My friend and myself visited Hays where everyone is always welcoming even when they are very busy.We were helped by Clare to book the two holidays we had decided on. Clare was her usual helpful and knowledgeable self as she always is when we go in to see her.

Molly was very helpful and courteous…

Molly was very helpful and courteous over the phone. She was able to very nearly match the price I had found online. It was worth paying just a little bit more for the security of booking through an established high street company rather than online. The booking process and payment was easy over the phone and nearer the time of departure I will be able to go in store to collected the printed documents and labels. I have booked with them before and will definitely book again.

5 star service - always

I always get a 5 star service from Claire when booking our holidays, I would not go anywhere else. All the staff at Hays Travel in Gt Yarmouth are super friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and do their best to get the holiday that you dream of.

Excellent service

We had a great experience booking our holiday at Hays, as Clare was so helpful and made the whole process stress free. She did everything she could to get the right holiday and price for us. She gave us all the information on the booking, the parking arrangements, the airport and so we came away knowing everything we needed to know. Excellent service, would definitely recommend.

Knowledgable and helpful staff made choosing my next holiday a really enjoyable experience. Nothing was too much trouble and you felt they were there to help you decide and not push you into a holiday you didn’t want just to get a sale.

Visited yesterday and booked our holiday with absolute ease. Denise was so friendly and helpful and with the help of Iona guided us throughout. Also impressed that when the time comes she will help us with printing our boarding cards etc, a godsend for oldies like us. Would highly recommend.

FIRST CRUISE EVER!!!

Our first visit to Hays Travel. This was an exciting time for my wife & I, as we were booking our FIRST cruise. The staff are very good and we were made welcome from the moments we stepped into the Hays Travel Shop. Everything was explained to us, in full detail and we left very excited. Now looking forward to our cruise in January. Well done Hays Travel!

Given incorrect information on payment…

Given incorrect information on payment plan . Which led to us booking a holiday and then struggling to pay on a monthly direct debit ..... To reply .. No the issue isn't resolved and , unless you're prepared to stick to the original information ( which you can't because it isn't policy ) then it won't be.

Clare is such a lovely person

Clare is such a lovely person, always books exactly what we ask for, she is warm, friendly and very welcoming. It's an absolute pleasure to go into Hays Gt. Yarmouth, Clare and her staff are amazing, there is a very happy atmosphere in the store and we are always treated so well. We wouldn't book our holiday any where else. Clare has this unique way of making us feel like a friend, and it's a joy to visit her even if we are only asking for advice. Thank you Clare and staff, you are all very special people.

Just a good as the first booking 👌

This was my second time booking with Hays. And am just as happy this time round as the first. Both Claire and Iona helped with this particular holiday. Both employees were lovely. They both had welcoming personalities and a warm smile when we entered their shop. We will be using them again to book our Christmas holiday later this year. Would recommend them to everyone.

Lovely friendly agents

Lovely friendly agents, made it so easy to book our first cruise. Patient and kind with all the questions. Guided us with ease through the process. I have known Claire and Denise for many years and cant praise them enough...they are always so helpful and kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else to look for a holiday. Highly recommend you visit them next time you are thinking of having a break, you wont be dissapointed

Accurate but could do better

While the service was accurate it seemed to take ages for something so straightforward. The lady who served me seemed very nervous and it became quite annoying the number of times she fidgeted with her hair etc obviously it was nervousness but quite off putting.

There is no pressure to book when you walk in the shop.. Any question you ask is answered.. I feel really comfortable with the ladies in there. Booked a couple of holidays in the Yarmouth store now... Hays is definitely a name you can trust. Iona and molly are very friendly girls and simply the best with information..

Easy ways to go on holiday!

Solo adventure in Athens

I was wanting a city break where I have never visited before and Iona at the Great Yarmouth branch went above and beyond to find me the perfect holiday. She arranged my seats on the plane and overnight stay in Stansted to save me the trouble of doing this myself. We had a giggle during the booking experience and as my first solo trip she was very helpful with advice. Thank you Iona for all your help, can't wait to update you with my adventures and photo of my King Pot Pot Noodle on the terrace at sunset 😉❤️
