Hung up on twice - Don't trust if they can't take calls

Called to ask question on panel depth of room divider, so I'd know if it would fit in a particular corner. The only depth provided is how thick the wood of the panel is, not the panel, so pointless info on website. It rang, whoever answered promptly hung up. Recalled number, waited in a queue for 3mins, again hung up on. If they don't want people to call, just add more detail in description. AND if they can't answer calls, imagine if there's a problem with order/delivery.
