SATO has been 2+ hour holds since last Spring when travel started picking back up. Last I heard was they laid off a vast majority of their call center during COVID and haven't been able to rehire enough. Since COVID it's been a shitshow. Back in 2019 I never waited more than a few minutes, even after hours.
