Where is the “vip entrance”.

The VIP entrance is located at Dolby Live's Main Entrance inside Park MGM's casino.

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes, re-entry is permitted. Guests will be required to scan their ticket upon exiting Dolby Live which will enable them re-enter. The re-entry policy may change depending on the event.

Where can I store/check my prohibited belongings (camera, large backpack)?

No bags or backpacks will be permitted into the venue except for small personal bags or purses (12″ x 12″x 6″ max). Please note that some events may enforce a modified bag policy. Please see the specific event page or contact Guest Services for further information. Dolby Live/Park MGM does not provide an area to check coats or personal belongings. Nor are we responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged. Guests with personal belongs on our prohibited items list are responsible for storing their own items elsewhere.

Are there age restrictions?

Children age 3 and older require a full-price ticket for entry. Any child younger than the age of 3 may enter without a ticket, but must remain on the lap of the ticket holder. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where do I get an assisted listening devices?

Assisted Listening Devices may be requested by visiting Guest Services. Guest Services is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the Dolby Live lobby.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside of Dolby Live or Park MGM. This includes all five terraces. Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking locations, located outside.

Can I bring in outside food and beverage?

Outside food is not permitted inside Dolby Live. Guests may bring outside beverages but may be requested to transfer their beverage inside a cup upon entry.

Where is lost and found?

All items found inside Dolby Live will be turned over to Park MGM Security at the end of each event.

I had a picture taken at the show – who do I contact to get that picture?

For most shows, photos inside Dolby Live are taken by Cashman Studios. Please give them a call with your show information and a brief description of your party’s attire (702) 871-8300.

How do I book ADA seating?

Guests requiring accessible seating are able to book through Ticketmaster.com. For additional assistance or seating, please contact Show Reservation 844-600-PARK(7275).

How big is the theater?

Dolby Live is a flexible venue which allows it to vary in size to complement each event. With telescopic retractable seating, Dolby Live can transform to host award shows, conventions, sporting events, and concerts with several different configurations. The theater holds approximately 5,200 seats but capacities vary by event.

What Is Bruno Mars’ Next Tour?

Bruno Mars’ ongoing 2023 Las Vegas Residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM will now extend beyond its previous August 26th conclusion all the way to New Years’ Eve, with five new dates in December. The latest addition features performances on December 22nd, 23rd, 28th, 30th, and 31st.

In the meantime, the “Finesse” singer has been tapped to headline Louisville, Kentucky’s Bourbon & Beyond festival in September. He’ll also embark on a international trek to Brazil and Chile that month, trailed by nights in Georgia and Israel in October.

In 2024, Mars will play a staggering seven shows at Japan’s Tokyo Dome between January 11th and 21st.

Bruno Mars is the stage name of Peter Gene Hernandez, a producer, singer and songwriter born on the 8th of October, 1985 who hails from Honolulu, Hawaii, U.S.A. Since debuting in 2009 he has become one of the most musically diverse and commercially successful pop stars in the world.

If there’s one thing that makes the current pop charts an exciting place to be it’s the return of pop’s great auteurs. The renegades who can make a delicious pop single out of the most far flung hooks and long dead genre’s, we need to hang on to the likes of Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, and our current topic Bruno Mars, for as long as we can. It’s very telling that the thing that unites all of those artists that I just mentioned is the fact that they all got their breaks as ground-breaking producers. Their time spent engineering every aspect of other people’s songs meant that they’re free to experiment, and Mars does so more than any of them.

Mars was born into a musical family, and by the time he was five years old he was performing four nights a week with his family’s band The Love Notes. He made a name for himself with a dead on Elvis Presley impersonation, but it was a later obsession with Jimi Hendrix that lead him to pick up the guitar and start writing songs. At the age of 17 he graduated from high school and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a full time career in music, everything looked to be going his way as he signed a contract with Motown Records in 2004, the year after he made the move, but it was not to be the case.

Music industry fumbling meant that Mars went nowhere with his solo career but made one crucial contact in the form of Phillip Lawrence, with whom he would later team up with to form his production group The Smeezingtons along with Ari Levine. The trio hustled around LA writing and producing hits for The Sugababes, Travie McCoy and Sean Kingston among many others, but it wasn’t until 2009 when Mars started making guest appearances on those songs, and in 2010 they caught lightning in a bottle with B.O.B’s “Nothin’ On You”, not just written and produced by Mars’ trio, but with its killer hook sung by Mars himself.

With a serious amount of buzz generated by “Nothin’ On You”, Mars released his debut E.P “It’s Better If You Don’t Understand” in May of the same year. A couple of months later his single “Just The Way You Are” reached the summit of the Billboard Hot 100 and the hits have kept on coming since then. “Grenade”? “Treasure”? “Locked Out Of Heaven”? “The Lazy Song”? There just doesn’t seem to be any way of stopping this once in a generation talent, and he’s still yet to reach his prime, either on record or in his blistering live shows. Highly recommended.

Live reviews

I went to a Bruno Mars concert last night, and I thought it was great. When I first got there, everyone was really hyped up and excited, and the mood was contagious. The merchandise were cool, though it was very expensive (but what else do you expect at a concert?). Aloe Blacc went on before Bruno and sang some of his famous songs, and later came out to sign autographs. When Bruno finally came out, he did so with a big bang (literally, it sounded like a gunshot). Throughout the concert, he remained energetic, and would also stop every once in a while to talk to the audience. He made the audience feel like he was glad to be there and was having a good time with us. Bruno Mars' sings many types of genres, including pop, reggae, soul, R&B, and pop rock. He has many different and original songs, one about getting his money stolen to another upbeat song about being lazy. Some of his more recent songs have a few cuss words, for example his song Gorilla. He made sure to sing the songs with cuss words toward the end of the concert, when all of the younger kids would have most likely left already. He actually surprised the audience quite a bit with this. He had a fake ending; said goodnight and thank you for coming, and 5 minutes later came back out and sang some of his expletive songs. Overall I loved this concert, and I highly recommend you go too!

There is no doubt that Bruno Mars is one of the top male singers today. And if you haven't been to see him in concert, you're really missing out. His live performances are extremely entertaining.

Many people don't realise that he's more than just a singer: his dance moves are smooth, and when he plays a drum solo, the girls cannot stop screaming! Honestly, you would think he was famous for his drum playing because he is just that good. Bruno Mars is very talented.

He's also easy on the eyes ;) He's good looking and he usually wears a James Brown-type style suit which is very fitting since he dances like James Brown too. You can't help but dance along when he's performing “Runaway”, or to sing along when he's performing “Just The Way You Are”. Also, his band is perfect: when they're backing him up, there is so much energy. He keeps it simple while giving a performance of a lifetime, no matter what the event is.

Bruno Mars' live performances make me happy. I love him and I love how talented he is. He gives his performances his all, and never disappoints. When he's done, you can't help but to give him a standing ovation and beg for more. Once the concert is over, you can bet you're going to go home and listen to Bruno Mars even more.

The Bruno Mars concert was seriously phonominal. He is such a great performer and a great singer. He's so so so good live. Him and the hooligans are amazing. They're really funny and they dance a lot and it's so good! I really think that man can do anything and pull it off. If you go to the concert you will not regret or forget it. It's so memorable and such a great time. There are lots of suprizes during the whole concert and it really keeps you on your feet. He's amazing and if he ever comes back to my city or anywhere near it I'm going to be there. He did a variety of different songs. He did reggae, his slow songs, his faster songs (like Natalie, Gorilla, etc). He even covered some songs (like bump and grind and other classics) he didn't sing the whole songs but he did the best parts of the songs he covered and mixed it together. It's very hard to explain but that was very memorable. There was singing, fire, glitter confetti, dancing, Bruno Mars and the Hooligans... What else could you want? Did you know in Honolulu Hawaii where 'Bruno' was born as 'Peter Gene Bayot Hernandez'? Hope you go to the 'Moonshine Jungle Tour because it's amazing! Have fun!

Overall, the Bruno Mars concert was an incredible experience. The fact that he could sing like a dove, play a mean guitar lick, AND dance his pants off - all at the same time - blew me away. I was kept entertained all night long.

The great thing about Bruno's set is that although it was short and focuses mostly on his most recent album, it was the most diverse set I've ever seen performed at a concert; from covers to original songs, Bruno sang pop, rock, disco, doo-wop, R&B, hip-hop, reggae, and soul, delivering every genre with the same vigor and excitement.

The next best thing about the concert besides Bruno himself was his band, the Hooligans. Not only were they talented singers and performers, but also they also danced and laughed with Bruno like old buddies, making the concert seem much more like an intimate gig with friends.

Basically, GO SEE HIM! You'll dance, you'll laugh, and hey, you might even cry during the ballads. So GO and find out! :)

This concert was perhaps one of the best concerts I've been to and that says a lot since I just turned 59 and 365 days (it's still difficult for me to admit that I'm X0 years old.... I saw Jimmie Hendrix in concert, Moody Blues, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, Cream, Miranda Lambert, Lady Antebellum, Jason Aldean, Siberian Orchestra, Johnny Mathis and many many more artists and this concert ranked in the top 5. The dancing was fantastic, his stage presence and how he played with the crowd (mostly the ladies) was FUN!!!! His drum solo-words cannot describe it... I only wish I could see him tonight in Milwaukee (I live in Wisconsin) at Summerfest tonight. I would go again to see him....Aloe Blacc was great also!!!!! Thanks for asking.

The Bruno Mars concert was amazing! The only fault that I would say is that there was a lot of waiting Dua Lipa was right on time and it felt like when’s Bruno coming?! Then after Dua Lipa we had to wait for them to set Bruno up which felt like forever, but when he was out there it was amazing he had fireworks and amazing dance moves and his singing was just amazing. He even added some comedy in there, and he was putting his absolute all you could see by the sweat on his body. After we thought it was over but he surprised us with an extra song :) it was an experience of a lifetime and I must say for my first concert it was A M A Z I N G ! For the merchandise I feel some of it was just a bit overpriced like the hats.

I spent $256 on a ticket and flew from Florida to Las Vegas to see this fiasco of a show. The show was supposed to start at 9. The curtain finally rose at almost 9:30. The drums and bass were so loud, little of the vocals could be heard. The band was off several times, there was limited choreography, 2 solos (drum and piano, neither of which were Bruno, OBVIOUS TIME FILLERS), and the show lasted one hour and 15 minutes. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!! IT SUCKED!! I am used to hearing songs sung at concerts, not stopped mid-way to laugh and joke. Bruno Mars needs to go to some REAL concerts so he can see how to please his PAYING AUDIENCE. Go get some lessons from Pink, Elton John, who ever, Bruno, cause your show is a joke!!

It was an absolutely amazing night! The performance was stunning and the atmosphere was filled with laughter and happiness. Bruno Mars did an incredible job, by making sure everybody was having a party, and you could just see how much he loved standing on that scene and singing to the crowd. Also I am not going to forget Anderson.Paak who played just before Bruno went on stage. Andersson.Paak made sure, that everyone were ready for the big party, and he too is an incredible musician. Bruno Mars even learned how to say "I love you" in danish, which made us feel even closer to him. I will never forget this night!

Overall, it was the best concert of my life, even though we could have been in better seats, and I even got a souvenir t-shirt!!!!

The concert was AWESOME! The opening person was really good and did a lot with the audience. She talked to the people not as a pop star but as a person. Her song choices really set the mood and went from sad songs to happy songs and did a outstanding job. For Bruno Mars him self did super good. His back up people were an awesome addition to the show. The record thing was a really cool idea. The show was a little delayed because it didn't start until like 15 after 8. Other than that the show was awesome and set the bar very high for the people after him. love you Bruno Mars

The king of “Uptown Funk” is headed downtown.

On Aug. 15-16, Bruno Mars will play the first two concerts at Los Angeles’ Intuit Dome , the future home of the Los Angeles Clippers which is still under construction at the time of publication.

This pair of gigs will be his first in L.A. in 2018.

“We wanted…a performer who was a showperson, someone who would really effectively help us bring the building to life,” Gillian Zucker, the Clippers’ president of business operations, told Variety .

“There’s so many unique things about the building — the halo scoreboard, the interactivity with the crowd, our LED lights that are built into the seats, the various different things that just haven’t existed in other buildings before — and we wanted to make sure that we had a performer who would take advantage of all of those things.”

Other performers scheduled to perform at Intuit before the Clippers’ 2024-25 season takes flight include Twenty One Pilots , Usher , Weezer , Billy Joel and Fuerza Regida .

For fans who can’t wait to see Mars live, tickets can be scooped up for both shows as soon as today.

MGM Fires Back Against Bruno Mars’ $50 Million Gambling Debt Allegations, Shannon Sharpe’s Shocking Revelation Casts Doubt on the Hotel’s Denial

Reports that American singer and songwriter Bruno Mars is in debt and owes MGM Resorts tens of millions of dollars has rocked the internet. However the company’s response to the gambling debt rumors has fans of the “Count on Me” singer collectively scratching their heads.

The multifaceted artist has been in partnership with the international resorts and entertainment company since 2016. Between new solo albums, as well as his and Anderson.Paak’s Silk Sonic collaborative record and tours, Mars is also booked at various MGM properties for performances throughout the year.

According to News Nation Now, the 15-time Grammy Award winner is in the hole for upwards of $50 million with MGM. “[MGM] basically owns him,” said the outlet’s purported Las Vegas insider.

“He makes $90 million a year off of the deal he did with the casino, but then he has to pay back his debt… after taxes,” said the insider, alleging that Mars is pocketing around $1.5 million per night. Mars has had a residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM for nine years. In early March, it was announced that his ongoing show would continue through late summer, with shows scheduled from June through Sept 1.

Hours after the shocking news nearly broke the internet, MGM quelled any rumors of a Bruno Mars gambling addiction.

A rep for MGM said in a statement , “We’re proud of our relationship with Bruno Mars, one of the world’s most thrilling and dynamic performers. From his shows at Dolby Live at Park MGM to the new Pinky Ring lounge at Bellagio, Bruno’s brand of entertainment attracts visitors from around the globe.”

MGM flat out denied rumors of a $50 million gambling debt. “Any speculation otherwise is completely false; he has no debt with MGM. Together, we are excited to continue creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.”

Rumors of Mars having an alleged gambling addiction has followed him for years.

A Reddit sleuth suspected the song “777” from the “A Night With Silk Sonic” album alluded to Mars’ love of gambling. On it, Bruno sings lyrics like, “Pretty motherf—ker with some money to blow, I’m bout to buy Las Vegas after this roll…Any, now we making’ money, now we making’ money…Spin the wheel for me, blackjack, baccarat, dealer where you at? Deal for me…I got bills to pay, but bills can wait, Ah, f—k it, we ballin’.”

The Silk Sonic duo were rumored to have been feuding over splitting money between them, though the upcoming shows taking place between May 10 and August 19 at Park MGM suggest they may have worked through their business issues.

However, this is not the first time rumors of the singer’s love for placing wagers have surfaced. Pro poker player Brad Wilson recalled a time he played a high-stakes card game with Bruno at the Commerce Casino. The “Chasing Poker Greatness” podcast host claims they were locked in for 16 hours, with one pot reaching $34,000.

Wilson notes that his competitor was gearing up for a two-year stint on the world tour, placing their duel around late 2016 or in 2017. The latter year is when Bruno kicked off the “24K Magic World Tour.” Wilson not only won but also claimed that the singer asked him for a $10 chip to cover his valet before he “disappeared into the night.”

Mars’ gambling days, however, began when he was 19 with his first casino visit and a $100 wager. “I remember my first bet. My hand was shaking…and a guy called me out on it and embarrassed me.”

He lost the money. “You just have to lose to win, to understand,” he said. The reporter mentioned that Mars lost a couple thousand during his time at the table during the interview and did not seem concerned with winning the money back, though he would end the day in the black, pocketing $5,000.

According to multiple reports, the former Elvis impersonator has an estimated net worth of $175 million. His fortune is comprised of his work as a songwriter, his own musical endeavors, of course, and touring. For reference, the “24K Magic World Tour” is said to have made more than $367 million.

But his rumored gambling addiction puts his fortune at risk of being a highlight in his life’s story. As news of the alleged $50 million debt began to circulate, it became a talking point on “Night Cap” with Shannon Sharpe and Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson .

The “Club Shay Shay” host claimed that a “high roller” watched Mars lose $17 million at a card table. The alleged incident was literally unbelievable to frugal Ochocinco. Meanwhile, in the comments of the clip shared on X, one user wrote, “Bruno will be performing in Las Vegas forever.”

A separate claim from 2019 alleged , “It’s well-known Bruno Mars likes gambling but may be in the middle of a cold spell. Rumor is he’s racked up $7 million in losses at MGM Resorts casinos. If true, Park Theater shows are basically paying back gambling debts. Million-a-night swings aren’t uncommon for high rollers.”

A residency doesn’t just offer an artist a sense of stability while putting on a good show; an extended stint in one location is also lucrative. Though News Nation Now’s insider alleges that the “Uptown Funk” master is bringing $1.5 million per show, Casino.org estimates the figure is closer to $1.3 million. The site also projects that Mars’ show only made $53.2 million each year between 2016 and 2023.

Notable stars who raked in millions with semi-permanent concerts in the desert include Celine Dion, who had a 16-year residency between shows at MGM’s Dolby Live and The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, making $681.3 million; Mariah Carey made $23,921,616 at the box office with 50 shows; Usher made $114.6 million combined with stints at MGM and Caesars; and the list goes on, dating back to the day of old Vegas when Frank Sinatra, the Rat Pack, and Elvis Presley were the strip’s big acts.

According to Billboard , pulling off large-scale production can cost anywhere between $2 and $10 million, a steal when considering a tour would require more logistics, trucks, and crews to break down and rebuild a set night after night. 

Other Stars Who Have Dealt With Gambling Problems

Gladys Knight overcame a near-career-ending addiction in the 1990s. “ I got into gambling when I was playing a casino,” she once recalled . “One day a friend said, ‘Do you want to play some Blackjack?’ So I played and enjoyed it. You think you can win everything, but you won’t.” She would go on to admit that when her children reached college, she sometimes had to gamble in order to help pay for their textbooks and other needs. She found help by reaching out to Gamblers Anonymous.

Former Detroit Pistons star Isiah Thomas admitted to making small bets and running dice games in 1990. It was widely speculated that his gambling habits made him the focus of a federal investigation into illegal sports gambling. He denied any wrongdoing and argued his name was spread in the media due to his alleged association with high rollers, reported The Los Angeles Times .

Additionally, Hollywood A-listers like Ben Affleck have made headlines for their time at Vegas casinos. Affleck made the news when he was caught counting cards on the high roller blackjack tables at the Hard Rock Cafe & Casino in 2014. He later fessed up that he’d been banned from the blackjack tables at Hard Rock and other casinos.

Bruno Mars to open Inglewood's Intuit Dome in August

Bruno Mars will serve as the opening act at Inglewood's Intuit Dome.

The pop-soul hitmaker announced Friday that he'll play two shows at the Clippers' new home on Aug. 15 and 16, his first gigs in the Los Angeles area since 2018.

Mars has spent much of his time since then performing in Las Vegas both on his own and with Silk Sonic , his throwback-R&B duo with Anderson .Paak. Their album "An Evening With Silk Sonic" came out in 2021 and won Grammy Awards for record of the year and song of the year with "Leave the Door Open"; Mars' most recent solo LP, "24K Magic," was released in 2016 and was named album of the year at the Grammys.

The Intuit Dome, which will seat approximately 18,000, will join a crowded Los Angeles concert market that already features the similarly sized Crypto.com Arena, Kia Forum and Hollywood Bowl.

Tickets for Mars' Intuit Dome shows are set to go on sale April 11. Other acts scheduled to perform at the new arena in the coming months include Usher (on Sept. 21-22 and 24-25), Weezer (Oct. 11) and Billy Joel (Oct. 12).
