Flight was delayed at departure due to weather and the need for de-icing. The flight was smooth but there was a delay at arrival due to weather. We were in a hold for 20 minutes or more. The flight arrived more than 30 minutes late. Airlines have no control over the weather and I'm glad that they follow all safety procedures. Had to wait a long time for my checked luggage. Whole process was slow and the bags arrived wet due to the rain. The onboard wifi and entertainment access was spotty and the signal was dropped several times. Otherwise the crew was great and friendly. They tried to get everyone's bags stowed and seated so we could take off.

Deicing in Denver took forever and I almost missed my connection. De-ice faster! Not Americans fault.

The crew was not great or professional. It seemed like they didn't really want to be there. A true lack of effort for accommodating customers.

Everything was really good but the seats are not very comfortable.

I paid for WiFi, but it (WiFi) was very very slow, will never take again! Impossible open Utube 😤😤😤

The flight attendants were very personable, extremely friendly, and had a very good feeling of the energy around them not to mention they’re very funny and engaging. What made up for the discomfort of the seats and the fact that the plane sat for a long time on the Turmac. Not sure if the pilot was new, but the landing was very rough sort of like I was at a magic mountain theme park ride that was built in 1959

Seats could use more padding. Kind of hard on the tush.

Amazed that Spirit can even get planes in the air, would never use again.

Spirit stranded it’s customers all across the country with a routine inspection that instead grounded several planes for days. Zero consideration or services for customers stuck in the middle of a trip. No hotel vouchers. No meal assistance. No help booking on other airlines. No refunds offered. Customers received a “we’re sorry” email and a credit toward another Spirit flight in the future. In my case, $50 credit which isn’t even close to amount of my fare. Not to mention buying another fare last minute on another airline or the extra night of hotel. I love saving money when flying, but in nearly three decades of air travel, I’ve never been treated so poorly. It’s criminal that a carrier can strand customers without any form of fair compensation. Never again.

The flight was really great I was surprised with Spirit.

Spirit canceled the flight 20 hours before it was scheduled to take off. They didn’t send a clear message and had no alternative flight for a week. What a terrible airline! Never use them.

There were 3 leg for the trip and each leg was delayed by 90 minutes or more. The boarding process takes forever with people waiting on the jetway even though most folks do not have carry-on. The whole process is poorly managed.

Not have to pay for every single item to take a flight. Seating and delays sucked.

Was just ok with over selling I guess. A lot of people in a short space and when we finally arrive i20 minutes, waiting to get out from the plain because we were waiting authorization for out boarding? Something like that.

They changed my flight and did not want to accommodate me or try to help me in any way. They do not care about their customers.

Everything was good, and most importantly on time. They have been extremely tardy in some of my flights

They lost my baggage on my connection flight, it’s been 24 hours since I put my claim in and still no update on my bags.

It’s a cheap airline. I wish they had better seats.

The only issues had were outside of Frontier’s control or weren’t expected. It was a two hour flight they completed fast. We landed almost an hour ahead of schedule. The issues with no entertainment or food weren’t issues since there was no expectations. The issue of the loud or crying babies was outside of frontiers control.

Seats are cramped and very uncomfortable. You have to pay for everything and it is too expensive.
