I have been booking flights with Carlton leisure since the last 3 years . John and his agents are very helpful . I am very happy with the services provided by the company and would always book my tickets with Him. I book almost a dozen tickets a year with Carlton and always gets the best price. My experience with Carlton Leisure has been positive. I was apprehensive about long haul flights incorporating changes of aircraft. l am pleased to say that the support and guidance l received put me at ease thanks to Charlton Leisure. Any enquiries l made were dealt with in a professional yet friendly way, Chris in particular helpful by taking time to respond to emails l sent. All in all my trip went smoothly and according to plan. I intend to use Carlton Leisure again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I needed to make a change to booked flights. Kevin responded within just a few minutes, which was impressive. We agreed the charges and the new tickets were sent to me later that evening. Having this level of service, out of normal office hours, is highly unusual. Impressive levels of customer service.

I am going to be completely honest and say I was a little skeptical about booking through Carlton at first. I had never booked through them before but I put my nerves aside and I’m glad I did because this has been the smoothest booking experience I’ve had. I booked my flights and the day after I had my tickets and all my info was showing with the airline. Very happy customer

We found that there was an extra letter…

We found that there was an extra letter in the child's name, so we called the customer service to modify it immediately. Sarah quickly helped us correct the name. We look forward to our wonderful vacation

Website booking form unclear and incomplete.

I ordered my tickets online and there was nowhere to add my middle name. When I received my confirmation I was concerned that the ticket didn’t include my middle name so I contacted Carlton Leisure to check if my ticket would be valid. I was told that my name must be identical to my passport and that I’d have to pay an additional charge of £100 despite me contacting them minutes after the booking. After much discussion they did reduce the fee to £75 but as their pro forma only request a first name, I was frustrated with the additional cost as I had filled in the paperwork exactly as requested.

Jeweeka made the entire process easy. Booking out flights through him was so simple. He found the best flights for the price range we were looking for with the filters we needed and helped us when we were faced with cancelled flights to ensure we still had a flight. Overall it was. Further to my last review

Further to my last review regarding our trip to Cuba and the USA things have got worse... Carlton Leisure are not a competent company They have since put visa notice for travellors travelling from Cuba to USA... but still refuse to acknowledge they they did not advise us of the same when we purchased our tickets and are refusing to recompense us accordingly. What a sham.

OSCAR was great

OSCAR. Was an exceptional travel advisor. I have an Amex platinum and don’t get the same service from their concierge. Oscar explored many options for me and in the end got me a premium economy flight for the same price I was going to pay for economy!! I will DEFINITELY be going back to Carlton and specifically I hope I get Oscar
