We arrange walking, canoe and camping safari holidays in Matusadona National Park, Zambezi River and Victoria Falls as well. Our small tented camp is very remote, and you will get a true Africa experience. Sengwa Safaris also been arranging houseboat safaris on Lake Kariba for over fifteen years Our houseboats sleep 4 to 50 people and are manned by a qualified captain and crew. We also offer mobile safaris throughout Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana and Namibia.

Chirundu Safari Lodge is located on a ridge with superb views overlooking the Zambezi Valley within our wildlife sanctuary. The lodge is protected by a low horizontal perimeter fence which allows visitors to safely watch the myriad of wildlife and bird-life that congregate day and night at nearby water holes. The mighty Zambezi River is less than 1 km away making easy access for boating and river activities.

Great start to your report, leaving in 2 weeks for Coutada 9 with Gary as my PH, Doug Ph'ing a friend and Neil hunting my brother for Plains game for 7 days in the middle of my Buff hunt. This will be my second trip with them and pretty excited to say the least!! Buff, Sable, Nyala, Lichenstein's Hartebeest plus a bunch of other plains game on the menu. Can’t wait to read and see this post. I was practically a coin flip away from booking with Doug for a Buff in Sengwa but ended up booking another outfit. I leave in two weeks. Tented, Wild area, no fences, and lots of walking. To a tee my idea of what a Safari should be!

Mutoro Camp is well situated directly on the Zambezi River at the Mutoro River Mouth.
Spacious, en suite East-African safari style tents are set amongst huge mahogany trees on the river bank.
This new, modern camp has all of the expected amenities whilst retaining an element of the traditional hunting camp feel.
The camp is powered by a large, silent generator and is complimented with solar power for the hours when the generator is not on – adding a little luxury.
King size beds or 2 three quarter beds in each tent ensure a great nights sleep whilst immersed in the sounds of the African bush.
Great views of the Zambezi, together with a cntral location within the hunting area make this a great place to stay as well as providing an excellent base for fishing and game viewing for any non-hunters within a group.

Kariba Safari Lodge
Kariba Safari Lodge is located on the slope of Mica Point with fantastic views of the vast expanse of Africa's largest reservoir and the islands of its eastern basin. The lodges and suites are scattered across a forested 33-hectare property that stretches to the lake shore and beach.
On the lake shore, there is a sandy beach with a swimming cage. It has a diameter of 15 meters and allows you to swim directly in the lake without fear of crocodiles or hippos.
