I was introduced to this travel agency through a colleague. My boyfriend and I submitted our paperwork for two visa applications on Saturday 8/3. Prior to coming in, I asked about what information/paperwork we needed to bring and talked to Simon. He was experienced, thorough and confident and addressed my concerns. We took passport photos from cvs, brought our original passports and copies of DL. I didn't have a hotel reservation because I thought Simon was going to make one, but Laura (Simon wasn't in on that day) recommended that it's better that I make a hotel reservation and cancel it later and email it to their company email by Monday so they can FedEx the package on Monday/Tuesday. Today I got a call about our visas ready for pick up on Monday 8/19. The overall process was easy and seamless, payment was made via check $200 each. I was told it would take 3 weeks but it only took us 2 weeks to get our visas. Woohoo!

I used Skyway to plan a trip to China, as I saw "English speaking tours available" on their door (back entrance when I passed by when going to the restroom at Scratch Kitchen). I checked out a couple of other travel agencies who offered English speaking tours & settled on Skyway. Although English is not their primary language, their agent Jeff, speaks English very well & assisted us with coordinating travel to China to visit 5 cities (Beijing, Xi'an, Cheng Du, Guilin & Shanghai) with the travel agency in China (called China Travel Agency). He handled our travel visas in addition to travel to & from China. Travel within China was handled by the travel agency in China with our guides as translators who got us our travel tickets. Our trip was very educational & well planned and our guides spoke English very well. We saw all of the major sites/sights including the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, panda reserves, Terra cotta warriors, rock forest, The Bund and visited jade, silk & pearl factories. We requested a place where we could hug or cuddle a panda (for an additional separate cost), which turned out great. We had a private tour, which is much better & more personal than the tour buses where you're in a group of 20 or 30 & you're always waiting for someone. The cost is very reasonable, and is less expensive if you invite more friends & family. We had a lot fun in our small group of 3. When I returned from my trip, Jeff contacted me for feedback. He was always very nice, helpful & professional.

Travel agency located in Chinatown. A little past Lucky Belly and Manifest. Small office with 2-3 agents on duty. Parking is street. Very Chinese establishment, so language can be a barrier if you're trying to explain the itinerary you want. They work hard to find you the best deals, BUT you need to be very careful when finalizing trip details. Make sure the agent knows exactly what you want before you agree to booking. Overall not a bad travel agency service, just keep in mind that you are in Chinatown.

Peggy is a pro in her business. She has helped me for several trips to Asia. I would recommend her to anyone going to China, Hong Kong, Singapore. etc. She can speak Chinese as well as English!

Get your Chinese visa here. The process was easy with their help and it took about two weeks for the visa to come in.

Peggy works hard to find you the best itinerary at the best price, my last trip saved me over $300 off of expedia's best deal on same flight.

Used Jeff at Skyway a couple of years ago to help with flights to Nepal on China Eastern. It was very helpful to have someone who can speak Chinese deal with the customer service (haha) reps at this airline. My boss at work recommended these guys to me so this is like 2 recommendations in one! Would definitely return.

How to Apply at a Passport Agency

1. find out if you're eligible.

To apply at this passport agency, you must:

• If you need a foreign visa, your appointment must be within 28 calendar days of your travel.
• Show printed proof of international travel. See examples in the 'Collect all your application materials' section below on this page.
• Pay the $60 expedite fee with your  application fees .

If you have a life-or-death emergency, please see  Life-or-Death Emergencies . If you don't meet the requirements for an appointment, request expedited service .

We do not charge a fee to make appointments . If you asked to pay for an appointment, you should consider the request to be fraudulent. We are not affiliated with any third-party appointment booking services. We may not be able to honor appointments booked via third parties. Do not attempt to book duplicate appointments.

2. Collect all your application materials

• Printed confirmation of your appointment
• Flying : show a flight receipt or an itinerary.
• Driving or taking a boat to Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, or the Caribbean : show a hotel reservation, cruise or bus tickets, or international car insurance.
• Fill out your  form(s) online and print it  
• All required supporting documents
• One passport  photo
• Major credit cards
• Debit/check card (not ATM cards)
• Digital wallet payments such as Apple, Google, or Samsung Pay
• Checks or money orders. Make payable to the U.S. Department of State.
• Cash (Exact amount only - no change provided)
• If you are applying for a child under 16 , both parents or guardians and your child must come to the appointment.

3. Make an appointment

Follow these steps:

• Go to our Online Passport Appointment System .
• Enter information about your travel plans to see if you qualify for an appointment. You may make an appointment for up to 7 members of your household.
• Enter your email address. We will email you a code which you must enter to continue making an appointment. Check your junk or spam folder if you do not see the code in your inbox.
• Enter your mobile phone number. We will send you an SMS text message with another code you must enter to continue making an appointment.
• Finish scheduling your appointment. Check your email for a message confirming the details of your appointment. The system will hold your appointment for 15 minutes. If you do not confirm your appointment within 15 minutes, start over.
• If you need to cancel or change the appointment, click the link in the confirmation email to get information about your appointment. If you made an appointment over the phone, forward the email you got to [email protected] with “Cancel my Appointment” in the subject line.

4. Arrive early to your appointment

• Arrive 15 minutes early. 
• You cannot bring weapons, food, drinks (except water in a sealable bottle), pocket knives, scissors, or cigarette lighters.
• Go to the 1st floor of the building to go through security screening.
• After passing through security screening, take the last set of elevators to the 4th floor.
• Listen for instructions from staff, and check in at the information desk. Give them your appointment confirmation information, and show your application and supporting documents.
• Be seated and wait until we call your number. We may not see you exactly at your appointment time.
• When we call your number, go to your assigned window.
• We will review your application and supporting materials. We will discuss options for picking up or delivering your passport. 

Getting Here

Parking information.

• You can park near the agency in several locations. which cost an average of $10.
• You can also park in metered parking spaces on Pierce Street behind our building.
• Be aware that some individuals may attempt to scam you and illegally attempt to collect parking fees from you. Only pay for parking online, or pay using a meter or machine. The city of Houston and local parking lots enforce parking rules. Pay close attention to signage and meter timeframes so your vehicle is not booted or towed.

We really had the best time together and I was a complete and total diva leaving this place. When I started looking up resorts in Cancun, I was so overwhelmed. So, I contacted Victoria Reisinger (Travel Agent Specialist). I gave her a ridiculous list that I wanted our resort to have. Within no time, she emailed me back 3-5 different resorts that met all of the criteria. We ended up at this resort: Unico 2087, which is brand new and opened in March. Not only did she find our dream resort, but she also gave us an honest opinion and helped us make a decision. She literally did ALL of the footwork: booking the resort, booking plane tickets, booking a private shuttle to and from the airport, sending all of our documents to us in the mail, and answering my million questions-all at no cost. She is THE BEST. We travel a lot and we will never do it by ourselves anymore. I recommend her to anyone who travels. I think this covers most of the questions I have received. For anyone traveling or having trouble, contact Victoria in Chattanooga! She is the sweetest!

We had a wonderful time in Punta Cana…. As with all resorts, I can tell you all the pros and cons but this was one of the TOPS… It rained solid on us for 2 days which is something that NEVER happened but it was OK as several were sunburned so bad that they couldn’t have gotten outta the room anyways… We lathered them in sunscreen but for a few, just didn’t do it’s job… Kids were ordering ROOM SERVICE ( chicken nuggets and french fries at 11 PM) and having a blast… Our rooms were in the middle of the resort RIGHT TOGETHER….( adjoining) PERFECT !!!!!! WE LOVED THAT…. We all agreed that our room location can make or break a vacation… Couldn’t have been better…. Surprisingly, we stayed in the big pool more that the waterpark…. The waterpark was more for kiddies … The downside of the resort is that the waterpark & sports center is at ONE END and the pool and water is the other end…. LOTS of walking and waiting on carts…. Never knew at which end our group was.. LOL The UPSIDE was the swim up pools… THAT was the BOMB !!!! We spent an awful lot of time right outside our rooms … When we were tired of walking……. they jumped right in…... Loved it.. Service was FIRST CLASS and food was great…. All in All~ it was a good trip and worth the $$$… As always, we THANK YOU for all you did to make it smooth…

Thank you for setting up this trip. New Zealand was our dream vacation exceeding our highest expectations. The trip was fast moving and we traveled by Bus, ferry boat and sight seeing boats and observed New Zealand from top to bottom. New Zealand is a beautiful country with the landscape changing almost at every turn in the road. The people were friendly and welcoming. All our rooms were clean and of high quality. The tour guide and driver were the spark plugs that made the trip come to life, friendly, humorous,and well informed on the history and facts of New Zealand these two hard working men made each day of the trip a success. If anyone wants to truly see the wonders and enchantment of New Zealand tell them to take this 14 day trip. The air travel was smooth with only one minor delay on the last connection to Little Rock (plane replacement) was right on time. Business class was really great and we both enjoyed the special treatment wonderful food and the chance to lie down for the long trip over and back. I've been wanting to tell you how much we loved working with you and also how much we enjoyed this trip. All your recommendations were great. Our room was great. The weather was great considering all reports were that rain was scheduled this August and September more than normal. The land portion's weather turned colder than normal but that made the autumn colors pop out more. Then a day before we were to do Denali National Park, it snowed 5 inches. The tours were delayed a few hours the next day but we still got the whole 7-8 hour tour. Seeing the animals in the snow (we had flurries the next two days) added a whole new dimension. I just had to rob one of David's coats. Much to our surprise, on the land portion, we met a preacher and his wife who used your same company because his aunt uses you guys. Now we are a family of Disney lovers! We take our little prince and princess on family trips to Disney World and Disneyland a few times each year. The Houston Passport Agency expedites passports for U.S. citizens within 8 days to as quickly as the same day for applicants with urgent travel needs. Individuals who are not in a rush can apply for a new passport at application acceptance facilities in the Houston area .

Regional agencies only serve those who need to travel, or submit their passports for foreign entry visas, within 14-28 days. The first step is to schedule an appointment through the automated service which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are unable to travel to Houston to present your application, you can authorize a third party to submit the application . This can be a friend, family member, travel agent or registered courier service .

If your departure date is more than 14 days away, or you do not need to submit your passport for foreign visas within 28 days, you can submit the application form and supporting documents at the nearest application acceptance facility .

How to Get to the Houston Passport Agency

From Hobby Airport, turn right onto Airport Blvd., travel on Airport Blvd. to I-45. Go under the freeway and enter the freeway going north. Take the St. Joseph Parkway exit off the freeway, follow St. Joseph Parkway to Louisiana Street. The building will be directly across the street.

Taxi: From George Bush IAH and William P. Hobby Airports - taxis available. Travel time from George Bush Airport is approximately one hour, and, from Hobby Airport is approximately 30 minutes.

What to Do When You Arrive for Your Appointment at the Houston Passport Agency

• You will need your Social Security Number or your confirmation number.
• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Earlier arrivals will not be admitted.
• Late arrivals, 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment, will have to reschedule their appointments.
• Upon entry to the building, you will go through security, including metal detectors.
• They are located on the 4th floor.
• Go to check-in/information. Your appointment will be verified.
• You will be given a numbered ticket with the approximate, current waiting time at the bottom. (We do our best to keep the waiting time as short as possible.)
• Please take a seat.
