It's a good saving when you book the ticket online and it's easy to collect your physical ticket from the yellow bus kiosk. The tours give you the opportunity to see many aspects of Lisbon. The audio on the bus tours is interesting and very informative. The red tram driver was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to give us interesting facts about the area and about the tram itself. The boat tour was very relaxing and gave great views of the city and the River Tagus, again with information given about the key sites on the trip. We started at 9 am and were off on last bus run. Most Museums were closed which we found out when we disembarked. When asking drivers for information all 3buses we used were very abrupt. Tried taking yellow boat which is extra and due to lack of busses missed the delay and had 2 1/2 h wait. Then missed bus’s for next stop had hour wait Very uncomfortable especially for older adults after standing in sun for 45 min to hour. Never got to use modern Lisbon route as bus never came. After 1hour wait we took last Belem bus so we could at least get nearer to our hotel. Wasted most of day waiting for the bus. Not a true hop on off ride. Had to go ask for maps and earphones, so remember to ask for them, they do not give it when we buy the tickets. Changed 3 buses on the first day. Raised eyebrows, but okay. The final bus that we were supposed to take didn't show up at all at the stop.. My family member needed a wheelchair to help get around, and every bus driver who picked us up was SUPER kind and helpful, lowered the ramp, and patiently helped my family member board and disembark from the bus. We are very grateful to the drivers, and they are a credit to your company. The routes themselves cover a huge area and (as a Lisbon local myself), I think they are an excellent collection of sights that help visitors get a good overview interesting museums, landmarks, and neighborhoods. Hello, If you can avoid using them, do so. They are constantly late (.1 hr in the morning) and Beyond rude. All we did is ask what rout they where taking and they closed doors. Just sat their or 20 min. If i could no stars

I should be the poster child for these experiences as they're my favorite way to see a new city and I do them wherever I go! Although they may seem touristy, they help provide history and context to the different neighborhoods and are great if your in a pinch for time or if you need a rainy day activity. That being said- Lisbon is not set up for the best tours via transport. Narrow one way streets and an overflow of traffic make this more difficult. In this city I'd actually recommend a TukTuk tour instead.

Busses do not seem to run on schedule. Had to wait over an hour at 2 locations. We keep seeing city sightseeing Portugal (red) bus coming by the stops but no yellow bus. Eventually had to get an Uber.

I bought a 20 EUR ticket for the "hop on hop off" tram tour, more as a means to get around than as a "tour" as I had been on "hop on hop off" tours before and knew the audio recording left much to be desired. This "tour" was no different, perhaps even worse than the rest. Honestly the tram did not go further than I could have walked myself, but it did save me from any uphill walks in this hilly city. It also did not take me anywhere that I could not have gone on the "regular" tram which is much cheaper, however I did note that those trams got really jam packed whereas on this tram I always had a seat. The ticket is good for 24 hours and allows you to ride the tram as many times as you like, as well as gives you free access to other modes of public transportation in the city. Personally I definitely did not get 20 EUR worth of valley as I only got off at two stops and on the way back there was a broken down trolley that forced us to all get off and walk the rest of the way, however I did appreciate always having a seat and not having to jam myself onto the public tram.

My Yellow Bus Tour was extremely average. They are supposed to have wifi on the buses, but several buses it didn't work. Plus, mainly my biggest problem with this tour. They wouldn't let you know what number was the next stop and what was there. Needless to say. Next time I come back to Lisbon we will use another your service.

We had a lot of problems buying the rides. It's turned to be to complicated with different combinations and discounts then even the employees don't understand. Please, make it more simple. Not it's the fault of the company, but affect the customer is the street construction all over the city. It's a lot route shortening and station closures. #yellowbus #Lisbon #Lisboa #Portugal

If I could give it negative stars I would! This bus line is very inconsistent and when speaking with their "supervisor" I was able to confirm that this "company" is a joke! Bus never showed up to our stop, we've been trying to request refund and I kept getting the run-around, bus driver did not validate our voucher properly so we're somehow being punished for it. Save yourself the hassle and pay a little extra for the red buses! I can't believe this company is running their business like this. Have never had an experience with a company like this before! Ruined our evening in Portugal.

I do NOT recommend. I have taken many hop on hop off tours in Europe and this was the worst. Wait times exceeded 30 minutes at each stop and more than 50 % of audio devices were broken.

This place is not only EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE but also unprofessional. Take the red bus city tour instead of this one. My mother and I waited around for HOURS for these busses while watching 10+ red tour busses drop off and pick people up at various locations. Staff is also unprofessional- did the Sintra tour and a person needed to check in at 1:45 instead of 2. They DID NOT LET THIS PERSON ON THE TOUR although our bus (again, 10 minutes late) had not arrived. DO NOT RECOMMEND. BETTER BUS TOURS AVAILABLE. Sintra Tour was terrible!!! Woman that lead it was EXTREMELY unprofessional and RUDE I am actually SHOCKED by how inappropriate she was. Angry and disgusted. Got NO time after our "tour" to see the Pena Palace.

A great way to see the city, but do yourself a favor and stay away from this bus line. The wait for buses is ridiculous with a 15 minute promise every 15 minutes. Do yourself a favor and take the City Sightseeing line. (The Red Busses) Wish I had and you will thank me.
