We had a wonderful time with Carson and Forest. They played fun music and made us laugh. They had snacks and drinks for us. We were able to see birds and dolphins. I highly recommend choosing them for your cruise.

Our family had a great time on the Southern Shores catamaran. We caught a glimpse of 2 dolphins & a jellyfish while cruising.. spotted a crab on the island & found a perfect sand dollar! We had a wonderful time on our dolphin cruise with Forest and Spencer. The pair made our trip fun and entertaining all while feeling totally safe with my kids on the boat. Both were accommodating young men, we will be back with our next trip.

Went on the dolphin tour both our tour guides did a great job. Fun time had by everyone. Stopped at bird island and saw jellyfish. Loved it!

Sightseeing Boat Tour on the Waccamaw Lady

On this 2 to 2-1/2 hour river cruise along the historic Waccamaw River, riders will enjoy a narration on six rice plantations nearby, as well as explore the natural beauty of the area. A local historian will narrate the history, mystery and legends of the rice plantations located along the Waccamaw River.

Boat tours run Tuesday- Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

• $38 plus tax per person ages 13 and up
• $25 plus tax per person for ages 0-12 .

What a fun trip!! Even with the chilly wind, we had a great time! The guys were fun and interacted with everyone. This is our first time on a catamaran and we loved it and will for sure be back!! Forest, Spencer and Jason

Just drove 2 hours for our booked dolphin cruise for our anniversary, and got a call saying no one else booked the cruise so they arent doing the cruise. Way to show how you feel about your customers! Now it's too late to book anything else, it's our anniversary, and your company has completely screwed up our day. I will not bother rebooking. So unprofessional and extremely disappointed. Thanks for ruining our anniversary day.

My husband, daughter (age 4) and I loved this cruise. Jason was awesome and made us laugh. Not only that but told us history . He took his time to ask around where everyone was from. Dolphins were showing ofThis is one of the cruises we would love to do again when we go back to the state. Bird island that we got off at was great! We found crabs and shells !

We had a fantastic time today out with Forest and Jackson! No dolphins but we didn't care. The music and vibes were on point, jellyfish swimming by, cranes in the tall grass, and a bald eagle. Stop at Bird Island was great! I'm sure that on a hot summer day, it is just the thing to take a dip while there exploring. Our family of five had a fun time and highly recommend. Forest and Jackson have great personalities and definitely got the boat laughing and singing. Highly recommend!

Can I please give more than 5-stars??? Yes, the booth was unexpected, but we were greeted by Mr. Chip with a huge smile and laughs right from the time we checked in. The only negative is that Forrest wouldn't share his Spotify playlist with us! It was seriously the best soundtrack for this type of trip! The father/son duo was so much fun to witness and they took great care of us to ensure we had a memorable time, even going well out of their normal distance to make sure we saw dolphins and "South Miami Beach" (Way to go Mr. Chip, you got her good!) They made sure we were all safe as they spotted lightning in the distance while we were off-boarding on Bird Island for our excursion and quickly got us all back on to head back to the dock. It was a memorable trip as we couldn't out-pace the storm and the father and son duo committed to our safety (and their own) but still had so much fun with us as the rain and i'm pretty sure that was hail drenched us all! They sang loud with us (only the 4 of us knew the songs) and just made it the most memorable part of our trip to Myrtle Beach for sure! I will come back with my family to see you all again soon!

Our group had an awesome time. Both captains were great; They did a great job making it fun for both adults and children! Would definitely recommend and book again in the future.

OK, the positives first: Forrest was a terrific captain and got us out to see some dolphins. They aren't always around and you have to get lucky, and he was diligent and seized the fleeting opportunity that came up. The boat was nice and offered some shade, too, which was great. And Forrest and Jackson were friendly, easygoing guys. Forrest in particular provided a lot of good information about the area and the answers to any questions that came up. But folks should be aware: in our case this turned into a bit of a booze cruise, not the ideal family-friendly excursion. We had the bad fortune to sit near a loud group that was ordering additional libations as fast as they could drink them, and with each drink they got louder and more obnoxious. It really made the ride out and back pretty miserable at times, and I can't help but wonder what condition those folks were in to drive home after all the drinks they were served. The boat is pretty small, so there's no way for any other passengers to get away from a group like that. If you just want to kick back, have a number of drinks, listen to loud music, and go see some dolphins, this might be an ideal cruise for you. If you're a family with kids looking to commune with nature and just hear the sound of the surf and the breeze, maybe not so much.

Amazing staff, amazing and relaxing boat ride. My friends and I had a great time. The best customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Will continue to come back whenever I visit Myrtle beach again. Highly recommend!

The only thing that would have made our tour better would be to add another 2 hours onto the ride. Thank you for the fun, the hospitality and for sharing your knowledge of the area.

Forest and Spenser were awesome hosts and crew! They waited for a late guest who couldn't get there on time but the fact that they waited speaks volumes to the courtesy they show to all of their customers! We sighted dolphins - it was incredibly exciting and the brief moment when we had rough waves was a fun roller coaster ride. Thanks guys!!!

Group Packages & Private Tours

Group rates are available for schools, church groups, large family reunions and companies.

Cruises are 1½ to 2 hours long. The tour encompasses 3 distinct experiences starting with a narrated cruise up the Intracoastal waterway. Then picking up speed and passing several uninhabited islands as well as the jetty heading out into the ocean. The second part of the tour is heading into the ocean to find and view the dolphins and the third part is picking up speed to view our beautiful coastline.

This is a wet ride so dress accordingly. There is a dry box on board for valuables. We do suggest a bag or case to keep cameras and phones dry so you may take pictures. Sun glasses and sunscreen are also recommended for this tour.

If you want SEATING UNDER THE CANOPY please arrive early because boarding is done by group #.  Group #1 will board first and will include several parties who arrive the earliest.  All passengers must check in and get a boarding pass before boarding. The boat departs promptly at scheduled times so please allow time to park, check-in, etc.

These cruises are not handicap approved by the coastguard.  Tickets are non refundable!

Are The Boats Different?

No, they do the same cruise.  They are both narrated by an experienced crew.  Both boats have a canopy covering about 8 rows of seating. Both hold 141 passengers.

How Long Are The Cruises?

They are 1 ½ – 2 hours long.

Are The Boats At The Same Location?

No, but they are close.  The boats are a couple of blocks away from each other.

Do You Need To Print Anything?

No, when you make a reservation online, your confirmation, instructions & directions will be emailed to you.  Just give your last name when checking-in for your boarding pass.

Are There Bathrooms?

Yes, there are restroom facilities at each location prior to boarding. The restrooms on board are marine toilet facilities and are for emergency use only.

Do You Get Wet?

Yes, it can be a wet ride so dress accordingly. Bathing suits with covers, towels, whatever you are comfortable with.

Do You Cruise In The Rain?

Yes, the cruise operates in light rain.  The Captain may cancel if weather becomes stormy. (Thunder & Lightening)

What Can I Bring?

You may bring food and drink in a  small (6 pack) soft sided cooler.  STROLLERS & CAR SEATS are NOT allowed on board.

Are There Life Jackets?

Yes, under the seats for all passengers. Also CHILDREN’S life jackets are available.

Are The Boats Handicap Accessible?

No, the boats are not handicap accessible.  Wheelchairs & walkers can go as far as the stairs to the boat.  They are not allowed on board for safety reasons.  There are about 4-5 steps (handrails) up to the boat and then a short distance to a seat.  The crew will assist with boarding.  These cruises are not handicap approved by the coastguard.

The Osprey is another amazing sight to see. You may even get to see an Osprey dive down and catch themselves a delightful fish dinner. These birds will fly high over their prey, dive down, and completely submerge themselves to catch fish. Went on a boat ride during late morning. It was a once in a lifetime experience. We were lucky enough to see a large and baby gator. If you’re think about booking, do it.
