What a blast!!!

"My wife, young daughter and I had an amazing, unforgettable experience. If you are in Whistler, this is a must for an adrenaline rush of all ages!!! The guides are friendly and safety is always paramount."

"Understand Why Ziptrek is Rated #1"

"We did the Bear tour with Sean and Ben as our guides. Both were very friendly, very knowledgeable of the surrounding forest environment and very safety conscious. We were very impressed with the safety processes employed by the guides and the overall design of the equipment with safety in mind. And to top it off, it was great fun!"

"THE SASQUATCH = MUST DO"

"Purchased the Sasquatch combo, which is really the only thing to do! Start off with the Sasquatch line which is 2 km long and can reach speeds well in excess of 100 km / hr. This is the longest zipline in North America. Can race alongside a friend as there is dual lines."

"WINTER WEEKEND!"

"On a winter weekend trip to Whistler, husband and I embarked on The Eagle Tour with Dave and Troy. We had both gone zip-lining before, but felt it was the perfect way to spend an afternoon - whether you're a beginner or a zip enthusiast~! The Eagle Tour contains longer and higher ziplines than The Bear Tour (which seemed more family-geared) and the perfect amount of time to be in the cold weather, about 2 hours. Make sure to wear all your snow gear, and with the walking and adrenaline-zippin'

"THIS IS THE PLACE TO ZIPLINE!"

"We had a great time ziplining with Kate and Sam. We did the Eagle tour and were impressed with the views, sturdy platforms, and safety. Plus the guides were friendly and informative. This is a super fun thing to do!"

"Awesome Time. Don't be scared, Just do it"

"We had a great time on the Sasquatch and Eagle Tours. It was my Dad's first time ziplining and he's in his 70s. Yes, Sasquatch is a little scary, but awesome. You'll regret it if you chicken out. Guides were superb.Loved all the eco information plaques on sustainability and the cool suspension bridges your get to walk across between zip lines. All in all, completely awesome experience :-)"

Whistler Mountains and Adventure

Whistler Mountains and Adventure Tour in Vancouver (Cheakamus River, Shannon Falls)

  • Enjoy breathtaking harbor views and a thrilling gondola ride up Mount Habrich with this Whistler Mountains and Adventure tour.
  • Journey through the beautiful Coastal Mountains and the northern hemisphere's most southern fjord.
  • Explore the growing town of Squamish, immersing yourself in the local culture during a scenic drive to Whistler Valley.
  • Enjoy four hours of exciting activities in Whistler Valley, from skiing and hiking to dining at world-class restaurants.
  • Don't miss the chance to capture stunning photos at Shannon Falls, the third-highest waterfall in the province, before returning to Vancouver.

?

This exciting, nature-filled day begins with you being met in your hotel lobby by your tour guide and escorted to the bus. Once all guests are on board, you will head out of the city via Stanley Park and the Lion's Gate Bridge. Beautiful harbor and bay views abound.

The road winds its way up, perched on the side of the Coastal Mountains, as they rise from the ocean depths and tower to your right. All the while, the northern hemisphere's most southern fjord stretches out to your left, with a backdrop of forested islands and snow-capped peaks. Enjoy a quick coffee and restroom break along the way to stretch your legs, smell the sea air, grab a cup of coffee, and marvel at the gorgeous scenery.

From here, you drive through the pastoral growing town of Squamish and begin the "to Sky" portion of your journey with a visit to the Sea to Sky Gondola. Ride the gondola up Mount Habrich above the Howe Sounds's coastal fjord, take an exhilarating walk across the Sky Pilot Suspensions bridge and view the beautiful scenery and the snow-capped mountain peaks.

The road follows the Cheakamus river, first cresting high above the river and offering views of glaciers on the peaks of the Tantalus mountains, then plunging low into a river canyon carved by eons of meltwater. From here, it is a slow climb to 2000 feet above sea level and the Whistler Valley.

Skiing, biking, hiking, volcanoes, glaciers, high alpine lakes and forests, world-class restaurants, and amenities are what draw people here. Enjoy four hours here on your own to grab a bite to eat and explore this mountain ski village.

A mid-afternoon departure will take you back to Vancouver. Along the way, a stop will be made to see and feel nature's power at Shannon Falls. Shannon Falls is the third-highest waterfall in the province at just under 1100 feet. Enjoy a short walk to the base for some great photos of nature's erosive art, or just drink in the power and beauty of the cascading waters. From here, finish the scenic return trip. The sun lowers below the distant mountains as the bus meanders along Highway 99 back to the city and your hotel, but not before one last stunning Vancouver Harbour view on a second crossing of the Lion's Gate Bridge.

Testimonials

RZR Tour with Taren was a blast!

We went on the RZR tours and it was a BLAST! Taren was our guide and he even took us on an extra trail at the end through a huge mud puddle and took a video for us and sent it to everyone’s phones. He really went above and beyond to get us excited, but still addressed everyone’s comfort level and left the choice up to everyone in the group. We did the intermediate level on our first time and it was so fun! Would highly recommend this tour! We also went rafting, but found the rzr tour to be way worth our money and way more fun! Thanks for an awesome time, the muddy clothes and a video to remember it by!

Wonderfull RZR Tour with Tom despite mud & rain

We celebrated my husband’s 74th birthday on a RZR off road tour of beautiful Cougar Mountain. Tom, our guide made us feel very safe with his pre-trip instructions & regular check-ins as we went through super deep mud puddles and crazy rocky ascents and descents. One of the highlights was the view of the Shoah Lakes & the Soo Valley. There was even 1 bear. Thanks so much Tom. Best birthday ! Tip: bring waterproof pants.

Vancouver, Canada

RZR Tour Fun

We did the razor tour with our family (ages 16 - 50) and it was the most fun we have had in a long time! Our guide Kane was amazing and made sure we got the most of our experience! I would recommend going when it’s not as dusty (dry) but that could also be a selling factor, getting down and dirty. Overall absolutely amazing, it was my second time going but a first time for my other family members and they were absolutely blown away! I will continue to keep coming back, the best of the best!

SO MUCH FUN!

I surprised my boyfriend with a RZR tour and he said it was the best part of his birthday! We had so much fun and our tour guide was more than happy to take pictures of us outside and in the RZR. Would recommend to everyone!

Aldergrove, Canada

Best time ever!!

Do yourself a favour when you visit Whistler and book an experience with the Adventure Group! No tour will ever disappoint! Recently we booked the RZR for a bachelorette and it was the highlight of the weekend! Our guide Adam couldn’t have been any better and made a number of stops along the way to accommodate photos and the opportunity to drive through a massive puddle. The tour was so much fun and tailored to the type of experience we were after. A big thank you to Adam and the entire TAG team.

Whistler Eco Tours

Had a great experience getting a mountain bike lesson and trail ride with Whistler Eco Tours – would highly recommend! My husband and I did as a fun date and had never been mountain biking before.

Can’t fault these guys in their presentation, professionalism and knowledge. Would definitely recommend.

Took Learn to Mountain Bike Guided tour and couldn’t have asked for more. Andrew and the rest of the staff were very thoughtful. Day looked a bit rainy so they offered rain ponchos, bottled water and padded seat cushions because I was sore from riding the day before in addition to the bikes and helmets. Luckily the weather improved as we rode and Andrew gave us some tips and practice before we took the Valley trail to Alta lake and Nita lake. He pointed out some sights, giving a bit of local history and asked if we wanted more riding or commentary. He was really patient and a wonderful guide, balancing the needs between me (rusty basic skills) and my 17 year old (a good BMX rider). Wished I had taken some photos but then, again it was just nice to concentrate on the skills Andrew taught and to enjoy the sights. Thanks Andrew.

Excellent experience!! WET staff was wonderful!! They were very experienced, and knowledgeable and made a new experience a lot of fun!!

57hours is committed to providing safe outdoor adventure experiences. We require all guides using our platform to have a COVID-19 safety plan and to make the details of that plan accessible to travelers. We also expect clients to respect local regulations and take measures to protect themselves, guides and the communities they’re traveling to. For more information on COVID-19 measures in Whistler, please refer to the Tourism Whistler website.

Please contact us if you have any questions or require further information. We are happy to provide you with the most up-to-date information!

  • Meals and snacks

Bike rental for full-day of advanced mountain biking tours (possible to rent through partners — assistance and discount rates available)

In order to join a mountain biking tour in Whistler, you will need to be able to pedal at least for three hours or more if you choose a full/day option. Although some tours are beginner-friendly, you need to be fit enough to pedal up some rising terrain. After booking, your guide will determine the group’s skill level and capabilities and cater the day to your specific abilities. Keep in mind, opting for the full-day option means more biking, which is strenuous even if you stay on beginner level trails.

Mountain biking tours in Whistler are beginner friendly, so no prior mountain biking experience is necessary. Nevertheless, all riders, regardless of age or height, must be capable of operating hand brakes and shifting gears. A guide will explain the different mountain bike techniques and body positions to get you feeling comfortable on the trail. You will progress at a level that is consistent with your comfort. Once you finally get the hang of trail riding, you will only want more!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Breathable socks.
  • Water bottle or hydration bladder
  • Daypack with snacks
  • Biking gloves — optional
  • Hat or bandana
  • Bike repair kit
  • Toiletries (sunscreen, hand sanitizer, bug spray, toilet paper, etc.)

Wear comfortable riding or athletic clothing, preferably moisture wicking or synthetic material. Dress comfortably and for the weather in clothes you can move in. We suggest bringing clothing appropriate for the season.

Group sizes and prices:

  • For private mountain biking, the max client-to-guide ratio is 8:1.
  • For the advanced mountain biking tours, the max client-to-guide ratio is 5:1.
  • Learn to Bike Course is a group tour with a maximum of 8 clients per guide.

For the full-day advanced mountain biking tour, your guide will meet you at your accommodation, unless otherwise organized. Transportation to and from the trail is included.

Warming Up for Whistler Golf

I’ll be honest, it wasn’t golf that initially drew me to Whistler. Little did I know, that one of North America’s best-kept golfing secrets was nestled beneath the snowy peaks that drove me here in the first place. Growing up playing South Carolina’s finest courses, I’m no stranger to world-class designs, meticulous maintenance and breathtaking backdrops. But Whistler offers all that and more.

Boasting four of Canada’s top-rated courses, all within a 25-minute drive from one another, Whistler’s differential is its majestic mountainscape combined with an unparalleled golfing experience .
