ favorite songwriter. We look forward to working closely with Neil and his great team at Shelter Management on the next stages of his storied career.”

Finn has been active in recent years as a solo artist, and joined Fleetwood Mac (with longtime Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers guitarist Mike Campbell) in 2019 for the group’s final tour.

Boris Pasternak's museum house

Guided tour of Pasternak's museum housein Peredelkino village

Pasternak’s “important achievement both in contemporary lyrical poetry and in the field of the great Russian epic tradition" was honored with a Nobel Prize for Literature in 1958. For many readers outside Russia, Pasternak is known mainly as the author of the touching historical novel Doctor Zhivago written in 1957. The novel as a whole communicates the haphazard, uncertain and chaotic quality of life caused by the Russian Revolution and the heroic case of quiet humanism demonstrated by a single person.

Pasternak’s translations of Georgian poets favored by Joseph Stalin probably saved his life during the purges of the 1930’s. However, the individualistic Pasternak was not suited to the Soviet artistic climate when art was required to have a clear socialism-inspired agenda and so Russian publishers were unwilling to print Pasternak’s novel. In fact, Doctor Zhivago first appeared in Italy in 1957.

Pasternak won his Nobel Prize the following year. Despite Pasternak politely declining his Nobel Prize quoting: “because of the significance given to this award in the society to which I belong”, the award nevertheless spread his fame well beyond Russia. He ended his life in virtual exile in an artist's community in Peredelkino village. His last poems are devoted to love, to freedom and to reconciliation with God.

Pasternak was rehabilitated posthumously in 1987. In 1988, after being banned for three decades, "Doctor Zhivago" was published in the USSR. In 1989 Pasternak's son accepted his father's Nobel medal in Stockholm.

Pastenak loved his house in Peredelkino, the house and surrounding nature featuring in his poetry. The poet considered the cycle of poems "Peredelkino", which he completed in the spring of 1941, to be his best work. The poet spent the first difficult months of the war in Peredelkino; he completed the novel "Doctor Zhivago" here, wrote the Lara poems and translated Shakespeare and Goethe. It was in this house that he learned he was to be awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature on October 23rd 1958. He died here on May 30 1960.

The house in Peredelkino only acquired the status of a museum in 1990, thirty years after the poet's death and a century after his birth. The museum has fully preserved the environment and atmosphere of the house where Boris Pasternak lived and worked. The director of the museum is Elena Pasternak, grandaughter of Boris Pasternak.
