I found a site for the 2011 cross country service manual for 7 bucks. Would the wiring diagram be the same as the 2012 cross country tour? (except for the trunk wiring of course.) thanks. maurice  

There will be some differences due to hard lowers and the optional wiring there also. Check your private messages

Do a search on this forum. I downloaded the 2011 Cross country/crossroads manuel for free. I cannot remenber which thread though.

Does anyone have the Service Manual for the Cross Country and if so did you get it from the dealer or from Victory. Would like to put one in the shop for winter tinkering. Thx. Be Safe All  

Since I have yet to purcase my bike I can't speak for the costs of these manuals, but there is a guy on ebay selling copies of the service maual for $50, not sure if that is cheap somebody else will have to chime in. I have the pdf for the 2011 Cross Roads and Cross Country. My bike is a '13 XC and I don't know what, if any; changes were made between 2011 and 2013. I'd be happy to send it to you. I cannot for the life of me remember how or where I obtained this.

How to Find Your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)

The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is a unique 17-digit number used to identify and look up information about your vehicle.

The exact location varies based on model, but is typically found:

• Off-Road: Stamped on the frame or left rear wheel well.
• Snowmobile: The right side tunnel between the certification label and emissions certification label. The VIN can be found on a sticker and also is etched into the tunnel.
• Slingshot: A label affixed to the frame on the driver's side of the vehicle, stamped on vehicle's frame where the hood meets the area directly in front of the steering wheel or behind the base of the windshield, if your Slingshot is equipped with one.
• Motorcycle: The exact location varies based on model, but is typically found on the left- or right-hand side of the steering head.

A motorist's failure to see or recognize a motorcycle is the leading cause of automobile/ motorcycle accidents.

Overflows or spilled gasoline could contact a hot engine or exhaust system and cause a fire, which could result in serious injury or death.
