Good day I have applied for a few vacancies online and I am getting refused for all of them is there something specific that I need because I really want a chance to prove my ability to work onboard Seabourn. I would start at the bottom by cleaning galleys cleaning pots working in the storage room. I am a hard working person willing to work hard with a team and being away from home for months.

I tried a few weeks ago but no response. Also to a chaser. Think if you have a uk address you are ignored as per a previous poster. I won’t share the address I used (which has worked before) as I would be interested to know if it has changed.

Mysteriously, after posting this, the UK Office has contacted me late today after many weeks of not responding, to see if they can assist with one element of my query to the Office of the President (read between the lines - to sell me something) and they ‘believe’ someone on behalf of the Office will contact me. Well, gee, I won’t hold my breath. Thanks. The e-mail address is officeofthepresident at seabourn dot com. I hope you have more luck. The UK e mail then went on to say if you want anything else use the [standard email]. I thought the new president did want to hear our constructive thoughts. Perhaps not.

I have read so many bad things about Seabourns Seattle offices that I was really not looking forward to having to call them up with changes to a booking I made.
I had to transfer from a TA to a direct booking, then find a different cabin for us.
Through the whole thing they were wonderful, going above and beyond and the whole time sweet as can be.
I feel sooo much better about my booking and if the crew of the Quest is half as kind as the individuals that helped this week with my booking, I know I will have a wonderful time.
I was just wondering if anyone knew an email address where I could send a "kudos"?

One thing you might consider, in addition to a letter, is to write a nice note on the Seabourn FaceBook page. It would be read by many cruisers and potential cruisers alike.
