How to Return your Product: To initiate your return, please use the following procedure:

After we receive your email, and have confirmed that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the appropriate return address for the item. The customer must pay the shipping for the return package. Include the product and all required items listed above in the section “Conditions for Return.” The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to be returned, price paid, and date of purchase. *Ship the package at your local UPS or FedEx drop-off location.

Refund Timing: Puffco will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above. Puffco reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order.

Great add on for the proxy

great quality and fits the device perfectly, as well as extremely fast shipping from BOOM

The proxy travel kit provides a great deal of protection and allows for the pipe to sit with the mouthpiece off of the table thanks to the flat bottom designed into the larger of the two rubber sheaths, which the glass piece lacks. However, the larger rubber sheath does not fit snugly enough to keep from slipping around. I don't think this weak fit is a deal breaker, but there is room for improvement, perhaps. I'll take one star away to encourage improvement. A bonus part of the Travel Kit is a ball cap that allows you to direct the airflow around the chamber. I think the ball cap is a must have if you don't have something better. It really seems to help with production by pushing vapor off of the boiling dab. So, its a great kit to have because it provides upgrades to your Proxy, whether you travel or not.

It's pretty awesome, just know if you get the peice for flower it's not vaped, just turns glass piece into well, a glass piece...

The Proxy Travel Pack organizes everything needed to consume into one portable container, making it easier than ever to consume on the go. The Travel Pack includes:

WetVapes gladly accepts returns of unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items purchased on our website for a refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase.

For sanitary and safety purposes, we will not accept returns on the following items, opened or used, and therefore NON-RETURNABLE: E-Liquids, liquid products, open cartridges, drip tips, replacement glasses, atomizers, tanks, and rechargeable batteries.

If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund.

For unopened or unused items, we will accept the return with no restocking fees. For manufacturer defects on the original item, there will be no service fees. Please see return shipping cost below.   

If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact our customer service department by email at [email protected]. Please provide your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.

Order Cancellation For order cancellation requests, you must use our “Contact Us” with the Title “Cancel Request: Order #”. Any attempts to cancel the order may be delayed or missed cancellation request. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

DOA, Missing, & Wrong Items All “Dead on Arrivals” (DOA), Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem.  Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.

The warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accident, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. 

There is no warranty on cartomizers, atomizers, tanks, rebuildable (RDA), rebuildable tanks (RTA), coils, drip tips, disposables, or any similar product unless notified it was DOA within 48 hours of receiving it. 

Return Shipping Costs In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, the customer is responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments of the product if it is for a refund.  ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Compatibility We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility please do your research or ask before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.

Refund Refunds may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc) or as a store credit in the form of reward points.

Refused Items If it is indeed our fault, you will be credited for the items and we will reship at our expenses. If the customer refused the packages for any other reasons, there will be a 15% restocking fee along with shipping charge.
