7 years ago. Save. For all those looking to book with Sky-tours website. We found sky-tours through various internet searches, and found a great price for a multi-city flight plan. Reading all the reviews (even those from people who never even USED the service) to be generally bad, we were more than a little nervous about paying them.

I made the mistake of looking at all the reviews on sky-tours after booking a internal flight in Hawaii. With all the bad reviews I feel anxious, after 24 hours my flight confirmation is still in process. My order number is #7380041, the site is really badly built, no way to access the chat for support.

Skytours, who are part of the Thomson/TUI group are legitimate, but I assume you're referring to Sky-Tours who are based in Andorra, which I doubt would be able to offer fares half the price of an airline. I certainly wouldn't be looking to book with someone with a claim like that. 3.

Sky-tours was recently attacked by fraudsters. They booked tickets and holidays but paid less than 10% of what they should have paid by cheating our payment providers system. This is now stripped and all unpaid tickets and hotels are canceled. Some fraudsters however are not happy and give us now a bad review.

Although I have not booked any flight from them, I wanted to commend them for being very honest, fast, and nice.
