Reservation / Cancellation Policy
Tickets purchased using this system are for a single and specific event. The event will take place on the date, time and at the location indicated on your ticket/boarding pass. What is the cancellation policy? There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for Dinner Cruises. You must call before 5:00 P.M. (Central Time) 1 day prior to your tour date. All Holiday or Specialty cruises have a 72 hour cancellation What if we dont show up for the tour? No shows will be charged with the card on file. We have limited seats and if you decide not to go it is not fair to us to have to refund your money.

You can book one right from the hotel. It visits the Arch. Talk to Violetta when you get there, or shoot her an email in advance. But we were able to book it while we were there (though we opted to go it alone).
I like the Tropicat as well. The food is really not very fancy, but they actually cut the engines and sail for quite a while. That is very nice.
