The staff in the Service area are amazing!! They fixed our sons Spider-Man bike and saved our camping trip! They are knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. Thanks again!

I'm surprised that I've never left a review for this place. So full disclaimer, I ride a Specialized, but the guys at Trek have never denied me of great service because of that. lol. Honestly, these guys are great. The service that they provide in-store and behind the counter are top notch. Tons of accessories. I really appreciate the "kids" section with the smaller bikes and even pull behind trailers. Definitely check them out!

Worked with Brad and bought myself a birthday present, 2019 Trek X-caliber 8. Upgraded from Trek 4300. The overall experience was extremely awesome, not pushy, discussed all options and compared bikes before making my decision. The store has accessories for days, clothes, helmets, pedals, racks, cages, etc. You need it, they have it. Price points are competitive but the service is top notch. There is a reason I wanted another Trek and Brad helped deliver. Check them out, I'll be a customer for life.

I brought in a bike that had the chain all tangled up from spill my brother took on it riding back from the bar. The chain was all kinked up and needed professional help. Turns out it needed a new chain altogether because the links had bent. They quickly took it in back and had us out the door in 15-20 mins. I walked around a bit and checked out the massive selection they have and bought some stroopwafels in different flavors to try. They were very friendly, fair priced, and quick to get us rolling out the door. After I got the bike home I noticed that the tires were a little low and that the brakes could use some tightening. I don't expect that for free, but it would have been nice to service those couple items while I was there. I wished they had mentioned it.

I had the pleasure of working with The owner Ben, and the manager Dan. The bike I purchased had some issues with the components and everything is a little more complicated due to covid. Both Ben & Dan resolved the issues I was experiencing. I fully support this store and will recommend them to anyone in the market for a new bike or in need of service. Every single person at the store has been extremely friendly & helpful. My situation was a pain in the butt and they went above & beyond with helping me. Thank you so much! I ride everyday knowing they took care of me.

Stopped in this store yesterday to check them out. First off they have a huge selection of bikes on site if you are in store for a new one. Not only do they sell bikes but anything that you could want to outfit your bike or accessories are a plenty as well. I was also pleasantly surprised that they had fitness nutrition too. And even better they had a number of natural options for your nutrition needs. That made me very happy to see that. When we walked in we were greeted by Tim. He was very friendly and we quickly started a conversation. He was knowledgeable and even had us laughing in just a few minutes. Highly recommend this store in West Ashley!

Walked into into the store to look at the riding shoes. They had a sale and I found a pair of shoes fairly discounted. The inventory was good so I was able to try on different shoe types. Overall very good experience. Defiantly a good place to shop.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff that take pride in their work. Good selection. I shipped a bike to them and the re-assembled and tuned the bike up. I may trade my bike in with them for a new one.

Unresponsive to email so far... 12 days at this point.

Trek Bicycle opens its first Reno store and showroom

The first dedicated trek store and showroom in reno is located at the crossing at meadowood square..

A big name in cycling is joining the list of shops in the area as Trek Bicycle opened a new 8,000-square-foot store and showroom in Reno.

The Trek store is in south Reno at The Crossing at Meadowood Square across the street from Whole Foods. The store is Trek’s first in Reno, according to the K Corp., which manages the shopping center at 6407 S. Virginia Street.

The store sells the latest bikes and products from Trek and the Bontrager brand. Offerings include cycling accessories, apparel and gear. The store includes a demo area to try out the bicycles.

The Trek store also provides service for any brand of bike. The full-service bike shop offers tune-ups, maintenance, repairs and customizations.

The Trek showroom is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

The Crossing at Meadowood got Reno’s first dedicated Panera Bread last year . Other stores there include Blind Onion Pizza, FedEx and Hotworx.
