My friends and I declare that the Pirates of Marco Island is our FAVORITE outing...and we all live here! We had such an amazing time out on the boat for the sunset cruise. For $30 in season, this is a great deal for a 1.5 hour boat ride that leaves from Rose Marina. The boat had about 100 guests on it that night and still didn't feel too crowded. There aren't seats for everyone, but you really do just want to stand along the side of the boat for the best views as you cruise alone the Marco Island canals up to the Esplanade and then out to the Gulf for the sunset. The DJ and cruise director was outstanding, keeping us all dancing and having fun as soon as we stepped onto the boat. The bar serves beer, wine, and a few cocktails, as well as soda and water. The bar line was quite long and slow-moving as soon we boarded, but it opened up a bit halfway through the ride. And definitely bring cash (there's a $3 service charge for using credit cards). We all got off the boat and cannot wait to do this again!

We went on the Pirate excursion this last Tuesday! It's our fourth time going and we STILL enjoyed every minute!!!! The workers are enthusiastic, fun, nice, and really great at what they do! They include the kids, and big kids , from start to finish! The price has not increased in the last 5 years we've been coming, which we are grateful! Pre-COVID, they had clothing the kids could use to dress up and I'm sure they got rid of that for Covid reasons. That is the only thing we miss! And the fact we use to be able to buy drinks the whole time, the first 10 minutes isn't long enough! You'd make more money if the big kids could drink the whole time! Again, that will not stop us from returning! It's just beautiful to be on the water, in a big ship and see all the cool houses, dolphins, pelicans, etc. it's an affordable thing for any type of family and your children will love it. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Such a great day! So glad we found this company to take our family out for a hour long cruise filled with non stop activity and fun! Great for ages 3+ I'd say, but even the 2 year old had a blast. Shooting the water cannons was probably the highlight. Prepare to get a little wet during this part. But getting the key and treasure was the highlight for our 5 year old. Staff was amazing and totally made this a fun adventure! Adding in pirate gear for sale and adult beverages on board also for sale was amazing!

My two boys 5 and 3 had a blast on the pirate ship. They do a good job of involving the kids and they get to fight off a pirate in a Mercury inflatable boat so they can get the key to the treasure and get their booty! The kids go away with some of the treasure! Get there a little earlier than they say so you can be first in line for makeup and attire and to make sure you get a water cannon! My only issue was that this was in the afternoon when our boys should have been napping which they needed badly. It'd be nice if it started around 11am, but that's our only complaint! We assume it may be an issue with water traffic...

The best entertainment bargain in Marco! The crew of the Black Pearl were so welcoming and we were amazed at how cheap it was. $20 for a sunset ride was at least half the price of other options. There was great music and the bartender was AMAZING. Definitely a must see while on the island!

The Black Pearl Pirate Ship is a MUST DO if you are on Marco Island in Florida. The ride is a good hour plus, the crew does a really good job making sure everyone has a great time, and the sunset tour was breath taking. We would do it again in a heartbeat!

This was the opening weekend and they were offering free tickets on Saturday and Sunday. There were no hick -ups. The staff was very professional, they put on a great pirate show and were able to get my kids out of their shells. By the end of the trip my kids were dancing and doing the limbo. I must say that what impressed me the most is how together and organized they were for the first weekend. I plan on trying the sunset cruise next.

Everyone had a great time on the sunset cruise. Its impossible not to with the great music and great crew. The view never gets old.

I just had my first experience this afternoon. Incredible! It was the perfect length and geared for the children's entertainment. There was a 'cash' bar (it took cash and credit cards) for the adults. The drinks were decent size. The show was very entertaining and I was laughing like a fool. I'm certain people watching us were enjoying it too. The cast was very enjoyable and into the show. The boat was pretty cool too. There was a top deck for adults and small children.

We welcome any caterers that you choose and we are happy to work with them at no additional cost for your special Marco Island event.

You are permitted to bring water and soda as refreshments, however all alcoholic beverages must be purchased onboard. We have a full-service bar on the Black Pearl Pirate Ship, including well drinks and domestic/imported beers. If you need something special, please let us know a few days ahead of time and we’re more than happy to accommodate your needs for your private Gulf of Mexico charter!

• Each additional passenger is $15/person
• Each additional hour is $350
